My fiance scheduled an appointment with this office to have an abscess tooth removed. After confirming that the appointment was to perform the operation, we then waited over an hour passed the appointment time to even be brought back to the room. We were then told by the doctor that this was not an extraction appointment, not a consultation appointment. When we tried to explain the matter to the Doctor, he rudely told us to leave and walked out on us. He was in the room for less than 60 seconds before leaving. And I did end up shouting down the hall, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" but ya know, I was the asshole for trying to advocate for my deaf fiance. 0/10 Have already filed a complaint with the licensee board. read more

This wasn't an extraction or a surgery this was a brutally painful and barbaric assault! This guy had his assistant hold my face down forcefully and painfully! while he ripped out 31 of my teeth in 3 minutes flat. This was supposed to be a two to three hour procedure. Now my jaw is dislocated and infected and a fear I will never be able to speak the same or look the same ever again! This supposed dentist office destroyed my life and I promise you they will destroy yours please stay away! Especially your State insurance patients. Please don't get excited that they accept state health insurance. He lays his patients out like they're objects on an assembly line. First of all, after reading some of these ignorant reviews, one from Melina who claims she drove 25 miles to get her dentures, your full of crap claiming Anthony ripped you off!!! He's a great guy, and always goes out of his way with his patients. So rude of you to make him look so bad! Stop with the entitlement! And be lucky they accept Medicaid/Medicare. I personally think the staff is wonderful, and always accommodating seeing I been there 100 times to have my partials fixed of which I'm grateful. The staff get a long very harmoniously and are always story telling, I enjoy over hearing. I Had four wisdom teeth removed in a very professional and clean environment. My 24 year old daughter went there yesterday to get work done. She has extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to past traumatic dental experiences. She normally doesn't let the dentist finish due to panic attacks. But yesterday, she let them finish what had to be done, even hugging the dental assistant. The dentist explained everything he was doing to her, and made sure she didn't feel any pain and was as comfortable as possible. The new dentist is horrible. Went to have 2 teeth removed. First one he had problems and ended up pushing another tooth loose so I had to have that removed. Second tooth he proceeded to in another part of my mouth, he started pulling without giving me novacaine anywhere. His response was , sorry. He then began stitching and stuck the needle into my tongue and said oops, sorry. I was given no antibiotics before or after the procedure. Now I can't get an answer at the office. I'm terrified of the dentist and had to have a tooth pulled. Everyone was so nice it was a nice comparison to some other offices I've been too. No one was rude or short. They played some good tunes which made feel a lot better. Honestly the music really helped. Everything was clean and the procedure was painless and he had the tooth out within a minute got sent home with antibiotics and Ibuprofen without even having to ask. I been going here for years and the staff and drs. Are great... They make you feel so comfortable just as if your with friends telling stories laughing and ass equals. I am 80 years old! My daughter took me there to have the dentures fixed that dentist Riccci made 3 years before!! that I ever wore because of over bite and did not fit!!! He didn't fix them and I never sat in dental chair!! He told my daughter to make appointment in his private office!! He would fix them for 240.00 dollares!! He would not fix them with my Medicare Medicade complete insurance which they take!! this is a free clinic for people that is low income also!!we left without nothing done!!! I traveled 25 miles to them!! Got my medicare monthly form!! He took 134.00 for repairing my dentures that he didn't!! The staff at Primeau Dental got me an appointment in a very timely manner and were very accommodating. I went in for an extraction consultation and due to a no show, Dr. B was able to perform the extraction that day. I was very nervous and not mentally prepared, but the staffs friendliness made me go forward. From the moment I called this office searching to get an appointment for my daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed, the reception shot was the kindest most thoughtful and caring lady that an office could possibly have. Given the fact that I had tried multiple oral surgeons in the state of RI, I was more than pleased to find that the only one who took her insurance was so great! The consultation was quick and very professional with Dr. B. He really cared about my daughter and wasn't in to making a profit, as he only suggested to remove the two that were necessary, not all 4. Her procedure went great, made her feel comfortably by providing a mild sedative the night before and prior to her procedure. Under local anesthesia she had two teeth removed and was ready to go home in 45 minutes. Dr. B did a wonderful job as well as the office staff, pain and swelling were minimal.
