I have come here 3 times for pedi the first 2 times were fine the service was done by 2 girls which did great I liked the service the 3rd and last time I came a guy did my pedi he looked young around his 20s first he left me just sitting there for a while just with the water open after 15 min he came and started doing the pedi he didn't even ask which pedi I wanted which I always ask for the delux he did quick he looked very un professional at the middle of the pedi I told him (hey want the delux and he understood which one and just stand up and starting walking around the place looking for something which I assum was making time for what idk and came sat down again and kept doing the pedi I noticed he wasn't doing the delux I told him I wanted and finished and I asked him ( hey what pedi did u do if I asked for delux) and he just said oh sorry I did the other one I just said it was fine and left he asked for tip which I said no I was really disappointed.. y have been looking for a good place to get my pedi done and just when I thought I had found a good place this happenes. read more

They are artists! The technicians have made sure every detail of the nail was to my liking before I left, every time. The nails hold up!! Usually a full set lasts me 3 weeks before I loose a nail. CUSTOMER SERVINCE IS HORRIBLE I came in today for a simple gel polish on my toes, along with my friend who requested a mani/pedi. I had been sitting in the pedicure chair for all of 15 minutes or more when TWO OTHER PEOPLE came in & requested a pedicure. IMMEDIATELY, they were sat & their service was being provided, while I was still sitting there. Outraged by being completely overlooked & blatantly ignored, I left without saying a word because I genuinely only wanted my toes polished & I couldn't even get that done respectfully, as simple as that is. I did she started to remove the nails an was angrily removing the nails an talking to another lady, she then decided an told me she was only going to remove the nails and not give me my 30$ back, I tried talking to her nicely, she was ignoring me then so I started to talk to the other lady that worked there and the owner then started yelling at the lady not to talk nor say another word to me! I explain to the owner I was not leaving until I had my money back, so she finally yelled at me and said fine! She gave me my money and I left. I would honestly not recommend this place! Whenever I try a new place I always just get a regular manicure just to see their work before I spend more on shellac since it's more expensive and lasts longer. Usually my manicures are ok, but this one was exceptional. She filed my nails perfectly (not square not round, but in between). And did so much work on my cuticles (I abuse them) she was quick and profession. Will definitely be back for shellac and more! read more
