Best Print Shop around! Seriously. After going to various places around work (Downtown Seattle), as well as calling numerous places between Ballard and Northgate, I couldn't find a single print shop that: a) had any quality customer service, and b) had a very basic card stock available to make wedding announcement post cards. Downtown Seattle Kinkos on 3rd Ave, BTW, was the worst offenders. I called Print Fusion as a sort of skeptical last chance at a local print shop before I started looking for an online company to print (which would not have been ideal). But to my dismay, I had a great print shop right up the street! Bob was friendly, beyond competent and even let me email my PDF before I left the house so he could double check it looked good and save me a potential trip. He knew exactly what kind of paper we needed, how to fix some margin issues, and our post cards turned out perfect. I guess finding a good print shop is like discovering a good mechanic or barber, once you find them, life gets easier. Print Fusion is definitely my go-to place. read more

I love these guys. They really work with you to understand the print needs you have. I emailed them on Friday with a pretty good size project (multiple flyers, multiple sizes, different types of paper). I was hoping to pick it up on Saturday neglecting to notice that they are not open on Saturdays. Murtaza contacted me right away and said he could have the project done in 3 hours. I wasn't going to make it to them by closing, but since I lived up the street he dropped it off at my door for this one special occasion. How is that for service? I will always go to them for any copy needs. When I went to Fedex Kinkos the guy got all huffy about one simple project taking up his whole day. Th girl at the counter is clueless. I spent 30 minutes trying to xplain what I needed when she suggested I come in to go over the price and deal ..........she still didnt have a clue on what I wanted or needed and how much it was going to cost. Total waste of my time. I cancelled an appointment to get there to be told the same thing I was told on the phone. I DONT KNOW....HOW MUCH IT WILL COST.........I AINT SURE WE CAN DO IT! What an amazing print shop; I have dealt with all types of print shops and this is a gem! The staff is very helpful, professional, timely, and has a keen eye for detail (WOW). MaryAnne has been especially helpful with a handful of projects that I have put on them, she makes sure that everything is perfect and done efficiently (timely and financially). I couldn't ask for more, every time these guys bend over backwards for me. The owner is present and is great to work with as well. Don't give in to Fedex or those other shops, you want to work with these guys. I drive all the way across town because their product is superior to other print shops I have worked with. Print Fusion was life saving! We had a very important meeting for our company with a huge prospective account and needed to get items printed ASAP. We were under a strict deadline and wouldn't have been fully prepared for our meeting if we didn't have the printed items. Not only was Print Fusion able to get everything printed, but Murtaza hand-delivered the items to my hotel so it was easier for me, and also called and texted that the items had been dropped off at the front desk of the hotel. Print fusion created the seating chart and ceremony programs for our wedding in Rochester, NY. We came to them less than two weeks before the wedding and they accommodated our needs and last minute edits. We came up with the content of the program's however we hadn't finalized a design. They worked closely with my husband and I on the design, font, background and layout to incorporate a Hindu and Christian ceremony. The programs and seating chart turned or absolutely beautiful! Have to echo the reviews here. Murtaza and everyone that works there always provides superior service. I use them mostly for smaller jobs for a non profit I help manage. I tend to send requests to them via e mail on my breaks at work, allowing me to efficiently volunteer. They help out quickly and the quality is always great. Highly recommend! I have just had a bunch of wedding invitations and response cards printed up at Print Fusion and I was more than excited with the result. I looked around at possible places to get printing done, ended up talking to Murtasa who works there and he mentioned they would be happy to do them. I took them in and a few days later came back with beautiful invitations and an overall great experience. The workers worked great together, were very efficient, worked with my schedule and it was very reasonably priced. Print Fusion is our GO TO printer. They do all the printing for our RotaCare Free Health Clinic in Lake City. We had our annual news and fund raising letter to produce and it had our color logo. No way I was going to print over 200 copies on my little ink jet. I quickly called Print Fusion and they said sure send the PDFs and we'll have them ready this afternoon. There were a lot of good prices, but Print Fusion's were the best. I would highly recommend Print Fusion to anyone. Murtaza went above and beyond for a print project I had. I found a 3-image landscape I wanted print in gloss 20in by 30in. Murtaza was responsive, called me to verify the project after combining the images himself, and getting the print job done overnight for me to leave for the weekend. It took me a while but I finally made it back. Made the mistake of going to another copy shop for some quickie color pix (I drove passed Printfusion because the parking lot was full) and was I sorry. Kinko$ charged me way too much without near the customer service I got from Printfusion. Sherry totes rocks! She printed my stuff quickly and the color pix turned out beautiful. The staff here is always helpful but one stands out, Sherry B. I am a game master for a role playing game and love getting my game maps for my hobby printed out here. Sometimes I don't get the sizing right on the digital copy and Sherry is a whiz in getting square grid to come out to 1 x 1 inch. Really can't beat the customer service here, it is top-notch, not to mention the quality of prints and the materials they use - They really go above and beyond, even stayed open 30 mins past closing time to finish a project I desperately needed done.
