I was looking for a full PPF for my IS 500, but choices are difficult because there are so many…read morearound LA that get generally good reviews. For me, Master Protection Films really stood out for several reasons. When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. Other places would tell you to take a hike, but not MPF. I'll be taking my future cars to them!

Fair pricing, and more importantly, incredible attention to detail on full PPF. Zami is extremely…read morenice and helpful too! I had my other car PPFd at another high volume shop with a freeway in its name, and I am so glad I made the switch to MPF! Same Xpel materials, but the care taken and quality of the work is on a different level!

Fast forward to pick up day, owner tells me "Car is washed and ready to go". (They should have noticed that there was some damage, right ? Or inspect the car before release? Nope!) After I noticed the damage, he said he would call his guys to fix it, update me, and hook it up. He didn't follow through with any of that. I had to keep reaching out to him. When he finally got back to me the owner then tells me "None of my guys can do it, maybe you should take it somewhere else". He also tells me "It's not really our fault, cars go in and out of the bay all the time". Instead of owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility, he tried to flip it on me. I decided to go in and pick up my car after multiple attempts of reaching out to him for a solution. His response, "I couldn't find anyone to do it. It requires a "special glue". If I was the one that damaged it, I would fix it. But again man, it wasn't my fault". I let him know that most likely the whole top would need to be replaced and it would cost around $1250. Asked him if we could work something out from the total I owed him. He said he could take $200 off, I countered to $500. I believe he knew it wasn't fixable. He owns a bodyshop. His reply "If that makes you happy man. I'm not making much money on the job I did for you. We were so busy and I did you favor that I took the car in for service." You probably think I'm making a big deal out of this. But I'm not a happy nor satisfied customer. All I could get from him was him repeatedly telling me it's NOT their fault. Him and his workers just acted like it was no big deal. "Why not just ride with the top down ? You don't like riding with the top down?" They constantly made me feel like it was my fault for entrusting them with with my car. Bottom line, no customer satisfaction, no accountability.
