What a wonderful experience! I have been seeing the same dentist for over 20 years. I dropped my dental insurance policy and was added to my husbands insurance. My dentist did not take that type of insurance so I was off on a hunt for someone I was comfortable with. I did see one other dentist in Prince Frederick, however, I felt like it was get them (patients) in and get them out. The dentist was nice enough. The staff was also pleasant, however, seemed very hurried. Dr. Wolf of North Beach Dental was recommended to my by a family member. From the time I walked into the new updated building I was very impressed. I was greeted by the receptionist, sorry didn't get her name, she was helpful and knowledgeable with the forms needs and the forms required to be completed, with a smile and a thank you! On to the staff; I first met with Frankie who took my x-rays and got me set up in the chair. Offered to turn the television to what ever channel I preferred, something forgotten about or you are stuck with watching advertising of getting braces, veneers or other cosmetic surgery. Frankie was very personable. We had great conversation. She always had a smile on her face and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Then on to Erika, she was also pleasant, personable and explained what she was doing at all times. She was very gentle on all the cleaning. She made me feel comfortable in a situation where I normally don't. I would rather clean a dirty house two times then go see a dentist. Dr. Wolf explained everything to me in a manner I understood. He also pulled up the x-rays on the television screen and showed me what we may have to look into in the future, but told me what I could do to prolong having anything done. I really don't go in depth or at this length to do reviews, but I would like everyone that does read this that this to know this is a dentist and dentist office you would want to go to. After moving to a new area and needing a new dentist, I started my internet search. North Beach Dental Care was consistently recommended, receiving many compliments from the ease of scheduling an appointment, to the decor and ambiance of the office and most importantly, the great dental care that is provided. Considering my dental concerns were going to be a little more complex than a standard first visit, I researched further and Dr. Wolf was highly recommended. Not only was I able to schedule my appointment online, but I was able to select which dentist I wanted to see, the reason, requested day, time, new patient forms, etc. This took so much hassle away and made it simple. The office is located in beautiful North Beach, directly across from the water. The office itself is stunning and very esthetically pleasing . It is clear that a lot of time, detail and consideration was put into their patients comfort. The front desk kindly greeted me immediately, there is coffee, tea, tv, comfortable chairs and couches. The dental assistant who brought me back was very kind, welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Wolf is exactly what someone looks for in a dentist. Intelligent, kind, personable and addressed every concern thoroughly and answered all questions without hesitation. I explained I was anxious about everything needing to be done, but he was reassuring that my comfort and pain will always be taken care of. Checking out was an absolute breeze. My dental plan was already up on their iPad for me to review; they walked through the plan with me and were able to email it directly to me to check again later. North Beach Dental Care provides FANTASTIC, compassionate, knowledgeable, concerned dental care! Everyone is incredibly helpful & reassuring from Marie in the office to Angel, a wonderful dental tech, to Holly, a super hygienist, to Dr. Mazhari, an AWESOME dentist! Everyone else I met or who assisted in my care, too, were ALL wonderful! I dreaded going to the dentist! I had not seen a dentist in almost 4 years & knew I had 2 broken teeth from lost fillings & a few cavities... I was extremely relieved after my visit, especially after I learned my teeth could be saved without extreme measures (like implants...). I went there with my neighbor, the dentists are awesome, professional and nice but the front desk are awful by all means I don't know why they let them waste the work that the doctors do ,they are the face of the office and they have to be nice but they expect the clients to be nice with them and they take advantage when you leave they give you a price totally different than what they told you at the beginning so this is the hint they catch you when you leave and you are in hurry be aware its always a catch and the front desk the blond with funky eyebrows don't want to update or print any papers they are sloths too bad read more

First impressions can mean a lot and the clean office and the prompt service went a long way toward winning me over as a new client. We just moved to Calvert County and was looking for a dental clinic where I could bring my whole family on a regular basis. As a former dental assistant, I am very aware of how an amazing staff should look like. The front desk people, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists were all warm and friendly. I'm also very impressed with how modern and clean this clinic is, it even wowed my kids! It looked more like a spa-a calming ambiance. My mom just moved here from pa and needed a new dentist. She had the same dentist for over 20 years so it was hard for her to make changes. I decided to try north beach dental and she has been to dr. Dersley twice. She really likes him very much as well as the rest of the staff. The office is clean and beautiful. She couldn't get over that she could watch Rachel Ray while she got her teeth cleaned. My kids will be going there on Monday for their regular cleaning on Monday with dr lang. I heard of this dental office through a friend/Co-worker and i am so happy i did! My fear of the dentist that I've had since i was young instantly went away the moment i walked in. The place was so nice and clean and even had a drink bar filled with options of coffee tea and water which i thought was so cute!
