I come here every week. The service is always good and the guys who load my food great. They mostly cater to Chinese and Asian cuisines.

This is the Asian restaurant Costco. You can find a lot of Asian grocery items such as rice,…read morespices, condiments, seafood, meats, vegetables, cooking equipment, dishes and even restaurant supplies such as menu covers, receipts, pens, etc. For example, if you love boba and you want to make it at home yourself, you can get all the fixings here. If you meal prep and you need meal prep containers and are spending more than $1/container, get it here. If you have a big family and you want to buy your items in bulk, come here. It's more like a warehouse so don't expect a Crate & Barrel environment. Some might judge but trust me, it's the same stuff you'll find at other stores but will cost you 2-10x more. Anyway, bottom line is if you don't mind a little dust and want to save money, make a trip here and make sure you have space in your trunk so you can make your trip worthwhile. Don't come here just for a bag of straws. You might as well go to Pavillions. But yes, I'll come back when I need a refill on supplies.

Haven't been here in a really long time. So glad I did!…read more They literally have everything you need - from different rice, noodles and condiments from different countries, frozen meat, frozen seafood, vegetables like bok choy, Chinese eggplant, green beans, morning glory, enoki mushrooms, etc. (Basically, all types of vegetables used for Asian cooking- in BULK.) They even have containers for meal prep- restaurant to go containers, toiletries, etc. All the boba drink necessities you need to make at home or for parties. (Did it for my daughter's birthday - all her friends loved it.) Prices are decent, especially for what you get. Such a fun place to explore if you've never been - and love stocking up with Asian condiments and seasonings- like I did! 9 out of 10 for me, enjoy!

I second Molly's review in that a lot of stuff that is out of the boxes is grimy and many aisles…read moreare dusty. This REALLY should be a two star review but I have to be honest: if you need anything Asian related in terms of cookery, you will probably find it here. And since there's no real competition, other than online, I am absolutely rounding up. But yes, be prepared to scrub the stuff you're getting here thoroughly before using for food prep. At any rate, when I needed Ta Fong, it came through in a pinch. A client required a super authentic hotpot setup for a photo shoot and there wasn't enough time to get anything online. I must have stopped at three other locations of cooking supply stores that technically *should* have carried what I needed, but they didn't. When I got to Ta Fong, there were MANY hotpots for me to choose from. Some looked super Chinese country style in that they had painted pastel flowers and whatnot and others were super modern, imported from Japan. There were many different sizes and since my client and I didn't have a consensus on what would look good in a shoot, I ended up getting three. Things got awkward in regard to me buying the different sizes in that I got automatically interrogated at the counter as to why I needed three and I was upfront about needing it for a styled shoot. Suddenly, I was told there would be no returns at all. As in, the return policy that applies to everyone else got nullified for me at the start. I get where they're coming from in that no one wants to be a free rental house for props but I very clearly explained that I would only be using one of these and the rest were for sizing purposes only. So the lady wrote on my receipt that I COULD bring back only one of the three. I pushed to return back two but could only get her to pre-emptively agree to give me return authorization for one. That sucked. But at the end of the day, the shoot went great and the hotpot we ended up selecting--the large size one--worked beautifully. So, yeah, I'm a-ok with Ta Fong.
