I will be the first to complain about this office. Had original work done here. Office didn't give…read moreme whole story and only did 1/2 the job of pulling teeth and putting in implants. Plus Dr Lee lied and said he have me anesthesia when he kept injecting me with Novocain. Anyway when I got to Fl they said I used up all the $8000. In RI and to make the false upper teeth and implant dentures There was another $4000. That was in 2019. Fl did a beautiful job and I was pleased. Today August 23 2022 1:00 as I was eating fried shrimp and tater tots for lunch I noticed something lumpy in my mouth. It was one of the teeth, 2 nd from the front. Now the denture is razor like. I called a repair place in Pawtucket and they said drop it off and pick it up tomorrow. So I called Aspen and she said come in at 4:00. Got there, signed in,barley sat and was called to sit in the operating chair. She took the denture and tooth. Came back 10 minutes later with it all fixed said it was still in warranty till 2027 and sent me on my way. Had to update my accounting for this place. I still think their original people that make you sign you first child away for dental work is off the wall and I would never have a tooth pulled from this horror house, but cleaning and their lab is superior to none.

The nurse that took my vitals was such a sweetie pie and then docter brown came in he was very calm and explained exactly what he was going to do he numbed me up then left came back very soon after and gave me one more shot of Novocain just to make sure he numbed it good then he left again when he returned he had two very friendly nurses with him one of them was the lady who took my vitals at the very beginning when I first got there and the Second nurses name was Lisa she was very kind as well. She told me her name and then the first nurse told me I would be okay. I felt a little pain as it was making its way out but it wasn't too bad. Thanks Doctor brown miss I don't know your name and miss Lisa I have autism and you guys were so unbelievable good with me and I really appreciate that.

The day of the procedure, I was greeted with such ignorant and despicable behavior at reception that I left the office prior to the procedure! When a patient seeks treatment from an oral surgeon, the experience can be made easier with respectful and professional behavior by the staff. The receptionist and ancillary staff here seem to have forgotten that patients are providing them with business that in turn provides them with an income. Instead, they seem to take pride in treating patients without courtesy or deference.

From the consultation to the actual procedure, the doctor and nurses clearly explained what to…read moreexpect for my 18 year old son's wisdom teeth removal. They were thorough and took x-rays ahead of time, clearly explained the images to us, and educated us about how his roots were not very long, but that if we waited, they could potentially grow longer, and the teeth would be harder to extract. On the day of the procedure, they gave my son anesthesia before numbing his gums with Novacaine which made the procedure nearly painless. They completed the procedure in about a half hour at the most. They kept my son sitting upright in a chair in the recovery room for another half hour before the anesthesia finally wore off and he was able to walk out of there. They made sure that they supplied us with gauze pads, a syringe, clear discharge instructions, etc. Pro tip: check your insurance plan to see how much you have left of your deductible before scheduling your appointment. My son had a few fillings earlier in the year which used up a good portion of his deductible. If you schedule your dental procedures in different calendar years, you will pay less.

During the first appointment for my wisdom teeth dr. Mo Banki was dismissive to my concerns and…read morejust seemed like he was trying to be "hip" or "cool". I told him I didn't want any hard drugs because I was concerned about addiction and he said "well don't pick them up". This is why people form addictions. I needed a medication for another medical problem I have which this surgery would effect. I told them a total of 3 times, at first appointment, before they attempted to sedate me and before I left. I advocated for myself and was ignored. Surgery day came and he came into the office, put an Iv in my arm with NO GLOVES.He was moving so fast between patients I didn't even see if he washed his hands. They attempted to sedate me and gave up. After making me wait 1 hr past my appointment time they said we had to reschedule because it was past my appointment slot since I didn't get to sleep. The amazing, caring, kind, compassionate Anesthesiologist has nothing to do with this. He's the only one that talked to me when I was clearly scared, stayed with me, and explained things to me. After they failed to sedate me, the dr. said he can do it with local anesthesia. He gave me shots on both sides of my mouth. He immedietly went to pull my tooth and I felt sharp intense pain. I told him to stop and was crying. He got mad at me because he said "look at how much I already gave you I can't just keep giving you novocaine. " He went to another patient and pulled the teeth there and returned. He gave me more on my right side and it ended up working fine. He immedietly went to pull my left side and I flinched in pain and was bawling my eyes out at this point. THE LEFT SIDE WASNT NUMB. he used half as much on my left side and didn't even attempt to stop when I was in excruciating pain. Finally both teeth were pulled it was done. He left the room and said I didn't need to be in the recovery room. The anastasiologist stayed by my side. and I asked if I could go home since dr. didn't say anything. we went to front desk to get checked out and found out that nobody gave me after care instructions, new gauze for my mouth, gauze to take home, etc. Overall he is dismissive, terrible bedside manner, rude, and going to be responsible for people's addictions. I'm traumatized by this experience and never experienced something so terribly medically. I hope you do not use these people for surgery.

Finally, Monday came and the receptionist Isabella was able to squeeze me in that same day. Dr. Skoly and his staff were so attentive, polite and extremely helpful. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Skoly and his staff. It's been 1 day since they removed my wisdom tooth and I feel a BIG difference. I'm now able to talk, eat, basically open my mouth without it causing me pain. I will be recommending everyone I know to this practice. -My health insurance didn't cover this so I paid $325 out of pocket -I needed a referral to see Dr. Skoly so I was quickly able to obtain that from my dentist and the receptionist Isabella at Dr Skoly's office was able to squeeze me in a couple hours after I got the referral.

Dr. Tilelli has been my dentist for the past 22/23 years. I am in my mid twenties and still go to…read morehim. His office is right off Route 2, and is a decent size. He has 3 chairs, though one is usually reserved for procedures he does himself. He is very calm and very softspoken, but as I've gotten older I have been able to experience some of his very funny, very dry humor. He remembers my father and asks about him all the time, and even remembers where I work and if I've been on the road. Kathy and Linda are his 2 hygienists that have been there the whole while, and I do not trust anyone to clean my teeth besides them. I've never been picked at, poked, made bleed by either of them. I think the biggest testament to Dr. Tilelli is that he doesn't push for unnecessary procedures or referrals to orthodontists. I have had 1 tooth pulled to avoid messing up my adult teeth when it wouldn't fall out, my sister had 1 cavity that he decided not to fill because she was going to lose that tooth anytime. My sister and I both have slightly crooked teeth, and he never once suggested we get braces, he said it would do more harm moving everything else to fix the 1-2 teeth that were out of line. Another favorite quote from him is that my sister and I have better and far cheaper teeth than his kids. If you have a child that is scared or may be a trouble maker, they specifically do early morning and weekend appointments, as to not frighten other children, and they will suggest not bringing any younger siblings they might frighten. I've also been told they are one of the only pediatric dentists that accept the state of ri insurance by several coworkers taht were on assistance/single moms

Our daughter has a minor runny nose (allergies) she has been COVID tested 2 times now over the last 3 weeks, but results coming back negative. We tried to be seen in September, October, and then she wanted to try scheduling us again in out in January. Are we supposed to just never be seen? This is the winter season, children are going to have a runny nose. Should we just cancel life and never take them outside again? We would have rescheduled , that fine..but to have a receptionist HANGUP on us is rude and uncalled for. I'm sure the dentist is probably great. That is too bad.
