She is a nightmare, refuses to communicate with the parents unless you're there in person, there's nothing about our experience with this person that says she's genuinely concerned for the patient. If you need a school physical or vaccines any clinic will do, but if you want a doctor who cares about their patients, a front desk staff that doesn't get away with lying to parents and their boss William, run fast and far. Some doctors go above and beyond for the welfare of their patients, not Hoffert though! One issue you need their help with and you won't get a response from her or her front desk staff. There was plenty of parking, and when I got inside , there wasn't a crowd in the pharmacy , which was a huge difference from my usual location.
