This this the *only* copy shop I use! Their attention to detail is incredible and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They beat Kinko's prices, and are experts at layout, etc. They are a local, family-run business, too, which I far prefer over a large corporation that offers little to no staff training. I've gotten things copied here about 3 or 4 times and have been satisfied by the level of service. They recommend you bring the USB drive in with the file but they can also copy from a printout; it's not as sharp but it works for me. While the first sheets are 10 cents each, the price does go down per sheet when you print a bunch of them (sorry i don't remember the quantity breaks). I've been able to stand and wait while they make the copies for me and they always show me a test sample,which is very helpful. This is a nice alternative to FedEx/Kinkos and I also like supporting local business. The quality of the copiers here is professional and much better than what you would find at the UPS store, for those wondering. read more

This copy shop is great! I called yesterday morning around 10:30 am and talked with John about printing invitations that day. At 2 pm, I got a call that they were ready and I was there by 2:30. Nice quality invitations were waiting for me to send out the same day! They have great service and even double checked my invitation and called me when they noticed it wasn't perfect (off center). You call to talk about what you need, email your file to them, then they will let you know when it is ready. They are friendly and have reasonable prices. On Friday I was looking for a quick turnaround printing service to print 200 postcards, and I found PCX very close to my office, and I called them for a quote. I am a marketing director for a large financial services firm in Redwood Shores and have a wide variety of printing needs. I had an emergency deadline (of course) for a presentation at my children's school that I was paying for by myself, so called around to see where I could get the best deal. This place was BY FAR cheaper than any of the other 3 places I called (including fed ex, staples, and "the copy shop" which I also love but was too expensive this time). I told them it was for a school and they gave me a further discount. When I got there, they helped me with every aspect of the job, making suggestions to make the quality better without increasing the price AND, here's the kicker - I had to show a DVD at the meeting and was having trouble burning it on my computer. The guys in the shop helped me with the software and burned my DVD - giving me a blank one for free b.c I had messed mine up. I literally cannot say enough great things about John who helped me the most and the others there.
