(As a retired nurse, I find mention of patients and their conditions to other patients distasteful if not a HIPPA violation.) I was instructed to stop all my antihistamines 3 days before appt, which I did. Promptly broke out in huge itching burning wheals and the associated chest pain. Upon the interview he was unable to provide ANY suggestions that I have not already been practicing. Except one. He told me to soak myself in water. I am covered in huge chronic urticaria and I told him water burns like acid.I kid you not, ACID. He LAUGHED AT ME and said "So put on a nightgown and soak". I walked out. I do not recommend a doctor who name drops his patients, nor one who laughs at and mocks a patient telling him about unbearable pain Go out of town if you have to, dont go here.

It was the closest location to me that accepted new patients and was in network. I called early and this office answered promptly and was able to set me up with an appointment the same day in the midday. Parking was ample since it's in a new lot and the signage was clear. We walked in and it was HOT, I mentioned it, and the receptionist said that something was up with the AC; I don't know if that's true since it got colder the longer we stayed there as if it was turned on when I mentioned it and i was noticeably cooler when I left. They took my information even though I had already given it over the phone and on a dry erase pad as well as on a iPad (it seemed redundant, maybe to slow intake patients?) and took my copay. As we were sitting there filling out the form, a very sick toddler and his mother came in and threw up all over the floor (chunks). I am used to waiting rooms being separated by sick and well patients so that was disturbing since contagion might be easily spread in the same waiting room and the office looked like it had enough space to separate the rooms. The receptionist helped out the mom and told her don't worry about cleanup and I saw a cleaning lady later on mopping the area. We were called in and measurements and temperature was taken. The doctor Osama Naga (it's a he) was very prompt and had terrific bedside manner. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing and why as well as what steps he was going to take next. He prescribed antibiotics and made sure I was aware of the dosage and side effects as well as making sure she wasn't allergic. He then took the precaution to order and Xray and wrote a referral to a specialist should the antibiotics not be enough. He advised me to obtain a CD as well to have my own records at the Xray technician place. He then called 2x to check up on us to make sure that we were able to get in to the hospital for Xrays and then called to followup to tell me they didn't find anything to give me peace of mind. I am blown away by the service and followup of the doctor. I am used to hunting down my pediatrician in CA for followups. Best thing is that they take patients as late as 9pm! If you're in the area and looking for a great pediatrician I would highly recommend Dr. Osama Naga, he really is knowledgeable and does follow through on care!

New WARNING TO PARENTS CONSIDERING THIS PRACTICE…read more I am sharing my experience because I believe parents deserve to know how they may be treated when they question or challenge something regarding their children's care. My experience with Allison Days Pediatrics was extremely upsetting and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. I felt that I was intentionally spoken to in a verbally abusive, condescending, and insulting manner. I was subjected to bold statements questioning my intelligence and my ability to understand information. As a parent advocating for my children, I found this treatment degrading and deeply inappropriate. I was also given information regarding communication with my pharmacy that I believe was false or inconsistent with what actually occurred. When a medical practice provides conflicting or inaccurate information about something as important as prescriptions and pharmacy communication, it seriously undermines trust. Even more disturbing, I was accused of emotionally abusing my own children. I completely reject that accusation. I found it deeply offensive and extremely distressing to have my character and parenting questioned in this way. Parents should be able to ask questions, seek clarification, disagree with a provider, and advocate for their children without being insulted, belittled, or subjected to serious accusations. Based on my personal experience, I strongly encourage prospective patients and parents to proceed with caution and carefully consider whether they feel this practice will treat them with the respect, professionalism, and communication they deserve. I am posting this review so other parents can make an informed decision before placing their children's care and their trust in this practice. I also do have audio recordings of all conversations and have made reports to medical board.

She's never in a rush to talk to you or your kid and she wants to fully understand the reason for your visit or concerns. Unlike my previous experiences with past pediatricians who just are in and out then go on to the next patient. Despite her busy schedule she takes the time she needs with her patient. The wait was a little long maybe due to the fact that it was our first time and had lot of paperwork to fill out. But they have children's shows playing on TV monitors to keep kids occupied. But it was worth the wait like I said she there to help and doesn't mind if you kids is running around in her office but instead observes them and asks you questions.
