Primo was an interesting experience. It definitely had its ups and downs. It had a nice atmosphere, but the televisions on the wall took away from it. The food took a while to be prepared, but I'm glad I waited for it! The pizza was crisp on the bottom, topped with a refreshing sweet sauce. The cheese was thinly spread and had a weak taste, but the flavors of the sauce were enough to keep me satisfied. The buffalo chicken appetizer was fantastic! Primo serves some of the spiciest wings I've ever tasted. They made my night. I had a pleasant experience, and would most likely return. read more

Primo's food is good and they have a lot of choices. But, the delivery times are horrible ever since the new location was opened. Whether you dine in or out, the wait times are usually 35 minutes and above. Their portion sizes have also decreased. I do not recommend dining at this restaurant. read more

I have ordered take out 4 times. I am done will never go back. Worst service!!!, food is always cold, Lobster rolls are tiny not worth the price! Pizza is nothing special, over priced for what you get. Take out takes 40mins+. If your so busy hire more people, or train them better. I have gone there twice and have been told my food wasn't ready and it was sitting onthe counter the entire time! I get to go at least 2 times a week, turkey subs are great and the BEST fish chowder!!!! Bummer they only have on Fridays though I think I would order it every day! Chicken finger dinners are Huge and delicious too! read more

I live down the road from this place and it is what it is. Nothing too fancy. It isnt really a sit down pizza place (soon though). They have great pizzas and are fairly cheap with good size portions. Delivery is usually pretty quick but all in all there is nothing that really makes it stand out from any other local pizza shops. read more

My husband and I have been there twice. Both times they messed up our order. We went in person to order take out. The first time he ordered a steak and cheese with onions, peppers and mushrooms. We got home and had only steak and cheese. He went back to get the corrected order. The second time the same thing. He ordered a steak and cheese with onion, peppers and mushrooms and got only steak and cheese. He also ordered onion rings; we both picked an onion ring right away when they gave us the bag in the restaurant and the onion rings were cold....we did not even leave the building yet. I had the chicken and spinach dish which is new on the menu. It was terrible. Too oily and mushy; it made me sick. We will not go back there and will not recommend it. The wait time also was 30 minutes on a Tuesday night at 7 pm. Come on. Never again. read more

I used to eat at primo and the food was decent. I just recently ordered from there and got some Pasta and Soup. The pasta was not good at all had a weird flavor to it, but what got me mad the most was watching the staff grab a plastic container and dropped it on the floor and continued to joke about it with another employee. I watched this all happen right in front of me. I hear the employee talk to the other employee on what happened, and there laughing and joking. The employee takes the container that was dropped on the floor and fills it with soup that I ordered, this is happening right in front of me, probably the staff didn't know it was my order. The employee takes the container fills it with soup and puts it in my bag. I said you dropped the soup container on the floor, and the employee denied it in front of me and in front of the cash register person. I took my bag of food and lookedt the staff that did it, the employee looked at the other employee like she got caught doing something wrong. This soup was for a sick person who had the flew. I will never eat at this establishment again, and if someone ask I would not recommend the restaurant to anybody. Used to be a good place, I think there going down hill. They have lost a customer, and probably my family members that go there to. I'm very displeased and disappointed. read more

I have ordered delivery from them a few times and EVERY time there is a problem. Ordered a pizza and it was over an hour before it was delivered - AND it was delivered to the wrong address. My neighbor had to bring my pizza down to me. This is after her husband, who has alzheimers, signed my credit card slip. He had no idea what he was signing. The pizza was over cooked and cold. This was at 7:30 on a Sunday noght - not a very busy time but they screwed up and I will NEVER order from them again. read more

We have been ordering and having food delivered from Primo's for around sixteen years. All of a sudden they can't find our house. Helloooo, we didn't move the house. So they call us back and ask repeatedly if this is a joke call. needless to say, we will no longer be ordering from this place again. They're loss!! We spend around $1700.00 a year there. My advice, don't order food to be delivered from here unless you provide them with directions. read more

Honestly this place deserves 0 stars. I placed an order with this place and when it came time to pay, the bill was too high than what the prices were on the menu. I called them back and spoke to the manager to get my money back (well the difference). We went over what I ordered and what the prices on the menu. The manager says to me "Oh your right there is a difference in the price on the menu, but too bad I am not going to waste money on a new menu". Now he is giving false advertisement which is illegal. Then I ask for the difference because again this is false advertisement and he says to me "No that's not my problem I am not going to give you money back you got the food so too bad". I can't believe this guy said this to me so I am letting anyone know about this place. On top of everything my meal was horrible (mozzarella sticks & buffalo fingers) I will not be going back to this place ever again. read more
