I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I am BEGGING small business owners DO NOT use this company. THINK HARD before. Omg. Chace is by far…read moreso unprofessional and lacks communication. He is the worst I have dealt with in my start up. He will not make you feel comfortable or safe. 8/20 I reached out. Was told I'd have my order within a week or two. Common sense by allotting time for design. Chace tried to take it upon himself and design my business card and made me think it was a designer. Chace has delayed the launch of MY BUSINESS by 5 weeks now. I have missed 3 events because I don't have business cards for networking and marketing. Now the owner is giving me the run around the last 2 weeks. Pulling those fake empathic texts while still delaying. The owner acknowledged my concern and did nothing about it. I expressed how upset I have been and the massive delay to my business he didn't even offer me an expedited time frame. I now have to spend another two weeks with a new company. I firmly believe he was going to STEAL my 341$ and not complete my order. This owner is a narcissistic man. Sure many good reviews but I am an HONEST one. I would never make this review if it was a lie. I am reporting this business to BBB and I have reported chance to AZ department of Human Resources. I am filed with an attorney to seek damages. UPDATE: narcissism is loud. He now claims I am harassing him because I hired his company to do work for me and since he cannot hit deadlines he is taking it personal. It's not harassment asking for the work you paid for. This man is scary.

He charged for a core feature on our website that him and his team developed. It didn't work for over a year. He then tried to bill us to fix it. The website had 404 errors way before he changed servers and then sent a bill to fix it, but he blamed it on the new server. He also illegally got into our customer database, on the server, and retrieved one of our admin log in credentials and then used those log in credentials to make himself another admin account after we terminated his services. To this day he refuses to give us our backups of the website or ftp log in credentials so we can migrate the site to another host after we spent upwards of 150k with him. I would steer clear of this company because they charge to fix issues that should have worked from the get go and break in to the backside of your website after their services were terminated. He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.

I've always been able to send the files over my computer and generally speaking they would call me a couple of hours later and say that the job is done and come pick it up. That's worked really well for me. At this new location I bumped into people that I'm not seen before. Maybe the old regulars left. They were pretty good. Last week I tried to send a print job at about 3:30 in the afternoon. Their system kept telling me I'd have to pick the job up the next day which was no bueno since I'd be on a plane out of state with those manuals. I finally copied the file to a USB and drove up there to see if I could get it printed so it could go into my suitcase. One guy offered to help me while the other one was playing with his phone almost the entire time I was there because it was so slow. I told him I couldn't figure out why if they're not all that busy it was pushing my print job to the following day which would not work for me. He told me it was likely that their system at a certain point in the afternoon just pushed everything forward. They got it done for me but when I was paying my bill I noticed that they added a $35 priority fee that I've never seen the last 10 years. I put the manuals in my car and went back inside and ask about this fee. The guy who was playing with his phone stopped long enough to tell me it was because the job was done the same day, a rush job. That struck me as quite odd since there was almost no one in there the whole time I was waiting...and he was standing behind the counter playing with his phone the whole time. I said if you're going to tack on a $35 rush fee then you should let somebody know that before you print the job. His only question was 'well if we had told you would you still have needed the manuals?' I said of course And then ask myself WTF? I guess he thought he had bested me on the $35 fee that I had never heard of in over a decade of printing there. I miss the old regulars. Hope they're doing well out there someplace.
