This area is saturated with Greek style pizza joints and this is one of those places. In my never ending search for a great pizza, I've found that most Greek style pizza have been okay to decent for me. I've always preferred Italian style and NY style pizza through acquired taste, but living in this area, I've had to settle for Greek style pizza out of convenience and the price is right. Lakeside Pizza & Seafood is located along the Mascuppic Lake just west of the Dracut line. I stopped here for lunch takeout since the place looked busy, so this place has to be pretty good. The menu offers Greek style pizza, salads, grinders, pasta, seafood, cold bottled drinks, chips, and appetizers. The prices here are pretty reasonable. The layout of this shop is a bit cramped with a few booths in front of the order counter. When I got here, all of the booths were occupied with customers, so I had to stand for a short moment while waiting for my pizza. Most customers here were enjoying subs and fries. I got the small Hawaiian Pizza ($7.60 plus 7% tax, Tyngsboro adds a 0.75% local tax). This pizza was topped with a good amount sliced deli ham, pineapple chunks covering the pizza and the right amount of cheese. The standard Greek style crust was crispy outside. Im not usually a review guy. So take that in first. My wife and I moved to pelham recently and have been going around to the local spots picking favorites. The seafood here ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN BEATS ANYTHING IN NEW ENGLAND. We have eaten seafood all up and down new england, the coasts, Maine, etc.. people drive from hours away to eat here!!! I wish there was a .5 star. The seafood here is as good as any you will find along the coast. The scallops are fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked. The coleslaw is pretty good too! My half star is because they put the cole slaw on the plate with the French fries. Yuck. They need more seating and a picnic table outside. The pizza and pasta are excellent and I get them frequently and they are always consistently well made. It's a family business, well run by hard working people who always greet you with a smile. The unexpected standout here vs every other pizza place is the seafood. It's amazing. They get it every day, fresh from a fisherman and it is not frozen. My husband and I was looking for a seafood restaurant, when we came upon Lakeside Pizza & Seafood Restaurant. We are so happy we stopped in!! My husband had the seafood plate. The price was amazing, so we thought maybe small potions? Omg NO, it was so much food on the plate, more seafood than French fries. Their seafood is fresh, never frozen. You never see that, awesome prices with large portions. I had the Italian Sub, which was very flavorful!! The sub roll was soft and fresh! The owners come over and introduce themselves. Very friendly and happy we were there. It shows that they care about their customers!!! Which is another plus. This will be our favorite place to go!!! We were truly impressed! Ordered a large cheese, mozzarella sticks, and Cajun fries which were ready within TEN minutes and piping hot! The pizza was super cheesy with a crust sturdy enough to hold it all and good flavor. In addition, the gentleman at the counter was so friendly and welcoming (even while he's cooking our food in 95 degree weather with no AC) and gave us a coupon for next time too. They don't deliver, they prices keep going up and portion size down with seafood. They do make a good pizza but not our #1 choice.

Everything we have ordered has been fabulous. Pizza, salads, subs, SEAFOOD....so fresh. We will not go anywhere else. Even on the weekend when they are busy we don't have to wait more than 20 and we always receive our food hot. The employees are extremely nice. We will not order from anywhere else. read more
