Never again will I go to Veda. I was a loyal customer of most of the barbers there and I was fine if there's a little bit of an issue but this is too far. I grew out my hair for 2-3 months to be a decent length to be cut a style but this is insane. The person who cut my hair is named kimmy. She is a bit older and has glasses, kinda on the plumper side. She was the only one free and I gave her a try but this is really bad. I wish I can give zero stars and I wish I took action there but I rather everyone else that works there not receive her karma. I'll put an after with the photo of what I wanted. You can be the judge yourself. My hair was Atleast triple this length. And to the people that asked why I didn't stop her earlier. I can't see without my glasses. Secondly when working on the sides they have to be short. Third if kimmy cared she would have asked to show the back of my hair also to Atleast let me see. I paid 15 dollars plus a 2 dollar tip. The lowest tip I've ever gave. Hopefully this is a fair warning. Do not let kimmy touch your head. Anyone else is fine. read more

We love Ms Kim. She takes her time and is very sweet and patient with the kiddos. She has cut my hair and my sons hair for over three years now. If I can give 0 stars u would! I was in a wedding 2 days before I got my hair done! I walked in with not damaged hair. I asked for my roots to be done, just the same color highlight. They gave me an idea to do that looked like ombré and I said ya let's do it. I asked how much it would be, they never answered me. I asked a few times because the last tome I was their they said it would be $80! The lady left the bleach in my hair too long, went from golden highlights to ash (I didn't want that)! It was so crunchy!! The lady said she would do my roots light brown and j said I think it looks fine, she started doing it anyways! They kept asking if I wanted my eye brows wax and I said no that I go somewhere else. The lady kept insisting I do it there then the guy made up this whole story that "my place" didn't have a license for waxing. She waxed a piece of my skin off! Back to my hair, I got up and looked in the mirror when it was done... it looked so bad! My hair in the back was BLUE!! Looked like Aomori through a ash tray at my hair!! Worst worst worst place ever!!!!!! They charged me $150 for damaged hair! My hubby went in afterwards and said "if you had a client walk in with damaged hair, would you dye it or tell her you can't dye damaged hair?" He said he wouldn't dye it... well my hair wasn't damaged, but now it is! read more

Sonya messed up my hair and damaged so bad! My hair falling out! I asked simply for highlights and she put bleach all over my hair in fools. Clearly that is NOT highlights, that is an ALL OVER COLOR! She charged me way more than I've ever paid anywhere! I DO NOT recommend this place for blondes. She bleached my hair TWICE and I clearly stated I did not want my hair all ONE color. PLUS I told her I just got my hair trimmed LAST month and that I did not want a trim. Well after being there fir 4 hours she cuts my hair And puts it in her hand where I COULDNT. See how much she really cut off! Now!!!!! I can't even put my hair up or style it Bc it can't take anymore damage. I'm VERY disappointed in this place. We got there when they opened and the sign clearly walk-in welcome. Signed in and waited. Other people come in and they took them. I guess you need to have appointment to have not to wait but take down your sign that says walk-in welcome. And the girl who did my friends hair I have never seen someone move that slow.
