The food is consistently excellent. Menu offers way more than just fried grub. Surprise- there are healthy options! We love the steak and cheese spring rolls, any pizza, anything with grilled chicken. Desserts are homemade and cannoli can't be beat. They just added a freezer dedicated to Ben and Jerry's pints. I read a review claiming they're " addicted to the sweet pizza and Cajun fries". I love a good sweet pizza. I call to place and order for a sweet pizza and am told they dont do that. I posted a review about my experience with Primo on google reviews which I will post below. A lady ended up calling my boyfriend, yelling at him and being completely unprofessional over MY review. I am So disappointed because we used to eat there so many times. She made it seem like it was our fault that the food wasnt good that night and that it made my boyfriend puke. I will definitely not eat here again nor give it another chance. Just as a warning to you all, if you post a review they dont like, they will treat you like dirt. We are not the only ones with this experience either. They seem very unable to accept that shit happens and sometimes people will not like your food. I worked in the restaurant business for years and never would I think to treat a customer like they did to us over a bad review. Had they reacted more professionally, I would have been willing to even change my review. Such a shame. The google review: Spent a good amount of money for delivery. It took so long to get to my house which usually, I'm pretty patient about. The food was cold. We ordered mozzarella sticks that were burned and hard as a rock. I decided to try their baked Mac and cheese which was just soggy crumbs, soggy pasta noodles, and a very very bland cheese sauce. So we are new to Dracut and decided we wanted to try something different for tAkeout tonight . We got a small cheese pizza for our little man which was fine , but both my husband and I got fried seafood platters. I had read the reviews that seemed mostly positive and figured we would give it a try . The seafood platter was very small for $24 and the batter had absolutely no flavor and the fish was definitely not of any quality . I got the scallop dinner and it was just horrible , the scallops had almost no batter and were so extremely overcooked I had to toss them , the fries were cold ( we live 6 mins away so it that's not an excuse ) and they forgot my coleslaw . I was blown away at the new menu when it came in the mail - so many new and interesting choices. Also, they have now added on-line ordering!! And a 15% discount the first time you use it. I've eaten here multiple times now. They have a decent sized restaurant, bar type eating area but kid friendly, and a patio for the summer. Lots of spacious parking which is nice. They clearly put a lot of effort into the upkeep of the building and landscape, the appearance is nice. It's my go to for a few things; fried foods, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and those types of things are really good. Calzones salads and subs are good to. BUT the Pizza is not my favorite, it seems to be popular but I prefer other places in the area. Avoid the pasta to, its not that great. A huge plus is there little display with various cakes, desserts, chocolate mousse cups, all super yummy! Defiantly a place worth trying to find what you prefer. read more

I have not been disappointed yet. The grilled chicken ceasar salad is my go to order in a pinch but I have also had great pizza and cheesesteaks there as well. I like Primo Pizza's food overall, but what I don't like is the attitude you get from most of their employees. The people who take the phone orders are always in a rush and they never let you finish a sentence or ask questions before they rush you off the phone. There are a few guys there that have a crappy attitude, too and can't count at the cash register. NO ONE EVER makes you feel valued or welcomed. You leave feeling like you did them a favor by stopping in. I see the owner there a lot and he NEVER says, "Hello" either. If you go there, don't expect any customer service. Can't Get the Order Correct!! Ordered a Gluten Free Pizza and a Large Meatball Pizza and Received a Gluten Free Pizza and a Large Meatball Sub. After waiting 30 minutes for the wrong order I decided to leave. This was my first and last time at this place!! Let me begin, I ordered a 45 dollar delivery. The order was a large buffalo chicken calzone, chicken and tips dinner with the steak and cheese roll ups. Upon delivery I start to eat the meal and I was told by my date that the calzone didn't taste like buffalo, just plain chicken fingers. I grabbed a slice and confirmed this. No big deal, So I called back and informed them that the order was wrong. My first problem was here, I was told to stop eating the calzone and they will make me a new one and come collect the wrong order. ok a little weird, still hasn't sat right with me but I went back to my dinner and movie. Not the best feeling telling a date we need to stop eating because they are coming to collect the food and see what happened. Now a little irritated, I am looking at the majority of my order and I cant eat it. The steak and cheese roll ups were gone in just a few bite, no big