Brought the box back to UPS only to be quoted over $80 this time. Both times the workers just starred at me and offered no other suggestions. Just that it's the size of the box and where it's going, nothing they could do. Fast forward to meeting my lucky star Naomi. After receiving the same over $80 quote, she asked about the contents of my box. She then proceeded to measure my contents and offered a whole new suggestion and box size. Naomi going the extra mile and beyond, allowed me to cut my shipping cost to half. Just by knowing the contents and that it could fit in a 10x10x20.
