We came in here for lunch as recommended on the Jack Daniels tour for their pizza. Serviced was great and friendly What this place lack is good pizza. We got a 12 inch supreme and it was lukewarm when it came out. It was a 5 toppings pizza that barely had any toppings at all. We would probably come back for its ice cream to support local business but not for its pizza.

Adorable little ice cream shop in the Lynchburg town square. They have a good variety of ice creams, including a Jack Daniels whiskey raisin flavor. Of course they have to have something JD! Ice cream was good but the workers could be a little friendlier. Nearly every shop we popped into in the Square had the friendliest workers ever! This shop was the least of such and for that reason it stuck out to us. They have indoor seating if you want some A/C but also a couple of benches outside for relaxing small town ice cream eating.

This place is too unassuming to have as good as pizza as it does. Probably the BEST pizza I have had in a very long time. Perfectly done with a crispy crust. Just spectacular!!!

Grabbed a quick ice cream cone on our way headed out from the Jack Daniels distillery. I am visiting from California and will tell you about my experience here. A group of us entered the shop and were not greeted, we stood awkwardly as the man said "can I help you". I understand some don't have a great day, but the least you can do is give a welcome into the shop. The ice cream wasn't bad however the customer service wasn't the best. You may want to reconsider coming into here after your visit at the distillery.

The whiskey chocolate sauce was awesome!!! It was delicious on top of my chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream!

I believe the burger patty was the cheap frozen kind you get at Sams or Costco. Her pizza was enjoyable but my burger was way overcooked and bland. Second visit Came here with family. FIL ordered the supreme style pizza and it seemed like none of the peppers or onions were even cooked. I think they were just thrown on the pizza to get it out to the table. I had the philly and again it was way overcooked and the inside of the bun was burnt. My son got a burger even though I warned him of my last experience. Yeah he was disappointed as well. Daughter got the GF cheese pizza. Most everything was lukewarm to cold when it got to the table. The fries were so overdone there was almost no potato left inside. It seems like GF pizza is about the only thing that is done well here. Our server was very nice and she did a great job! You seriously need to train your kitchen staff to cook and not burn stuff. For the prices you should be making stuff fresh and not using frozen from Sysco. Do yourselves a favor and go to a chain restaurant or something. Drive out of your way to avoid this place.

Their menu has sandwiches, pizza, and coffee drinks. I intended to eat lunch because I was hungry. It was around 1:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and there was absolutely no one in there. An employee came out from the back after a minute or two, but the eerily empty environment and somewhat odd smell in the space dissuaded me from actually ordering a meal. Instead, I wound up ordering a small iced white chocolate mocha to go. It was pricy for a small iced coffee -- over $6. The employee went to the back to fix it for me. It took a few minutes but nothing unreasonable. She brought it back out to me in a cup that looked like a hot latte cup, but it was fortunately made correctly and iced. Overall, it was...fine. Not super creamy, pretty thin and almost watery instead of milky consistency. Decent white chocolate flavor but not a ton of coffee flavor. For the price, I probably wouldn't get it again, but it was serviceable. I dunno, I feel like I'm maybe being a little unfair because of my overall poor experience in town, but given the one thing I tried was resoundingly average, I guess I stick by my 3 star rating. Hoping for a more successful venture the next time I return to town.

I stop everytime I head down south from Nashville, usually working in the side room for half the day so I can avoid rush hour in Nashville. From a beer standpoint, this is one of the top breweries in Tennessee. They are well known nationally, as well. The building is a warehouse looking structure on the outside, but they have nicely decorated the tap room. Ample seating both inside and out and they have bands on some weekends. I have tried the flatbreads, a couple of sandwiches, and the Dinosaur wings (only kidding, but they are the largest chicken wings they can buy, so ample sized). I prefer the wings most of the time - except their rendition of Nashville Hot - but this time opted for a meatball sandwich. If you are trying to be an Italian food afficianado, this might not be in, but the sauce works well with these meatballs and there is ample cheese. As one normally focusing on Keto, adding a fork meant I could eat the kibbles and bits and leave the bun. Two thumbs up. As for the beer, they have some of the best IPAs and I finally tried the porter this go around. Many of their beers are rated above 4.0 on untappd and it is not just a local bump kind of thing. The brewery, as a whole, is 3.92 and also well deserved. To my normal "Will I be back" question, I think the answer is already clear. I do return almost every time I pass by.

Then we came two years ago and it was "okay," and my husband felt it was already going downhill, but I brushed it off as an ordering issue and decided to try it again this evening. Unfortunately, after our most recent visit, I can confidently say something has changed -- and not for the better. We ordered two large pizzas, and both were honestly terrible. I've had better gas-station pizza. The sauce tasted like straight tomato paste with nothing added, no seasoning, no flavor. The amount of oil on the pizza made it almost slimy. Our pepperoni pizza had very few pepperonis and somehow still managed to taste bland. That sealed it for us but then what prompted me to make a post was this... My kids went to the bathroom and found poop on the edge of the toilet. It wasn't very populated so it's not likely that it had happened recently. The back door where the employees enter and exit had shattered glass and looked unsafe. Even the sign handing inside had a dozen bulbs burned out. None of these things on their own would be a huge deal, but together they paint a clear picture: a place that once had promise now feels neglected, run-down, and like the original vision has been abandoned. We won't be returning. This was truly disappointing, especially given how good it was the first visit. I'm stopping by Papa John's on my way home.
