I pick up some traditional ones in red, along with beautiful ones in non-traditional colors, such as iridescent blue or purple. Ho Tai also has greeting cards for different occasions. Their prices are very good. The people here are very helpful if you need advice on which red envelopes (or cards) to buy. There are different designs with Chinese art and calligraphy for the lunar new year, birthdays, births, and weddings. To save time, I purchase a lot of stationery with the all-occasion good fortune "fú" character, 福, on it. After being scammed (and embarrassed) twice with gift cards from Safeway that I found out later did not work, I've switched to giving red envelopes instead. I may not be able to write the characters, but recognizing them is good enough for me, being that I am an ABC. We walk in and I don't see the employee. He or she must be in the back of the store. Okay, this place is loaded with a wide range of red money envelopes for Chinese New Year, weddings, birthdays and for any other happy occasion. It's wall to wall with a gazillion of red money envelopes on shelves and tables. The Chinese banners hanging on the wall are beautiful. Female employee finally appears when my sister is ready to pay for the items she has selected. It's cash only for purchases. The only drawback - the aisles are narrow. It can be difficult to maneuver around if there are 10 or more people browsing and shopping at the same time.

I drop by at 3pm and waited in line for around 20 minutes, which was also a really long wait. Once I got to the front of the line to pick up my package, the owner told me to be patient and wasn't willing to look for my package because he didn't have time to look for it for me. He brushed me off and told me to come back the next day and started to help the next person in line. What's the point of paying for a premium service when the ups store won't even provide the service you pay for? I don't recommend people pay for the my choice premium if they are looking for reliable place to get your packages on time.

I coach a little league T-Ball team, and we made baseball cards of each player to give out after the last game. Needed to be glossy cardstock printed on both sides, with each side lining up perfectly so you didn't cut off part of the design on one side when cutting. Multiple other print shops couldn't get the cards lined up for each side to match, but Imagink not only knew what we were looking for (Danny coached little league too apparently) but was able to get it printed rush so I could make it home in time for the game.
