She opted to test for Covid and the flu which is understandable. The tests both came back negative and I stated I would need antibiotics because it's the only thing that works or I'll get worse. She said that I should simply rest and it'll run its course. Not listening to her patient caused me to get pneumonia and now I'm out of work again with worse symptoms way more pills to take all because they won't give antibiotics or listen to their patients.

Making an appointment was the easiest thing about this place…read more Now, I know why. Even though the wait times were short and overall the staff was friendly, the communication is TERRIBLE! I was assigned to Katlyn Lavin PA-C. My initial visit seemed fine but a little off. The nurse in charge of taking my initital vitals was pleasant enough, even though she seemed a bit unsure of herself. When she attempted to take my temperature she explained that the thermometer was a "bit temperamental". She was unable to make it work and said we would get back to that. Although we never did. Also, in taking a basic eye test, they made me stand in a hall with one eye covered reading letters off a chart. Seems easy enough. Except, at least 3 people walked down the same narrow hall which was incredibly distracting. All of that could be overlooked if the rest was consistent, but far from it. I had several blood tests taken as well as an EKG. I was told that if anything was off with the results, the doctor would call. I was also asked to make an appointment for the following week to have a Holter monitor attached for 48 hours. While speaking to the woman at the front desk, she asked if I needed an appointment card. i did not as I had entered it in my phone. When I showed up Monday, no one had put me in the books. Perhaps, they need to make their own appointment cards. After only a short wait (once again, this makes sense now), my monitor was put in place and then I was handed an appointment for a specialist in Springfield. I was told my blood results were not back yet, they were setting up a total of 3 appointments with different specialists for varying conditions. I am all for being cautious, but this seemed completely peculiar as I just had the monitor put on AND, the PA still had not called. 2 days later, I returned the monitor. Katlyn was not in the office and my blood results still weren't in. This was a week after the "2-3 day" window they had initially told me it would take. Funnily enough, when I opened my mail 2 hours later, my blood results were there with some pretty shocking news. News that the Dr. or PA or whomever was supposed to call me with. I called for 2 days in a row to ask questions. Stacey told me Katlyn was with other patients and she would hand deliver the messages. No reply. But I keep getting mail from the appointments set up from specialists. This seems to be a practice that treats patients like a Production Line. Don't waste your time as they clearly won't waste theirs.

I've scheduled appointments for example 2:00pm and arrive on time and doesn't get seen until about 2:45pm. Once meeting the doctor she interrupts when your describing your symptoms and when touching you she's not giving you the same treatment as the last client before you and barely wants to touch you. I've believe in giving people benefit of a doubt but when it's displayed on several times then there's a problem. Too many apologies isn't enough for poor customer service and how you pick and choose who you want to serve. And not valuing customers time and money spent in health care insurance and quality. Racism is shown so often when I come and I definitely miss the previous owner and doctor. I will be searching for another eye care specialist. I should be leaving a doctors office at 3:45pm when scheduled for a 2pm and is on time. As a social worker this is unacceptable.

Had my original appointment because they never called. The major thing is I went in to get new frames. They didn't have any available that I liked because they were limited being on mass health. I found some that they said they would order because they needed new inventory anyways. Said they would call. After more than 6 weeks, nothing. I called to ask and they said I had to make an appointment to come in to see if they were there. I am sorry, why should I have to waste time and money (for gas used) to just see if they were there. They couldn't find any note that I saw was written. I am doubting now that they even had a wait list for cancelled appointments to get in sooner. Not recommended.

The reason I wanted to leave a review is because while waiting I noticed how kind and caring the staff were to everybody that walked through. They were extremely patient with everyone and went out of their way to accommodate the people who needed a little extra help filling out forms etc. The staff who did my testing were also very professional and kind. I have to do work place testing frequently however this was my first time at this specific location and I just wanted to shout out their staff bc I believe they are doing an amazing job and have great attitudes!

You would think the people the service desk tell to drink water would be priority because, you know, bladder??? Every time I come in i'm left feeling like I'm legit about to have a bladder accident, waiting hours just for a drug test that takes no more than 5-10 minutes. I'm not the only one--There's been people while I'm in the office who experience the same thing. I understand the workers here have a job to do and at the end of the day--we're only human and can only do so much. But, the service here is just too slow and unorganized. I don't know if they're lacking in staff, or if this is just how they are working, but something has got to give. Until then, my honest score of this place is 0. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU DON'T ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO.

I made an appointment at ConvenientMD three days after injuring my toe because I wanted to find out whether it was broken and whether the pressure under my toenail could be relieved as the pain was relentless. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but convenient nor was there an MD in the building. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited nearly an hour and a half before being seen. From the beginning of my visit, the elderly lady doing my intake was dismissive and condescending. She repeatedly made comments such as, "You're here for just that?" which felt unprofessional and belittling while I was seeking medical care. At one point she lied to me after insisting I leave my purse in the room saying I need not worry because she would lock the door behind me. The doors don't have locks. When I was finally evaluated, I was told, "Not even one-quarter of your nail is injured, so there's nothing I can do." Ma'am, were we looking at the same toe?!. As my photo shows, approximately 80% of my toenail is bruised. I explained that emergency departments sometimes relieve the pressure beneath the nail when appropriate, but she responded that she didn't know anything about that. I even explained how to do it but she dismissed me. I also had an X-ray performed, yet no one seemed able to interpret the results or provide me with clear answers about whether my toe was broken or what treatment I needed. I left without any treatment, pain relief, or confidence in the care I received. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeing a real physician or an urgent care center with more comprehensive medical expertise if you have an injury requiring evaluation and treatment. Otherwise, you'll end up spending hundreds and receive zero medical care. I've received better medical care from ChatGPT than at this scam.
