Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Company! I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. Despite receiving my magazines on time, the final product was completely unacceptable. Poor Quality Control The company failed to check their product for errors before mass-producing it. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide me with a good physical proof to review before printing hundreds of copies. Unacceptable Communication After expressing my frustration, it took them weeks to attempt to redo my order. The end result? They informed me that they couldn't fulfill my request. I could not be happier with Printkeg! The quality of the prints is superb with an unbeatable price. The stock they use is quite durable and sturdy and I am very pleased. Their customer service is great and they are prompt and professional. They will also reach out to you if they find an issue with your order (I needed to increase the resolution once for an image to print properly) to make sure they give you only the best! Nevermind that their turnaround time is ridiculously quick! I once ordered 10 prints late friday night and had them in my hands the following monday and I live 5 states away. Their shipping prices though are both a pro and a con however. Its always the same (for me so far at least) so if you're ordering 70 prints its a fantastic deal but not so much if you only need a handful of single prints. I had a design that I wanted to print out at as a small poster. After checking many different print business's online I liked the fact that Printkeg was very straightforward, and very reasonably priced so I placed my order. I had a couple of false starts due to it being my first print experience, and not being organized. Joseph helped me through a couple of steps I missed as far as things like flattening my artwork from Illustrator. I can only imagine the frustration he must have had dealing with a newbie after all this, but he was very professional. Anyway, a few hours later I had a confirmation that my deign was in the process of being printed and that I would be notified of a ship date. I received my prints today and I am more than satisfied. I have been trying to find the perfect printing company FOREVERRRR! I'm an artist and I require perfect prints and cropping jobs. I've been on the phone for a whole month with 'easy canvas prints' trying to get my already paid for print correct (process NOT 'easy') . I ordered a paper print with the same image/file from Printkeg, it arrived 2 days later perfect. This print is SOOOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!! It looks just like the original. It was affordable, the paper was high quality, I was not expecting that! The customer service was incredible, friendly & fast, and concerned with customers satisfaction. Superior product with superior customer support! Our experience with PrintKEG was excellent. Our order consisted of two pre-designed products. They communicated very effectively and quickly to assure our end product would be exactly what we hoped for. When problems with printing occurred, which is unfortunate but always a possibility... the customer support was very reassuring. How often do you call a customer support number, and they actually know who you are and are familiar with your order before you give them the order number?! It would have been nice to not encounter problems, but its even nicer to know that problems can be handled well. We received our order before our deadline and could not be happier with the quality. I've ordered art prints from PrintKeg 3 or 4 times now. I primarily make digital art using Procreate and I've encountered problems with other printers (Vistaprint, for example) not being able to faithfully reproduce the colors and quality I'm expecting. I'm careful to match my image DPI to the print size, but so far, all of my prints from PrintKeg have turned out beautifully. The colors are vivid, and the images come out sharp and clean. The turnaround is always extraordinarily fast, and the package comes well packaged and safe. I enjoy the paper and size options available as well.
