This is the last time I will be using Priority Toyota Springfield. I came in for a state inspection, they took my car out back, drove it to the front an hour later and told me it was ready. There was no new state inspection sticker nor was there any inspection paperwork in my car. When I brought this to the attention of my advisor he was prompt and courteous in resolving the issue, but it resulted in my car having to be taken back again for almost 30 minutes to be inspected (allegedly) a second time. Based on the status of the car and the lack of documentation as far as I can tell my vehicle was NOT serviced the first time. Instead I suspect it was simply driven into a back lot and forgotten about until someone decided it was time for me to pay. Between this and attempted upsells of unnecessary procedures in the past I no longer trust Priority Toyota Springfield with my vehicle and will not be returning. read more

Bought a top of the line Highlander here. Their forced proprietary entertainment system was never maintained, the "rims" were fraudulent. They appeared to be one color but the minute over the counter soap was applied the outer candy shell melted off relieving their tru color. Now my rims look like a snake shedding its skin (not in a cool way). Called Toyota and they refused to help since I am just outside the warranty and they say rims are wear and tear. Apparently, them candy coating the rims with fake skin, me washing them and them falling apart is "wear and tear". GIVE ME A BREAK!!! read more

Brought our 2016 Camry for 60k mile check up last Oct.11 2023 and paid $634.54 for the service. The Automobile status report prepared by the mechanic and given to me by the advisor Mr. Nadir tells me that I need to replace the ball joints as it is leaking grease and require immediate attention. Cost to replace it will cost $935.25. Looking for a better price, I brought the car to another auto service. The mechanic checked the ball joint and took pictures of it showing to me that there is no leak and I don't need to replace the ball joint. If I let Priority did the work it would have cost me $935.25 for a part that does not need to be replaced. I do not know if this is a racket or what but I am not going back to toyota again . Drop my car for service on Saturday at 2:45 for Oil change, State safety inspection and Emissions. I was suppose to get a call when it's ready. Did not received any call I was told should be ready by 5:00 PM. I drop off car and took kids to mall just to kill time. I called around 6:40 to find out what's going and person on phone told me service office is closed and not able to tell anything. I called back next day Sunday they were not able to pull any info and person asked me to call back me back in 10 minutes. He told be car is ready and w U can pick up and for the inconvenience they gave me credit back in my inspection.. very nice of him. When to pick car just when they were about to close and drove out and see state inspection sticker was still old one which will expires this month. When back to office and receptionist was just leaving and told me she can't do anything as they are close was not even able to provide me service manager phone as I ask for the number to call on Monday.. very disappointed as my bill said the state inspection was done. This is not acceptable at all.. now I have to deal with this again Monday as it is a working day.. Only God know what's going on there ‍ read more

I just came from the dealership and wasted a good hour of my life. I went in specifically to look for a car for my parents and I was provided some assistance. From this point on, it was pretty bad customer service. We go out and he shows me the row of Toyota Camrys and I'm looking for a specific model. He finds it and says he'll be right back with the keys. After 15 min., he comes back and then tells me the battery is dead in the remote. Alright, I totally understand, things happen. He looks around and finds another car and says he'll be right back. I wait for about 20 min. and I start wondering whether he forgot about me. He just left me in the parking lot to wait. I realized it was too long and start walking up to the dealership. I see him talking to another customer. I wait a little bit and then I see him with a group of folks looking at the new Toyota Camry TRD. He sees me out of the corner of his eye... says, "I'll be right there" and at that moment, I realized he didn't get the key for the car. I tell him it's alright and just left. I look at my watch and realized that an hour passed by without the salesman actually showing me a car. It was a waste of time. I recommend not going. read more

Prior to my current service experience, I would have rated Priority Springfield all 5's. But this experience has been the worst. This dealership claims to make their customers a priority, but goes out of their way to do the exact opposite. My horrible experience started when my service advisor answer the phone inebriated in some way (slurred words and asking who I was after stating my name). At that point, I should have gone to retrieve my car, but again, I'd always had a stellar experience here, so I did not. After that, getting a hold of any staff member over the phone became impossible. Everyone was always busy, and somehow I never received a call back. Thankfully this is covered by insurance and my insurance company paid me directly, otherwise I might never get the car back. It's been 15 days and still no ECD on the vehicle. I have filed a complaint with the Virginia Bureau of Consumer Affairs and hopefully they will be able to return my car to me (in working condition). If not, I fear I may have to involve the police and court system. STAY AWAY so you can avoid the same experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Not wanting to bash or praise this dealership, just FYI to anyone looking for a new Tacoma right now. They're charging a "market adjustment fee" of about $7,500 ON TOP of MSRP. I went to look at a TRD Sport, listed for $41,600. Called to confirm it was in stock, test drove it. Only after I'd mentioned I'd be interested to talk numbers was it mentioned there was an additional markup. Expecting to see initial paperwork show closer to $46,000, it actually came back closer to $54,000 before negotiations, trade in or down payment. I didn't feel the need to negotiate and just walked out. Again, not a bash on the dealer - just FYI of my experience if you're in the market. read more

