I honestly don't love going to fedex. I've had so many issues with their shipping in the past but sometimes I have to go here for some business stuff. I come up this location a few times and haven't had any issues with the staff. I went in today and there was absolutely no one in the store besides two employees. A man and woman. Neither said hi nor acknowledged me. The both were towards the back of the store behind the counter and just stared at me. Finally the woman just walked into the back and seemed to have an attitude with me even being there. Mind you, it's a good half an hour before they close, not like I was coming in as they were locking the doors. I just needed them to scan something and drop it off. This place was fantastic. In the week prior to my mother's funeral I visited two other locations and the service was nothing to review. Here, I was treated with great courtesy and considerable empathy for the given situation. Specifically, this dude Jose helped me out and was fantastic. After my friend noticed an error I made, they reprinted the corrected material speedy and with kindness. I don't want FedEx to send me a sympathy card, what I needed was thoughtful, efficient, and responsive service. They far exceeded my minimum expectations. read more

I went online an ordered some resumes printed here because it was close to a job fair I was going to. I live in Chicago. So anyways about 30 minutes after I ordered it I arrived and asked for my order. The guy hadn't received it yet. He said he got an email that the order was coming in but didn't get the order yet. He also mentioned that he had called it in around 10 minutes before I got there. So I waited a few minutes and he was able to pull it up and print it. I'd ordered 20 copies of my résumé on cotton paper. I wanted it to look good which is why I used there service. So I glanced at it and thanked him then left. I went to the job fair and handed out around 3 or 4 resumes to some companies I liked. My girlfriend came with me and gave out some of her resumes as well. So the next day my girlfriend got a call from one of the companies and set up an interview. I figured great for her. I wondered why I hadn't received any calls or emails. Especially since I'd talked to one of the recruiters for around 15 minutes. I figured I'd at least get a call from that one. I wasn't to worried though. Around a week and a half after the job fair I'd set up an interview at a local business. Before the interview I was reviewing my résumé to make sure there were no grammatical errors. So what'd I find? A bunch of spacing issues halfway through the paragraphs on my work experience. I looked online at the saved documents and noticed the same spacing issues. I checked my original file in word and there were no spacing issues. So I deleted the ones saved online and uploaded it again. The same issue appeared once it was loaded onto FedEx's website. So I called the 800 number on my receipt which I'd received via email. I explained the situation to the customer service rep and asked for a reprinting. However I wasn't close to the store so I asked if they could just reprint it at the one down the street from me. She said no they'd have to do a refund. She said she'd have to talk to the store manager and asked for me to hold. I said sure and waited. She said she'd talked to him and that he refused to do a refund since all they did was print my file. I explained again that there was nothing wrong with the file from my end that the issue only appeared when I loaded it to there site. She said she couldn't do anything except transfer me to the store manager to talk to him. It was a $13 order. So I said forget it I'll just never use FedEx due to their lack of customer service. She said okay and we hung up. So I'll never use their services ever again. Good job FedEx! I'll be using UPS or any of your competitors from now on. read more

He completely handled the job quickly and knew immediately what I was after and took care of everything perfectly ! What a great customer service personality and so patient and kind and informative ! These guys are pretty decent, certainly better than my other reviewed location. I have not had to do the services that I did at the other location, so maybe my review would change, but these guys have been helpful and professional on what I did need. I dislike the customer service I received as well as lack of services they provide. I needed to send my passport information to a P.O. Box which FedEx can not do. I ended up taking my business to UPS which was able to accommodate what I needed. I do however, like FedEx business hours. They are open late which is great for emergencies. read more

Ted is the associate's name. I would give a 0 star if possible due to his extremely rude manner and unprofessionalism. I go to different FedEx Kinkos nationally, at least once a month, print lecture notes and bind them. It gets done usually within 1 hour. I recieved great service and friendliness in every single stores I go to, nationally..until Ted. He was unwilling to work right when I entered the door at 8am. There was no one in the store and he said he's really busy and grunted that I need to submit my work at least 24 hours prior. To be nice, I politely apologize and said I understand it is not ideal. Again, I'm able to get this same work done at ALL OTHER FedEx Kinkos usually within 1 hour; bring in my USB, they send it to their printer, and bind them, voila... but Ted did not know what he's doing (how to print 6 slides onto 1 page). I attempted to assist him as he was not on the right screen, he rudely told me to be quiet. Fine, I understand he needs to focus. The last straw was when he showed me the print preview, which he incorrectly had in landscape when I instructed portrait orientation; he rudely (once again) told me I need to accurately describe what a portrait vs landscape, and wanted me to draw it out. WTF. I attended graduate school, I'm pretty sure I know the difference. Ted needs to learn how to better operate his work computers and be profession. read more

Last night, at a family wake, we noticed a mistake we made in the program for the funeral mass the next morning. We had the programs printed earlier that day at this location. I called the store from the funeral home and David at this location fixed the errors in the program and reprinted them for us-- only charging us for the cutting! David could not have been more kind, helpful, and courteous in this most difficult time where we were all frazzled. We cannot thank him enough for being so amazing! We will be bringing all of our family business to this store because of their kindness! read more

Poor customer service. The manager seems to be more interested in completing a task than working with the customers that walk in. I get that they have a lot to do and it's frustrating to have to stop what you're doing to help a customer, but that's your job! Help the people who come in. It will take you two minutes and you can get back to your task. read more

I had to get several large copy's of building plans made. I had my 2 year old with me as well. There was only one employee availible and she had several customers. She was really helpful and was able to help others while making my copies. Sometimes I feel that businesses don't want you there with kids and I understand it can be stressful, but I didn't feel that my active toddler was stressing her out and I was treated just like everyone else there- with friendly and efficient service. read more
