Usually do a really great job. Just be careful when new barbers are there they sometimes don't do a good job as the veterans they do. If Linda is there when the new barbers are cutting she usually overlooks to make sure they do a good job if she's not there you're getting a haircut at your own risk. Cash only I came in to get a haircut right when they opened at 9am on a Sunday. Within minutes of me sitting down multiple people came in to put their name down on the waitlist and sat down. I'd definitely recommend going during the weekday or early on the weekends to avoid waiting. Other times when I've come in a couple minutes after 9am there was a long waiting list. I finally found a barber who does my hair right. I'm very happy with the cut that he provides. The other barbers are good as well, I just keep him as my "go to". Great place to get a stylized haircut without the high price tag. I usually get the zero skin fade for $25 and it looks like a $50 cut because of the precision. The wait isn't too long (depending on when you go), but the most I've waited is 45 mins because it was a busy Sunday. I like that they're opened everyday because lots of barbershops close at least one of the weekend days. Supercuts down the street charges $20 for imho a less great haircut and service so make sure you check out their cheap rates of only $12. Just with any other businesses you have your choices and most definitely I will be back. Walked in on a Monday afternoon around lunch time and was greeted by Linda. I wasn't sure what to expect but was surprised at how well the haircut turned out. I usually just shave my own head but this made me think I should be getting professional cuts more often. Linda is more than proficient at her craft, effortlessly wielding her clippers and razor -- it truly is like witnessing an artist at work. Her hands are fluid and you can tell she has a lot of years of practice behind her. I opted for the skin fade, along with hair wash and which came with a nice scalp scrub and fun conversation. While I've had a few suggestions for custom cuts that didn't turn out perfectly, they excel at standard cuts. It's interesting to note the diverse clientele, although I believe it's Vietnamese ran with a noticeable Hispanic majority, reflecting the local demographic. The posters on the wall mainly feature Hispanic men with neighborhood cuts and fades, The owner is friendly, and the atmosphere is focused on getting the job done well. Owner is the worst! Obviously hates kids and today decided to take their bad day out on my son and husband. Rude, didn't listen to what we asked for, and then had the nerve to talk down to my husband like it was his fault when she was the one that couldn't just do what we asked. Took way too long just to end up leaving frustrated and in a bad mood because of how long it took to just get what we asked for to begin with. Had been coming here for about a year now but will never return after this. Everyone has a bad day but you never take it out on your customers much less a child. They don't honor the prices posted, additionally bc we asked for the straight line on the comb over it would be "extra" $$$$ when we were already going to pay $25 for a skin fade!!! Afterwards they said they couldn't do it bc the previous live was crooked? But my boys haven't had a haircut for almost 2 months sooo were they being lazy on top of trying to overcharge?!?! I've been hesitant to give a review as typically if I don't have anything good to say, I don't say anything at all, but I'll make the exception as I feel some clients may benefit from my review. I've been an on and off client. I really liked this place at first as it's nicely located. The first cut Linda did a good job and so did Jason, but then I was forced to cut my hair with beginners even when I wanted to wait for either Jason or Linda to cut it. Not only this is not okay, but she would also give attitude when you showed any sign of hesitation or frustration, not okay either. My last experience was horrendous. After being gone for a while due to traveling, she seemed confused about me retiring to get a haircut. She had Vietnamese clients that she was talking badly about me. All the hair stylings kept staring at me on and off and so did the clients (Vietnamese speaking obviously). I remained calmed and finished off the haircut, I left and behaved courteously and professionally as I always do. I don't appreciate her attitude and how she speaks about clients with other employees in Vietnamese. That may be completely okay in Vietnam but not here. This place would benefit from some customer service. read more