Dealing with a 13-year-old Prius that needed several corrections before it could pass inspection, the service department performed as well as I expected. The service advisor provided me with a detailed description of the problem. Solving it required that the car stay overnight, and the dealership provided me with a "rental" vehicle in order that I could get home and deal with an appointment the following morning. Recently my car had indicated trouble within the motor region. I immediately made a service appointment with Springfield Toyota. From the minute I arrived I was treated like a Queen. My Customer Service rep Narful was so kind and knowledgeable. I waited the expected 90 minutes until Narful came back to give me the suspected cause of my cars problems. It was nothing more.than my negligence to properly put the gas tank cover back securely . I was so mortified. Narful assured me that it was no problem and that they were happy to have found the issue. I cannot rec this dealership enough to anyone looking for a great car with a customer service dept intent on solving your cars problems while treating its customers with respect and kindness. read more

Few days ago I noticed that there was a small dent on the passengers side sideskirt. Paint is also cracked as shown in the pictures. Looked underneath the car and the damage was from when the car was lifted during service. Someone called me and they said the "damage was already there". It was most likely from 5000 mile service back in May, which I never noticed. read more

This location claimed that they couldn't patch a tire with a screw in it two years ago and tried to sell me $350 tire. I got the tire patched at a Merchant's near my house for about $25. I really don't understand this place. Sometimes the service is pretty good and other times it can be absolutely horrendous like this past Saturday. I came in this past Saturday to get an oil change and that was it. I understand the weekends is usually a busy time for most dealerships, but it took forever to get it done. It took two hours to get my car back. Additionally, the rep that helped me initially was not that friendly. My wife and I felt like he was talking down to us. While we had his attention we tried to set up something so we could take the shuttle to the mall. We had to sit around and wait 45 minutes for the driver to take us. Finally, I tried to set up my appointment with someone from the dealership earlier in the week, but I tried doing it through their text message system since I really couldn't be on the phone while at work. I was told by s rep that someone would get back to me to set up my appoint. Well, no one ever did. I had to set it up myself the next day, so don't use their SMS service because it flat out sucks. Suffice to say I'm not too impressed with Priority Toyota's customer service. read more

I purchased a new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE from this dealership. (1) Based on price window stickers, the MSRP already includes destination fee of $1,095. But the dealer charged me another destination fee of $1,695. (2) The sales manager charged me $1,250 "Rebate", that should have been a discount. (3) The finance guy told me extended warranty is $650, but he charged me $8,500. (4) They did not let me read contract. And they did not give me a copy of contract. (5) There are "Mediation" and "Arbitration" clauses on the contract. 94% of arbitration had been done to dealer's benefit. And it is too expensive for consumers to request arbitration. So please never sign contracts with arbitration clauses. Bill Page Toyota is a better alternative. It has much better customer review scores. read more

I came for an oil change. They discovered a nail in the tire and quoted me at $65 to patch it. That's absolutely outrageous. I had just gotten the coolant, break fluid and power steering fluids done elsewhere. They recommended service on them. In addition to recommending services obviously not needed, their quotes were much higher than I paid to have those done. They also recommended changing the air filters at $67 each. Those filters could be replaced by a child and cost less than $10 why in the world are they asking for more than $20? The whole experience left me feeling that they are Dishonest and massively over priced. Look elsewhere for service! read more

