Definitely recommend this dental office. The staff make the experience of getting work done, so relaxing. They are kind and considerate. They work so well with my toddler making sure he's comfortable and working around his jittering. They are such a welcoming group and do such an amazing job. I had several old cavities that needed repair and one tooth that was cracked and needed a cap. These items took a few visits to accomplish. Everyone from the front desk, dental hygienist, to Dr Stephanie Nunez were positive, friendly, look you in the eye concerning, people. I called this office because they were in network for Tricare/United Concordia. My son was having some jaw pain and I was concerned, they got us in quickly. My 16 year old son had a lot of cavities and he had impacted wisdom teeth. We were able to get most of his cavities filled and his wisdom teeth removed (in office!) within 2 months, right before my husband is set to deploy. We used up all of our insurance benefit for another month so we'll be back in March for another cleaning and his last filling. read more

My whole family goes here and we have been impressed every time. We each have a favorite hygienist that we prefer to see. My youngest son feels completely comfortable going to the dentist. The workers are so patient and kind. We have never waited more then 5 minutes in the waiting room. They are very efficient. Came here to see Dr Tahvildary for a crown. As soon as I walked in through the front door, I was met with smiling faces. I like that. A professional and happy place rolled into one. Dr T sat me in the chair and made me comfortable right from the start. She explained every step before doing anything, which I really like. She was gentle and caring. Her dental assistant,Haley, was lovely too. She seemed to work so well with Dr T and praised her to no end. Happy staff= happy dentist= happy patient. When I see Dr T for dental work, I know I am in good hands. I trust her judgment. And I admire her dental work and I love her bubbly character. Never imagined going to my dentist could be such a positive experience. Went to see Dr T again a few weeks ago as I was having issues with various teeth. The offices have expanded and are super modern and very bright and clean. All the staff are so pleasant and friendly. Dr T really made me feel at ease with her professional and friendly approach. She is gentle and thorough. I feel totally confident in her ability and love her manner. I always feel I am in the best hands when I see her and I can't thank her enough. If you have an emergency, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have been having tooth pain for a few days. Called to see if I could schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction. The lady who answered the phone stated I needed to see the dentist in order to schedule that appointment based on her findings. After the consultation she says I need a root canal or and extraction (which she doesn't recommend). I am a college student and currently lack dental insurance. I explain that and request an extraction. She then tells me the surgeon does extractions and he is not there today!!! If that's what I called for, why wouldn't they notify me. In the end she gave me a referral to two places for the extraction. Of course they have no openings u til the end of May or July. She then gives me a prescription for Tylenol, which I told her I had already been taking and it didn't help. They then charged me for x-rays and guess what.....MY TOOTH STILL HURTS!!! I had a very unfortunate visit last night. My appointment was at 7pm. One of the main reasons why I love going to Prince Frederick dental center is because of their late and weekend hours of operation. I was checked in early because I had two cavities that needed to be filled and was promptly numbed. My five year old sat in the chair by my feet and colored in his book. Before beginning to drill, the dentist warned me to raise my hand if I felt ANYTHING because the last thing he wanted was for me to feel anything. Noted. He began to drill and eventually I felt a quick sharp pain which caused me to shake and raise my hand simultaneously. At that point the dentist pulled away, raised his hands up like he was giving up and said "WOW. Really? I TOLD YOU TO RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU FELT SOMETHING." I said, "I did raise my hand, sorry for shaking, but I felt a sharp pain." He then raised his voice at me and said "You are numb, you're not supposed to feel anything." If that was the case, why would you tell me to raise my hand if I did? At this point he preceded to act like I wasn't there and told the assistant that he wasn't going to take these late appointments anymore with people who were going to get this excited and act this childish. So because I jumped, because I actually felt something and raised my hand (as per his instructions), I'm all of a sudden acting like a child? This situation wouldn't have been so humiliating if my son wasn't sitting in the corner, watching a man who is supposed to be a professional, call one of his adult patients "childish" and complaining about me to my face and to the assistant. I get it, dental work is a difficult profession. You are usually drilling or poking around people's mouths with sharp tools. They are going to feel uncomfortable. As a professional, you should be prepared for that and you should have a way to make your patient feel at ease, not berate them. YOU CHOSE THIS PROFESSION. I am now scheduled for one more appointment and will no longer return Prince Frederick Dental Center after that. read more

About a year ago I went to see Dr. Farzad Azad to get started on my invisalign. It took less than a year to complete the whole process and straighten my teeth. Once it was done I was very happy with the end result. The staff is super friendly and attentive to all the patients. read more

It was my first time at this dental office. It is a fast pace dental office for sure. They do get you in and out in no time! I like that, aspect. Truthfully, I am not a fan of dental offices, as the past two times I went to the dentist, they hurt me so bad, I ended up in the hospital. I only go to one now when a situation comes up and needs attention. I like this office and the staff were very friendly. I had a female dentist. She focused on the issue I came in for and addressed that issue immediately. Although, I have to have a crown. It will take two appointments to get a crown. I think I am going to enjoy this office. I did not feel as nervous there. I hope for the best! read more

Worst dental experience ever. Had to wait a month for a Dr to advise me about a root canal and after deciding on an extraction was told I would have to wait two months if I wanted to use my ins. I love my hygenist but this office doen not seem capable of dealing with problems in a timely manner. I was able to be helped quickly and completely at a different office by a Dentist that was able to do fillings, root canals and extractions. Why not go to someone who is willing to do what is necessary to help you? read more
