This mail and business center is horrible. They broke a 200 dollar frame that has been in my family for 40 years. To ship the frame from Vancouver, WA to Fairfax, VA, they put the thinnest single sheet of bubble wrap around and it hoped for the best. I bet the frame didn't make it 2 miles down the road before it broke. Furthermore, the manager would not accept responsibility for the damage and refused to pay for the damage. If I knew they weren't going to wrap it like a reputable shipping center, I would have taken it somewhere else. Everything else I shipped from Vancouver to Fairfax during the same time frame made it without issue. The only difference is I didn't use this mail and business center for those items. read more

This place has really gone downhill. Mail is not sorted so your mail waits to go in your box 2 to 3 days late. They have modified their hours on Sat to be open to 3 pm so getting your mail is impossible because they do not have time to sort it. The manager and owner want to make more money by not scheduling workers and the workers wait on the customers coming in and forget about your mail. Homeless people block the door and asked for me wallet today. Two ladies today were afraid to get out of their car and go in the mail center. The staff can see the door and outside but do not bother to call security for the shopping center or the police. I called the manger twice today and he did not bother to return the call. This place is dangerous and has very poor customer service. read more

I went into Mail and Business Center this afternoon to ship a box of clothing. They had it boxed up, sealed and ready to ship within ten minutes. As a previous reviewer pointed out, the owner showed me different shipping options and showed me the least expensive service. Excellent customer service. I would use them again. read more

The cashier was very short with me and charged me $2.98 for one half of a page of print. It was a shipping label. To make matters worse she did not give me a receipt and I realized it too late. Go to any other postal store. Prints cost 33 cents at the one on hwy 99. read more

I brought a large item here to be shipped because of the other yelp reviews. I was extremely pleased with the service as well as the prices charged for packing. Every possibly shipping option was presented to me prior to any charge. The owner explained the options without upselling any company in particular. In addition, they offer complete privacy. If my item needs to be returned it will go back to the store and they will contact me. They take responsibly for the shipping from door to door. Rude people! New owners are not friendly. I've been going there for over 10 years and always received great customer service. Today, my daughter had a box with a return label and they refused to tape it to the box. The new owners told her to go buy tape and tape it on the box before they will take it. read more

I went here based on the great reviews and was sorely disappointed. The customer service was very slow, the guy who I think was the owner was very senile and was not very personable. Finally, the cost to ship was more expensive than had I gone and done it myself and the notary is $10 here if you were wondering about that service. Honestly, it could have just been an off day; but I'd hate for others to have to come here based on the positive views and not see someone else's perspective. read more
