Four or five hours after I got home, I had blisters/welts all around my cheeks, forehead and neck that were very itchy, burning, and stinging. I treated locally and called the next day. I asked about a possible allergic reaction and requested a list/picture of products used on me and I was told not to worry about it, that I had sensitive skin and coarse hair so blistering is normal. The complete lack of flexibility or understanding was shocking. Charging someone $90 for a navigation error is pretty poor customer service. Policies are one thing, but this felt unnecessarily rigid.