This place is a total rip off and I will never take my vehicle here again. I will also recommend that government employees and Soldiers not bring the vehicles there to be repaired. I recently visited this dealer because I was stopped by a police stating my driver side brake light was out. I took the vehicle to priority to have the bulb replaced and or have it looked at if its would be something else and of course I was told by the rude service advisor that I would be charged $129.00 for a diagnosis or they can change the bulb for whatever the bulb price is but If they have to look at it the price would be $129 plus whatever parts that's needed. I really think I was over charged for a light bulb. Now picture I dropped the vehicle off at 830am for a 9am appointment and didn't receive a call back until 345pm telling me what's the problem. Honestly I was so upset I didn't even catch what the problem was. I authorized what ever it was that needed to be fixed so that my brake light could work fix it. I should have read the reviews prior to dealing with such unprofessional people. I stood around for 5 minutes or so before I was even acknowledged by the 1500 employees they have working in one area. I was finally acknowledge and when told who my advisor was he remained on the phone not even acknowledging me for another 5 minutes. When finally being acknowledged and making him understand my concern. He starts asking me is the right bulb in the car. I'm like the bulb that's suppose to go with said year vehicle. The service rep tried telling me how other maintenance shops don't know what their doing or what their talking about based on the passenger side bulb being replaced by a normal service shop. Now I always thought that a diagnostic was voided if they find a problem and you have the vehicle fixed. I thought you would only pay for parts and labor. Was I wrong! I paid over $230 dollars at least he was emphatic and sympathetic enough to give me a discount at least in his eyes. This spot is a total rip off and I pray that people consider this or think about these reviews prior to taking your car here. Accept the risk if you would like! I'm not going to say this place doesn't repair your car but I will say they are overcharging and may even be lying when they tell you what's wrong. read more

I've had a couple bad experiences with the service department. I brought my vehicle in for a recalled bumper bracket. I was told it would be 45 min while they did an inspection. After an hour and 20 minutes, I asked the service rep what was the delay. She said they just went ahead and started the repair, and it would be another 45 minutes. I asked for a loaner car, because I needed to go home and then go to work. She said I could rent one. This is the second time I have gotten stuck here like this. They tell you something will take X minutes, then they go WAY over the estimated time. If I were given an accurate estimation of just how long it would take I would have come back a different day. I find this unacceptable. Unfortunately, my rear bumper is in pieces all over their service bay so it's not like I can just leave. Extremely dissatisfied. Edit: I forgot to mention - The first time I called them to set this up, after trying to get hold of the service department several times (each time no one there picked up and my call was answered by someone in another department) I was told someone would call me back shortly. No one did. I had to call back in the next day. Edit 2: Timeline: At 10:00 I was told 45 minutes At 11:15 I was told 45 more minutes At 12:20 I was told 15 more minutes At 12:43 I texted for an update on my vehicle - No response At 12:55 I was told someone would get another vehicle for me. While I was getting my stiff out of the car, the technician told it would be a couple of hours to get the truck fixed. It seems like that is the one guy who gave me a straight answer the whole time. Online or over the phone pricing is wrong. I saw a new Toyota 4Runner on their website. There is an option to get their Priority pricing. I clicked on that button, was prompted to put in my contact information and given a price that matched the MSRP exactly. In this time of short inventory and chip shortages, paying sticker price is a win. So I was happy to pay that price. I was contacted by Patrick Spencer within moments of submitting my contact information. During the call I asked if there would be a price adjustment due to the current market. He said yes there will be. I asked him about the "Priority Pricing" on the website and if that was in fact the cost of the vehicle or not. He said wait a moment and let me check with my manager. After being on hold briefly he came back and said that the priority price was in fact the price plus tax title and fees. I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle. After a brief test drive we began to discuss price and I saw a $9,995 Price adjustment. I had printed out the page from the website with the "Priority Pricing" Long story short, they will not honor the online price. I spoke to a manager while at the dealership and he informed me that all new cars come with a price adjustment. I do understand the adjustment. It is a free market and they can charge whatever they want. I resent being lied to about the price just to get me in the door. If you are shopping for a new vehicle and you like the price you see Plus $10,000 then they may be the right place for you. The facility is nice and the employees are pleasant, but I experienced deceptive business practices from them and based on that I would never be their customer. When selling their cars, they boast about their forever guarantees, including oil change and va state inspections. I drove in at 11 am...and it's 1:43. They are still not done with the oil change and I dont think they even remembered to do the state inspection. I did not anticipate being here 3 hours... I just spoke to my rep and he confirmed they did not do the state inspection even though I specified that I wanted it done when setting up the appointment. He says work is based off of what we talk about not what i requeat when setting up the appointment. Uuuuugh When I walked in the kids room, I judged the parents of the kids who drew on their walls. How could they let their kids do that?? But given how long the wait time is here, I could understand why and the kids did it. They were bored...bored out of their minds. Mine are too! Hate it here. If they're going to have us here for a 3-4 hours, they need to have more phone/electronic charging stations, and their kids room...needs to have a working tv that doesn't lose connection...and some drawing paper &crayons. so so so many issues with this place, when you go in for any maintenance, they will tell u 6 different things need to be replaced, and when you go back again, suddenly they were magically fixed but now it's your wipers. I scheduled an appointment with them, I show up and i'm not on the schedule and have to make another appointment. I recently bought out my lease and not only did they misspell my last name after literally taking my ID, they put the registration in my moms name. Calling them to get anything fixed is impossible as they either won't pickup or they'll tell me to call monday, but then on monday they say I need to call in the morning, it's just excuse after excuse. I haven't had one visit here that has gone smoothly Now they're telling me to go to the DMV to get it changed. read more

