I went for facial waxing and a bikini wax but halfway through the face, I knew I wouldn't be able to tolerate the bikini the same day so I waited on that. Thankfully! Four or five hours after I got home, I had blisters/welts all around my cheeks, forehead and neck that were very itchy, burning, and stinging. I treated locally and called the next day. I asked about a possible allergic reaction and requested a list/picture of products used on me and I was told not to worry about it, that I had sensitive skin and coarse hair so blistering is normal.
