They also provide 120 lbs cardstock paper which is my favorite paper to print on as it's sturdy and harder to warp and bend. SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO HERE. I used their services to print two pages of my portfolio along with 5 copies of my resume. When I came to pick it up, the lady told me that my total is $20.00. I was shocked to hear the price, but went on paying anyway. I asked her for my receipt since things didn't sound right. Sure enough, the receipt only said $12.10 with a "graphics fee" of $5.00. They also charged me a 8 dollars to cut a full bleed document, unheard of! So, instead of charging my card $ 17.10 for the actual price, she charged my card $20.50, right in front of me. When I confronted her, she was completely caught off guard. Just a note to you Print Copy Xpress people, lying is not a way do to business. I was a returning customer but unfortunately, you failed me over a few bucks. To overcharge a person with $20.00 for a few sheets of paper is not only embarrassing but also ABSURD. Previously I was printing posters through an online service but I needed a local shop to check colors and I needed it to be fast. Totally amazing find. They are priced competitively against other short run print shops, at least on 11*17s. Extremely fast response times on email. I was able to send a file over email, come in and see the proof, and pick up copies on the same day. Me and my friend have been slowly feeding them files all week this way. The thing that sold me was the fact that they didn't charge me for my first proof and even let me have a sheet of poster paper to show my friend (she wasn't sure what kind of paper she wanted).
