Don't pay ahead of time! I've been going here a for over a year, scheduled an appointment for a haircut and my wife went into emergency labor shortly after. I called to ask if I could reschedule, and they said no, and would not give me a refund on the 70$ plus tip. Was really surprised at how rude and unsympathetic they were to the situation. Would not recommend this barbershop anymore after this situation. They do great fades too, but if anything happens and you can't show up, they have no regrets in taking your hard earned money no matter how long you've been a customer. read more

Really like the online only booking and payment system no walk ins. You schedule, pay automatically the day of the cut with tip and when the cuts done you leave! I use Chris and Kevin but all the barbers are great! I've have never had to wait more than 5 mins to get in the chair when I arrive. read more

Headline: Avoid Argin--Aggressive and Unprofessional I brought my son in for a haircut, but he left very unhappy with the result. He was so upset in the moment that he just nodded 'yes' to get out of the chair. When we returned to ask for a correction, we encountered Argin. Instead of a professional conversation, Argin became immediately confrontational and got in my face. He showed zero interest in fixing the work or acting with basic decency. I want to note that another barber in the shop eventually stepped in to fix the cut and was very helpful, but the experience with Argin was unacceptable. A parent should never have a barber get aggressive with them for asking for a correction. I hope the owner addresses Argin's behavior, as the rest of the staff shouldn't have to fix his confrontational mistakes. read more

I made an appointment this morning. My intention was to make the appointment for 10:00 AM on Saturday (May 30), but I made it for Friday (May 29) by mistake. I immediately tried to cancel the appointment, but the system wouldn't allow it because I was within 4 hours to the appointment. I then called the shop and left a detailed message requesting to reschedule to Saturday. Nobody called me back, and I was just told that since it was my fault, I'm a no show, which means I just lost my 50 dollars, and my tip. The last thing I was told was, if you're gonna make that kind of mistake, then we don't want your business. It was an honest mistake, and I was polite, and I tried my best to fix the appointment the moment I confirmed and noticed my mistake. It's very unfortunate because my son and I have enjoyed our father son haircuts at Primos. I'll just have to find another barbershop, since my business is not welcome. read more

BAD EXPERIENCE!! NO STAR AT ALL We brought our son today to get a haircut and SANDRA S. Is the one assigned to us. My son was sitting still watching youtube, making some head turns at time and that's why we offered to hold his head / assist her but she refused our help and said "she got it". Then after a few minutes the lady told us that there's blood dripping on my son's left ear, I got panicked right away and asked her what happened? She said "I don't know" "I only used razor and it's not sharp" My boyfriend told her he knows how to cut hair and she for sure hit our son's ears. It was a deep cut. This lady wasn't try to fold my son's ear while doing the razor. SHE DENIED WHAT SHE DID UNTIL THE VERY END AND DIDN'T EVEN SAID SORRY!!!! WE EVEN PAID HER THE FULL AMOUNT CASH! Updated: My response to the manger: Anthony, To say that you appreciate my support of your business is difficult to reconcile with the way this situation was handled. I fully understand the purpose of booking and cancellation policies, and I support businesses having them in place. However, that is not what happened here. My husband was not canceling his appointment. He booked the appointment, received the confirmation text, immediately realized he had selected the wrong date, and called WITHIN MINUTES to correct the mistake. The appointment had already been paid for, and he was not requesting a refund. He was simply asking to move the appointment to the following day. Presenting this as a standard cancellation issue is misleading. While policies are important, so are common sense and reasonable customer service. A request made within minutes of booking, with no refund requested, is not the same as a last-minute cancellation or no-show. You may consider your response consistent with your policy, but portraying it as standard practice across the industry is simply wrong! What is most disappointing is the complete lack of flexibility, understanding, or goodwill shown toward a loyal customer. After years of supporting and recommending your business, the message received was that customer loyalty carries very little value. That is what I find most disheartening. ------------------------------------------- My husband and son have always loved coming here for their haircuts. As a hairstylist myself, I don't offer barbering services, so I've recommended Primo to so many people over the years with confidence. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I won't be recommending this shop anymore. My husband accidentally booked an appointment for today instead of tomorrow morning. When he realized the mistake, he tried rescheduling through the online booking system, but it wouldn't allow any changes. I thought I had booked an appointment. I showed up on time. They said I had to enter all my credit card information into their website to proceed with the haircut. I had cash and numerous credit cards that work. After I entered all the information, the website said they could not process the payment. There was no payments. They would not take cash. I asked the manager on duty why he would let his software drive way customer. He said he didn't care. I find this to be exasperating beyond belief and I refuse to be held hostage by somebody else's bureaucracy. Cash is King or I guess they don't know that yet. I gave this place like 3-4 chances which is 3 more than I normally give. My first appointment I scheduled with Julio......(Called ahead as I was looking for a razor fade with a blade which he said he could do) When I showed up he didn't really seem confident and was asking another more experienced barber a lot of questions. (I asked how long he had been cutting hair and it hadn't been long) Short story is the haircut was not good....my wife suggested trying another barber there that was more experienced. I scheduled with Kevin who did better than Julio (Which isn't saying much) and the haircut was decent.........but GOOD GOD that guy had the worst breath ever........in a job where you're dealing with the public and right in someones face and talking a lot, its sad that you should have to question someones basic hygiene. I of course didn't say anything because its super awkward. I booked my third appointment for today not realizing it was double booked for a time I needed to take my son to an important doctors appointment. You have to pre-book online and pay (Before your service is completed) which I've never had to do at another Barber Shop. The website would not allow me to re-schedule my appointment. (In advance) I called the shop number multiple times per the website instructions to try to reschedule for another available time but there was only a recording that picked up. I had to call back maybe 10+ times to get an actual person on the phone (Which was after my scheduled appointment time when I could actually speak to a person) only to get a total rude jerk on the phone who explained that I was now late for my appointment and would be charged the full amount (Without getting any haircut) and that I could re-book online. He said they don't reschedule via the phone and you have to use the app link (Which is not what the website says) it basically says if you have questions or problems to call and lists the number. Basically they have it set up to take your money in advance without providing any service and have no problem doing so. I will never go back to this place and I feel stupid having given them the benefit of the doubt after repeated bad, unprofessional interactions. I'm taking the time to fill this out to warn others of the horrible experience. Great First Experience - Sandra Did an Amazing Job! Walked into the shop for the first time today, and right away, I could tell it was a great spot. The place has a cool vibe--clean, stylish, and well-organized. All the barbers were polite and greeted everyone who walked in, making it feel really welcoming. It's also kid-friendly, which is a big plus. Sandra took care of my cut, and she did an amazing job! She was very professional and patient--I'm pretty picky with my cuts, but she took her time to make sure the taper was perfectly blended and razored up just right. Who do you think you are charging my card the full amount including a tip when no service was provided simply because I arrived seven minutes late? Marking this as a no-show is absurd and dishonest, especially considering the barber was not even there when I arrived. A 15 minute grace period is a universally accepted standard. This is a barbershop, not the White House. No president was left waiting, no high level meeting was interrupted, and no national emergency was triggered over a seven minute delay to justify taking my money without providing a service. read more
