They called early the following morning to say they had a foot of snow in Leominster but would be out as soon as it was safe to travel. While I sincerely appreciated their offer, there is no reason anyone should put their life at risk just to get our well pump working, so I asked them to stay home and come the following day. At 8:05 AM they called to say they were on their way and had the problem fixed by 9:30 AM. I am once again thoroughly impressed by their customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and reasonable prices. They are the gold standard that other companies only aspire too. I declined the high estimate and he charged me $265 for it. I called a professional plumber that I have used in the past that said he could do the job for half of what this county pump salesman quoted. This company is not accredited. They are deceitful and sneaky. Don't buy their hype and fake reviews on their own site. Very disappointed and will never recommend or hire them to anyone.