deal it was the appetizer. Now I am splitting the chicken and tip dinner with my date while I stare at the majority of my order that I cant eat because they said they were coming to collect the food. A few minutes of this goes by before I decide to call back and ask for a manager. I get the manager on the phone and ask if she is familiar with the order. she states she was. I go to explain that I was upset that I am staring at food I cant eat because they wanted to collect it when they dropped off the correct order. She explains to me that they do this to confirm if the order was made wrong, this process is used to train the employees. She literally told me that they were going to take the food which was in my possession, I had taken bites of and had sat in my house for over 30 minutes, and take it back to the restaurant and open it up to confirm or deny my complaint. Does anyone else find this extremely disgusting!? To take food that has been eaten, from someones house and bring in back into a restaurant kitchen!!!?? I mean I know I am a clean person and didn't expose this food to anything crazy but that is extreme to me. To bring food back to a restaurant when they cant full guarantee that it is or isn't contaminated, or has any harmful things attached to it. Moving on, the manager never once said, I am sorry for the inconvenience / The order will be credited towards a future order or anything. She only disputed everything I brought up as a concern or complaint. Lastly, I get a loud and rude knocking on my door. It was the driver who had recently been talked to and was upset. First words out of the kids mouth as I opened the door was, " What there wasn't enough buffalo sauce on there?" I responded, " Listen this is nothing against you, I didn't taste any buffalo sauce. Here is the calzone that you came to collect and I dont wish to take the replacement." The delivery kid responds, " Are you serious?" I stated, " Again nothing against you I don't want the replacement food, have a good night." Like most people, after complaining about food, i didn't feel safe eating anything from them. Especially after finding out that they allow OUTSIDE partially eaten food back into the kitchen from someones residence. In conclusion. Whether or not this establishment took the incorrect calzone back to the restaurant or not, this is what they told me they were going to do. To me this is beyond disgusting to take partially eaten food from a customers house and return it to the establishment to investigate. I never once got a sorry for the order being wrong, for the wasted time, for my dinner being cold after this phone call with the manager and no follow up call once everything was said in done. I will never ever be a customer at this place again even though the food is good. To find out the lack of care for food safety and potentially get an entire restaurant sick is enough for me. Very sad experience from a place I used to enjoy. Me and my girlfriend went here often, no longer. I got sick shortly after eating mozzarella sticks and some pizza from here and puked all night. My girlfriend I guess posted a bad review. I then get a call from the manager saying I should have called them and tell them I was vomiting even though it was one am and they weren't open when it was happening so how could I? and she seemed to want an apology for the bad review. Food is always good and staff are friendly and pleasant. Saturday the 9th we were told 30 minutes for a pickup order of about 4 items, a sub and three apps. The 30 minutes took an hour and 15 minutes, the 45 minutes was spent waiting in an overly crowded waiting area with no communication from the staff. Too many people too close in these stressful times is not acceptable. Management should have at least indicated times were pushed back 30 minutes giving people the option to wait outside and taken cell numbers for a call or text when your food was ready. People are trying to support local businesses by being flexible but businesses need to also think of what it must be like to wait 45 minutes extra in a small confined area with too many people too close. Some of the food a was a overcooked as well. If volume increases so should the wait times given during order placement. Will be a long time before we go back. read more

We ordered pick up for 1 large pizza, small fry, and 20oz coke at 8:20pm on 5/15/2020 and were told it would be ready in 20 min. Got there at 8:48pm and called because of the curb side pickup rule, response was "it will be right out". at 9:12 pm they finally came out with the food but still managed to forget the drink. Today was the usual lahge cheese pizza with a bag of tri sum chips and a sweet treat of some home-made rice pudding. First off, opinions will vary as to the most important paht of a pizza. I, myself, am a sauce guy and the sauce is amazeballs. Brilliant recipe and great taste. Matches very well with the perfectly melted cheese blend and the crust is perfect underneath and perfectly crispy on the edges. Perfect foldability. The rice pudding, which is one of my favorite sweet treats of all time, is cooked perfectly and has the perfect amount of cinnamon on it for a great spice to a great creamy texture. 25 years of primos runs through my veins.
