She showed me how to work all the machines and helped me to choose the one that would be most appropriate for me. She helped me with doing my credit card on the machine. She was just amazing. The laundromat is sparkling clean I arrived at 7 AM when it opened. All the waste baskets were emptied,all the counters for folding clothes were very clean. The environment was very very pleasant. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to anyone who needed to use a laundromat. While I was waiting for my wash to be completed I saw our other workers handling the laundry of the clients who brought their clothes in to be washed. They were doing a great job and were very careful with all the items. I may look into just bringing my laundry here to be washed by them. Great visit and nothing but praise for the workers and the establishment.

I've taken in all sorts of items and until now things have been satisfactory. But today I went to pick up my pieces and noticed that a vintage coat that, of course is my favorite, had been ruined. I walked back in to show her and see if they could fix it. Not only can they not, the lady couldn't have given less of a F about ruining my coat. Literally nothing. Except "maybe next time wash it by hand". It's dry clean only which is why I brought it there. So, lesson painfully learned. If you just need basic cleaning and you are unbothered by scowling women who seem to loathe their job and everyone around them, go here. If you have anything precious that requires skill and care, skip this one.

I thought twice about bringing it to the cleaners, but finally decided that they've seen all types of stains imaginable, so I brought it in. Not only did it turn out sparkling clean, but they also gave me a winter coat I'd forgotten there last season. AND as a side benefit, it's run by Americans, so you don't have to walk away wondering if they understood you or not. If the rest of the operation ran as well... They took 5 days to dry clean my pants and shirt I was on vacation and needed my uniform the next day. They lost my pants. They then found them and offered to get them to me the next day(Saturday). 6 days after I dropped them off and 1 day after I needed them. The shirt and pants were well cleaned and pressed, but they insisted I pay up front so for 2 trips to pickup and the hassle, I got to pay full price. I'd recommend going elsewhere, but to Nicole, I say thank you!

But this time I had to bring it because of my cat's puke. And you know what? When I got it back and it was STILL covered with CAT FOOD which was the reason WHY I brought it there to clean, they told me to inform them next time that there are real troubles there because "it takes more time and resources to clean it".
