I had a very concerning experience at this business. I was given a price before service, but when…read moreit came time to pay, I was charged $16 more than what I was originally told. My sister also experienced the same issue and was quoted one price but charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, there was an issue with the tip on my sister's transaction. She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.

Gigi took her time to talk me through the different options for lashes so I can actually achieve the look I was going for. The lash experience was long but relaxing. She just started her own business last August 2024 (used to be at the Wax Thread & Scissors), but has been threading since she was young.