So he emails me back and said I acknowledged I signed those documents with the warranties and prepaid maintenance added. I was signing electronically and DECLINING THE WARRANTIES AND PREPAID MAINTENANCE AS I SIGNED. His finance guy "Al" aka Hussein AlQuessi deliberately deceived me and ignored my requests declining those products. Instead of accepting responsibility he is shifting the blame on me. When Jen Han called him into her office he admitted he only added those things because he wants me to buy a new car when I refinance and the warranties would go towards a down payment. As of now nothing has been cancelled (According to my account even though Toyota said they cancelled them) and they cancelled the gap insurance which I wanted and need. STOP THE BULLCRAP MR. RANA. YOUR FINANCE GUY DELIBERATELY DECEIVED ME AND YOU AND YOUR STAFF HAVE NOT CORRECTED THE ISSUE AND MADE IT WORSE BY CANCELING THE GAP INSURANCE THAT I REPEATEDLY SAID I WANT! You also did not respond to my email and have been ignoring me as your staff has been doing since September 2018! read more

Terrible service team just needed a simple service and was told they are only doing drop offs and the car wouldn't be ready till 5pm, I had to make a phone call to confirm that'll be okay. So I then tried to get out in a loaner since I would be careless for the whole day and needed to attend work when I was met with a $42 daily loaner fee... why in earth would I have to pay for a loaner for services provided by the dealership?? Looking at all the reviews it just shows how money hungry they are that they are willing to over charge customers for their benefits. So after all that I was willingly to still leave the car till 5pm when I then proceeded to go inform them I was met by another service member who told me all of a sudden they couldn't take any cars and that what I was told was a lie. Just all in all unprofessional. Service team needs to get in sync so they not in there just saying the first sentences coming into their head. This is a multi-part review. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a question and a guy answered the phone and I have now been on the phone for 15 minutes and he acted like he didn't know what I meant about wanting to talk to someone in Finance if they were available or send me to Lelani's voicemail. Her picture is on the website. He said he was sending me to the receptionist...still holding. I called another number on their website from another phone and selected Finance and the number rang. No voicemail. Now I am going to call back again and ask for someone else. Called back and got the receptionist. Asked for Veronica Ameller and she acted like she never heard of her. Well her picture is on the website...weird.... I'm trying to buy a car and this is the 2nd Toyota dealership that is disappointing. First Jack Taylor and now Priority. I may go back home and get the car and just drive it.... Oh and Yes I am still on hold...I guess because they close in 4 minutes at 9 pm. This is so unprofessional. I said hello 3 times before he stopped the conversation he was having with someone else for him to acknowledge me. He stated he was calling because I was interested in X vehicle. I said that I couldn't talk at that time and that we could talk Monday. He then said that he would text me and communicate that way. I said I am not having a text conversation, we could talk on Monday and then he says he will call back. I asked him his name and he said, he may not be the one I am going to deal with, he was just calling me about my interest. I said then why are you going to call me back? He said he was going to talk to me about the vehicle. I said I don't even have your name to know who is going to call me back. You know my name and you won't give me yours. I felt like this was an Abbott and Costello routine. HUH!!!??? Then after the 3rd time, he says his name is Brad. I told him if this is how this dealership works don't bother calling me back and if they want my business, have the General Manager call me because I was on the phone for 45 minutes yesterday and I am not going to deal with this type of unprofessionalism. He responds with Huh? What did you say?? I asked him if he didn't understand what I meant by asking for the general manager or did they not have one because all dealerships do and I saw one online. The bad thing is what all of this...they are losing a sale and I just may go with Honda instead. read more
