I brought in a birthday gift to send to my granddaughter in London. It was a large box of goldfish crackers that aren't sold there and she missed them! I paid around $15 for the box at Costco! The person at the register weighed and said a price in the hundreds. She suggested I take it to the post office. It was shipped for around $70 with tracking! I've also gone here more times than I care to admit returning items that didn't work to Amazon! They are always very helpful, even when there's a huge line!! The new owner is very bad at what she does. The new employees are not trained properly. This place used to be my go to spot. since Terry left, it has gone downhill drastically. beware of owner attempting to overcharge for boxes and packing materials. go to different UPS locations you will save over 60%. How does one review a UPS store? Well, I based mine on how friendly the staff is, how clean the store is, their staffing levels relative to their number of customers, etc. This UPS store hits all the marks, thus the score. I got what i needed to do done in a very quick fashion in a clean store with very friendly staff. Another interesting thing about this location is that most of the stores in the strip mall are vacant, so you're sure to find a parking space very easily at any time of day. read more

This has been my ups for seven years I send things every month weather I'm sending boxes back home or returning things I bought on line well I thought I had great customer relations with all the staff I should say the old staff ,90 percent of the staff is all new and there young and have no customer skills what so ever. I tape my boxes up in the store for many reasons but the number one reason so they can see what I'm sending then we tape up my boxes well tonight I asked for the tape got it then some young girl snatches the tape from me and says we charge for the tape then I said where's Debbie no response I asked again her reply she went home. She did not even ask me if I wanted to leave her a message or was there something she could do for me needless to say I don't mind paying for the tape they have there on site that they use to tape up boxes but for seven years I've never once herd that the tape is an extra charge not once the girls would help me tape up my boxes and they would do a great job,well I can tell you I'm very nervous about my packages I sent tonight because the boxes were packed and heavy and the snotty girl taped my boxes half ass when I told her there's a gap it's not even tight or closed up very well her reply was it's fine I said no it's not dude,so if anything happens to my kids gifts cuz she had some kind of power trip going on I will turn very UGHLY and I will make them pay for everything that was in my boxes. Paying for tape was no big deal but seven years not one word till now then they don't even cough up the price or let me know how much I would be charged if I wanted to finish taping up my boxes where I felt satisfied that my boxes were secure and I was not going to lose anything I'm very upset how I was treated and talked down to I won't be going back to my ups I'll just have to go out of my way and go to another ups thanks a lot ups. read more

Find a different store! I went in to drop off a amazon package they tried to force me to buy a ups envelope to send the package off, all it needed was a cheap ups bag. This isn't my first run in with them eithereither, they told me I couldn't ship a gun stock because they were not authorized to ship gun parts even though it was only a stock no weapon. I learned about every door direct mail from Terry, He forwarded me the link to an awesome online tool which helped me determine which neighborhood I wanted to target. It includes demographics within that postal route. Terry was especially helpful in designing the actual mailer. I gave him what I was wanting on it and he laid it out so creatively and even more important so clear that I felt people would get a clear picture of what I was offering. I have had a mailbox at this UPS location for probably four months. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and it normally is a quick in and out. Recently my relationship with the staff has changed. My husband was killed in a car accident. When I finally was able to leave the house, I had a lot of things that I needed to overnight to attorneys and forms that needed notarized - I couldn't walk in there without a baseball hat and sunglasses on to hide the greasy hair and my red swollen eyes. At one point, I just started crying and explain to them my situation. This group of people could not have been more empathetic. My husband was killed out of state and his ashes were sent to me here, yet another horrific day of my life and I felt like I was walking in to a group of friends. They will always have my business and my deepest appreciation. If you were looking for a UPS store to get copies made or to get a mailbox you would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you did not use this one. read more

The service at this store is amazing!!! Very nice people! Terry and his staff are so helpful and competent and CARING. I had an issue with a letter I had my husband mail for me in the morning and so I had to call them from work, I knew it was a far chance to get the issue fixed since it had been several hours since it was taken in for an overnight delivery..... Amazing service - they were very helpful in printing our posters! Terry is awesome - great guy. Wish I'd lived in the area so that I could come more often! I needed to get to the UPS store at the last minute tonight and had to travel a long distance. There was an accident on the road, and I called to make sure they'd still be open, since it was close to closing time. When I asked the woman who answered, Rebecca, whether they stayed open until 6 sharp, she said they did, and I said that was great because I was worried I was cutting it close. She said not to worry, that she'd watch for me and stay open until I got there, which was incredibly kind. It was a cold, rainy night, and I'm sure she was anxious to get home. I appreciated it, because we recently moved to Hayden Island--there's no post office and it's hard to get packages or special delivery mail taken care of, and I've been trying to deal with this for DAYS.
