I have been to Dr. Rodriguez for three visits every time he is late. Today was absolutely horrible. I had to walk out. I understand we run a few minutes late but to run half an hour or an hour late is absolutely wrong. Oh my this office is like a shoddy clinic at best!! Planned Parenthoods give better care!! First time visit and it will definitely be my last!! Appointment took 3 in half hours and most of that time was in the waiting room. AND lying on a patient bed waiting & waiting for Dr Dawson to show up!! After my quick time with the doctor I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there!! -Jasmin the M.A. was rude & has terrible bed side manner. -Dr Dawson just 'guesses' what's wrong without testing & offering a proper treatment plan. Subsequently my lab results were received on my end via Quest. Why did this office need to tell me what I already know??! To have me pay a $20 "lab result consultation" over the phone-that's why!!! I didn't even arrange or ask for this consult & they had it scheduled--ugh!!! So beware of telephone scam office appointment tactics! Dr Dauphin is a waste to see. She doesn't do anything for you and will let you suffer with symptoms and pass it on to other doctors and literally is useless to see . Don'aste your time or money on her. I can't emphasize enough how awful of a obgyn she is. She says she is a hormone specialist and thr only thing she knows to do is to blame you for conditions that she should know how to fix. She is rude, insulting, and knows nothing. So I decided to come here to confirm my pregnancy , to get a check up so first of all what was a red flag was that I had to pay for parking to come to my doctors appointment so I get to the doctors appointment and the doctor that I am seeing is Dr. Carlos Rodriguez I ended up urinating in the cup so they can take my pregnancy test. He came in the office and he said that I was not pregnant I explained to him since Thursday that I have been taking pregnancy test every single day and the line has been getting darker I showed him picture proof and I took a pregnancy test 9 AM that morning and it was positive. My appointment was at 2.. I expressed that to him he said "well you are not pregnant anymore". He was extremely unprofessional. He did not offer to take blood. He shrugged his shoulders just repeating you are not pregnant anymore and I said that is not possible. He didn't give a reason why it was negative because it clearly didn't make any sense. How a five hour difference would make me all of a sudden not be pregnant. I went to another doctor today and they confirmed the pregnancy. Dr. Carlos Rodriguez is extremely unprofessional. He did not give an explanation. He had a nasty attitude by telling me that I'm not pregnant anymore and I said well if I go home now and take a test is it going to be negative he said yes he said well you're not pregnant now so I proceeded to leave because clearly this is a unprofessional establishment and how can you miss something as simple as that I will never come here ever again That was a dumb mistake on the doctors part to give out misinformation. If you are a doctor, I am not completely sure how you can miss out on something as simple as that especially after I left from the doctors appointment I took a pregnancy test. Of course it was positive. This establishment is so dumb that they cannot read and understand a pregnancy test so just beware. read more

The ladies at the front are amazing but the doctor? This is why our country medical system is such a failure. Help your people! This clinic "CALLED ME" to set an appointment to see me. That same day I had just seen my primary doctor so I assume it had to do with my visit. My doctor usually sends me to different places to do blood work or X-rays. When I get there they do my profile and ask why I'm there for todays visit. they seem confuse. The doctor comes in an is asking me questions back to back and doesn't let me speak. She's speaking so unprofessional and sarcastic to me. She was making me feel dumb because I had no idea what was going on or why I was there. I stop her and had to tell her the way she was speaking to me was not professional for a "doctor". I explain I was confuse because they called my phone. I have no idea where this clinic came from. The nurse lily is great and I liked her customer service I went in for a check up it was quick and answered all my questions !!

All the nurses and people at the desks are extremely nice and caring. The doctors not so much. If the nurses were doctors I think the place would be a lot better! Got sent here after I changed insurances and needed to change out my expiring IUD. It was the worst experience. The first doctor, while doing a Pap smear, decide the best way to insert the speculum after it snagged was to force it instead of taking it out and reinserting. The nurse seemed a lot more concerned than the doctor and asked if I was okay, the doctor said nothing the entire time. I realized I was bleeding when I got home and was in pain for the next couple of days. Anyhow got an IUD inserted and I think they placed it incorrectly as I was in so much pain for the next couple of months that I never experienced with the precious IUD I had for 5 years. I went back and complained multiple times and the doctor dismissed me or checked it and said it was placed correctly even though I could feel it poking out (more than the strings) unlike the last one. I was over it after the 3rd time complaining and told him to take it out. Got to my appointment and was greeted with "wow are you trying to have a baby, how exciting?" And when I replied "No, I've told you multiple times this is very painful and nothing improved. I want this out" he asked "How old are you?" And I said my age and he replied "Thats very young to want to have a baby" as if he did not listen to anything I said. Haven't gone since, looking for another doctor. Very disappointing. read more

One day I called the office like 6 times and she helped me every single time and talked me though things and where to call.
