Most of the others were being monopolies by two companies doing commercial laundry. One company hade three employees using the washers and dryers. Also tying up two folding tables and at least half a dozen baskets. Another company had two employees. That didn't leave much room for the individual customers. I even had a lady comment to me that she bet that she and I were the only two there that spoke English. She said she would never return. I understand that from a business perspective this would be great but for the rest of us, not so much.

She showed me how to work all the machines and helped me to choose the one that would be most appropriate for me. She helped me with doing my credit card on the machine. She was just amazing. The laundromat is sparkling clean I arrived at 7 AM when it opened. All the waste baskets were emptied,all the counters for folding clothes were very clean. The environment was very very pleasant. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to anyone who needed to use a laundromat. While I was waiting for my wash to be completed I saw our other workers handling the laundry of the clients who brought their clothes in to be washed. They were doing a great job and were very careful with all the items. I may look into just bringing my laundry here to be washed by them. They said they needed to call the driver (cause they 'send it out') but the driver should be here at 10. We came back at 10 and both women were in the back. I was joking that they were probably in the back pressing the clothes. They came out 6 min later with the correct clothes, hot. So either the "send out" was a lie to give them time or they in fact forgot about the clothes and never sent them out. Moral of the review: if you want the service done on time this is not the place to go. The place doesn't seem organized at all and I wouldn't be surprised if they lost clothes frequently.
