We visited One22West on a Saturday for lunch. The service was great. Our server was very attentive and kind. We recorded our food in a timely manner. The decorations were amazing. It had the feeling of the holidays and was inviting with a large selection of local beer, wine, and spirits. We got the Beer cheese and bacon burger. We were seated promptly, server came over immediately even though they were busy. Got our drinks and placed our order. Watched the host who seats people clean off tables by pushing what was left on the table onto the floor with a towel. We had to wait for about 15 minutes after we were done with our appetizer for our dinner. I had the 8oz prime rib and my wife had the Parmesan crusted chicken. Both were very good, the only problem that I had with my meal was that my sweet potato fries were ice cold and inedible. Other than that it was a good meal. Host is quite rude. On each of my 3 visits within the past 2 months I have personally experienced his rude, condescending behavior. I have also witnessed this towards other customers entering waiting to be seated. Initially we thought maybe he was just having a bad day but each visit we had the same experience with him. Waitstaff were professional and courteous. Food was always delivered to our table within a short time. Food was delicious! We were literally saying we would not be back again to each other when we took a bite of our burger and said "ok,maybe the abuse is worth it." That was 3 visits ago. Our server's name was Knika and she was a hoot. I'm telling you. They don't open the doors till 3pm weekdays and we were there table of 5 at 3:05. She was the only person on at the time and must have had a table at the door at 2:59. So right away she had an 11 top. She worked us together- but separate- multitasking like a pro. We ordered 2x the hamburger steak. No longer on the menu but still in the kitchen so they made it. Both people ate it all. No leftovers. Mom got the Bang Bang Shrimp. She tried to eat it all. But it was a little spicy for her. (She is a sissy though) I got the Little Debbie. SOOOOO good. But could only eat 3 slices of the 9 in pie. Leftovers for me. It was Perfect; and I've had it before and it was perfect then also. The decor inside is festive with plenty of tables. Our server was the best. We had our first experience at One22west and it was very disappointing primarily based on value and quality for the price. We were so excited to try somewhere "different" in Coffee County and encouraged when we read the menu. My husband had the prime rib dinner (end cut)with broccoli and mashed potatoes which was $48.00. At that price point it should have been a phenomenal cut of meat but it was mediocre at best. I had the Parmesan crusted salmon which was delicious- but the sides were just "ok". No bread offered nor served. Our server was great and attentive so that was the biggest positive but not enough to justify 100.00 meal. We may give them another try for a more casual meal like a burger or something. read more

It was a little busy in comparison to staff. The entrees are top notch. The sides leave a little something to be desired (they have "fire roasted corn" that is actually "southwestern corn" and it was kind of bland). Nothing was bad. But the sides were a bit ho-hum. I was having a great Saturday drive and wanted to stop by the town of Tullahoma. I searched Apple Maps and saw a pizza symbol and saw One 22 West on the map with a pizza symbol. I clicked it and saw some wonderful looking Yelp pictures. I read the Yelp reviews and decided to call in a pizza so I could pick it up. I did notice a sign that said 'masks optional' or something similar on the outside. I walked in and no one was inside. I was greeted by a friendly hostess and she checked on the order. Granted it wasn't after the 15 minutes the guy on the phone told me, so I had to expect it wasn't done yet. All around signs that this restaurant is well loved by locals. I paid for a 9 inch meat madness. I also got two drinks. With tax and everything it came to be $25. I fully support paying this to support a local independent restaurant. I took the pizza and drinks and drove to a nearby park. The pizza was very good. I quite thoroughly enjoyed it. The pepperonis were cooked to the way I like them. I had to let it cook a bit since I just got it hot and fresh. In these tough times it's important to keep these beloved restaurants afloat. I was happy to help. Went with 3 friends on Saturday night and there were maybe 10 other diners present so fairly normal for a weekend night. We ordered appetizers and meals and it took about 20 minutes to receive the appetizers and salads. About 20 minutes after that, our entrees arrived. Two of us ordered steak (one filet and one ribeye). The filet was supposed to be medium and came rare. The ribeye was meant to be rare and was medium well. The waitress came back and we showed her the steaks and got a long speech about how they were busy (huh) and she said they had a party in the back room and she didn't think the manager would do anything about it because they were busy and it wasn't their fault and we couldn't expect the steaks perfect. She took them back and the ribeye came back properly cooked but the filet was WELL DONE. I didn't eat it and she never came back to ask if it was cooked properly. While I was eating the mashed potatoes, we found a long, gray hair in it. We never got to tell the manager because she NEVER came by our table to ask about our steaks being incorrectly cooked. They took half off the steak order which is ridiculous because it was sent back. Half off still left the steak costing $25. I wouldn't mind paying the full $50 if I had gotten to eat it. I've been to this restaurant multiple times, and the friends we were with are regulars who have never had an instance where the manager didn't come by and ask about their experience. Clearly she doesn't care if it is a bad experience. Extremely disappointed in not only the management, but also our servers attitude. She made us feel guilty for asking for what we had ordered. I'm sorry, but for a $200 tab, we absolutely should have received what we ordered. And maybe with a smile. read more

