When we came back that afternoon she said she never should have promised they'd by ready Monday at 4 because she hadn't examined the clothes and when she finally did she realized they had to be washed, not dry cleaned. So either the "send out" was a lie to give them time or they in fact forgot about the clothes and never sent them out. Moral of the review: if you want the service done on time this is not the place to go. The place doesn't seem organized at all and I wouldn't be surprised if they lost clothes frequently.

When I dropped them off I asked when they would be ready and was told Tuesday, after 2. I asked when they closed on Tuesday and was told 5pm. So I said that I would pick them up the next day, Wednesday. No one mentioned that they were closed on Wednesdays. In fact, a sign clearly stated that they were closed on Wednesdays during the winter. I was able to contact Phil through one of their other stores to see if some one could please help me get the jackets. He refused to help and told me that my story didn't hold up! He said that they had been closed on Wednesdays for a year and that I, a new resident to Chatham, should know that! Never again!
