Friends and I have had many experiences walking out of their shop with a big smile on our face. WEAKNESSES: -SOME of them are really good barbers. Just as I had experiences walking out happy, I've had one too many walking out with an embarrassing haircut. If you're lucky enough to get one of their good barbers, bravo. But they are always slammed with appointments. -Worst customer service I have had to encounter. Barbers take massive breaks in between clients (sometimes 30-40 minutes), turning away clients, waiting for their "friends" to come in and give them priority. Very unprofessional. Another Barber decides to allow a random walk-in to be cut by him, instead of me, THEN NOT HAVE THE PROFESSIONALISM to cut me afterward. I didn't give them attitude or say anything when I left. 3. I've been coming to this placefor a few haircuts because I was happy with the cut quality and have brought my son as well. Cut quality is inconsistent, though, with some being great and others...not so much. However, what is prompting the 2 stars is today's incident: I called on the way home to schedule appointments for my son and I. I don't have a regular barber, so I told them anyone would be fine for us. Cool. When we arrived (10 minutes early) we were told that BOTH barbers on duty we're running behind and there's a twenty minute wait. I decided to wait. Another customer came in and sat down, waiting their turn. Thirty five minutes AFTER our appointment time, they were ready to take my son and I (or so I thought). They actually had the b@lls to say that the guy that arrived AFTER me had an appointment! What the actual eff? Apparently calling and scheduling an appointment didn't qualify me for ACTUAL appointments, just pretend ones. I was extremely frustrated at the lack of courtesy and communication and decided to leave. I wasn't about to wait another thirty minutes to get my haircut (hopefully). For the inconvenience, they did give me a card for a free CHILD'S haircut (they made sure to be clear with me about that) on our next visit. Front desk is practically non-existent. Whatever warm body happens to be closest to the phone is who you get to talk to, which I'm sure contributes to miscommunication and bad scheduling. I'm willing to give this place another try, due to proximity to my home and the overall cut quality, but they've really got to step up the professionalism and customer service. read more

When I went in today I felt like I wasn't welcomed, this isn't the first time I walk in and nobody has the courtesy to even say hello. They all just expect you to sit down and expect one of the barbers to call you over. I usually cut my hair with Leo but everyone else today is horrible. The guy that cuts on the the left side of the barbershop with a a beard just picks whoever the hell he feels like to cut. I got ignored from him and he seems to not care. Been getting my haircut here for a little over a year, and always go to Merali. Merali cuts my hair once a week and it always happy to help me out with whatever new hairstyle I am looking to try out. She takes care of me and takes her time every time. She is always as pleasant as the first time! Owners and other barbers are all cool and always willing to offer a haircut. By now they all know I wait for Merali though LOL!! Highly recommend this place.