I've had a few friends recommend us to try this restaurant, so we decided to do so. The host was very friendly, and seated us promptly at our table. Our server was just as friendly and gave great service throughout our meal. We started with the Bang Bang Shrimp as a appetizer. It was good and flavorful. We both ordered steaks medium rare. The meal came with a salad and side, which we chose baked potatoes. The salads were your standard side salads. The dressings, which I was told were made fresh there, were very good. The steaks were delivered more medium well than medium rare. One thing I thought was odd, is they don't serve any bread of any kind with your meal. A nice hot roll would have been great. The building is located in the downtown Tullahoma area. It's sets among other older stores / restaurants, and is a great stroll from your car. The inside of the restaurant was very nice and very clean. You have the choice of sitting in either a booth or at a table. I'm going to give it 4 stars because the steaks were not cooked properly. Only reason I only gave 3 stars was we ordered a kids meal spaghetti and added meat thinking it would be $1.60 up charge like it is to add meat to a pizza but our bill came and it was $9 to add ground beef to the spaghetti. We could of gotten a whole pound or more at the local grocery store. We found this place on accident while waiting on a school sporting event to happen. What a great surprise and experience. We ended up calling it a mini-date night (since we dropped the kids at the school) and so very happy we did. The staff was fun and conversational. There was lots of jovial joking back and forth and she did such a great job of ensuring we were well taken care of. We had the fried pickles and salads as an appetizer. We also tried the fried raviolis and the Rattlesnake Pasta. All of which had such great flavors. To add to it, a perfectly toasted piece of garlic bread to go with the pasta. Not soggy or over cooked, but a perfect crisp top with infused flavors in the soft middle. I forgot to add that we each tried one of their "signature" drinks from the bar and even those were spot on. Perfect size for the flavors and drinks that were made. Combinations were perfect in all aspects. As much as we wanted to try dessert, we just couldn't. The rest of the meal was so fulfilling and exceptional, we just couldn't pile that on top of it. Great place for anybody to try. In town visiting family for Christmas decided to check out the local cusine. Alex greeted us at the door and was very curteous something you just dont get now at most resturants. Our sever Emily was top notch we did not have to ask for a thing. We both opted for the Filet and it was cooked perfect something else thats hard to find a chef that knows what a true medium temp is suppose to be. If you like kale you have to try the sauteed kale we ask how it was perpared and they do it fresh in house. The fire roasted corn was almost as good as the filet. If we were local we would definitely make this a weekly stop. Due to covid they are on a limited menu which is understandable during these times. Looking forward to our next visit. read more

Staying in Tullahoma for two nights and looking for a great place to eat with a nice selection of wine and cocktails. A quick Yelp search pointed us to One22West and the pictures looked fantastic. We were hungry after just flying in after a long flight so ended up going to the restaurant before 5 pm which got us in during happy hour so double win! Food: We started with a Dirty Martini for my wife and a local draft beer for myself along with an order of Scotch Eggs. Drinks and app came out quickly and both were quickly consumed and appreciated. For our meal I was torn between the prime rib special or the braised pork belly. The pork belly won out and I did not regret my choice. A large portion of belly, fork tender with a tasty glaze on top. You can't be afraid of the fat in this dish and the fat to meat ratio was perfect. Entrees come with either the salad bar or two sides, I looked at the salad bar and decided to go with a side of fried okra and sautéed kale. I should have read the menu better as the pork belly was served on a bed of kale but hey..I'm all about healthy eating so bing on the kale. Service: Our server Casey was great, offered up great suggestions and was able to describe all the menu items we asked about both food and drink. She checked on us often and gave great service. Atmosphere: Pretty large space with a tables, booths and a bar. Nothing fancy but comfortable and I really liked that the manager was going from table to table asking how we were enjoying our meals and the service. Value: 4 drinks, 1 app, 1 entree, and an entree salad all for less than $60 which is a great value. We've been used to paying $100 plus for our dinner/drinks when traveling so loved the value here! Overall: Great menu, great staff, great value..what's not to like. Keto: Pork Belly was great and there lots of options. We did cheat a little when our server dropped of some fresh, hot, rolls. The ambiance at One 22 West is cozy and warm. The bar is lovely. We have dined here a few times. The first time was fantastic, and the food was great. Subsequent times there were a few small issues, such as a salad served with wilted, brown lettuce and over/under cooked steaks. Both times, the servers argued with us about the problems instead of just correcting them. The old salad was taken away, but a new one was never brought out. By the time I could ask them about it, the rest of my food had arrived. No discount was offered or given, and no manager came by to talk to us about the problem, which I found odd. It wasn't a huge issue, but for fine dining prices, I do expect a higher level of service. The steak issues were worse, as we had brought out of town friends to dine there because it was usually good food. The waitress argued about how done the steak was, and then the manager also came out and argued about it. It was embarrassing. My friends are foodies and dine in very nice restaurants across the globe. I'm certain they know what a medium rare steak should look like. When the new steak finally came out, it had so much fat and gristle on it one that my friend only ate part of it, and then, only because we had been there almost two hours at this point. Again, no discount was offered and our server had to be flagged down for the check, as if they were reluctant to come back over to our table. We tipped well, as the waiter tried to walk the line between management and customer. The last time we dined there, the prime rib was over cooked and management again tried to gaslight us into believing we were wrong on how it should be cooked. We can't recommend it anymore. For those prices, it should be a pleasant dining experience every time with exceptional food and service, not an argument with management or staff over mediocre food. I gave two stars because a year ago when we first tried it, the experience was great. read more

One22West has a large dining area, nice variety on their menu and a surprisingly fresh salad bar. The hubby ordered the 16oz Ribeye (rare) & I had the 8oz (med-rare). As we are steak lovers, we appreciated that our waiter Mike asked us to immediately cut into our steaks to be sure they were cooked as requested.
