With such a large breakfast and lunch menu, it should be called something else like "Where Everybody knows Your Name". I could not believe all the high fives flying around. It's a relatively small shop with both booth and counter service. Clean with pictures covering one wall. I ordered the waffle with honey and assorted fruit ($10.00) and a cup of coffee ($2.75). Yes, it was sweet but that is why I ordered it. I have to say it was also delicious. If ever I'm in the area at lunchtime, I'm going to order the pastrami sandwich ($18). It is loaded with pastrami.

It was premade in the fridge and I would get it again today if I were closer. The chickpeas, olive oil, mustard and vegan mayo made up the actual chickpea salad and it mixed so well with the apples and cranberries. The perfect combo of curry flavoring and sweetness. Also loved the crunch from the lettuce. Can't wait to come back for this exact sandwich but also will make sure to get a juice on my next visit.

Priscilla's Pantry in Basking Ridge is a delightful local spot, not a franchise, which gives it a warm and welcoming vibe. The people here truly make the place special with their friendly and attentive service. On my first two visits, I tried the cortado, which was absolutely spot-on, and some of their breakfast sandwiches, which were fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. They also have a great selection of pastries, including croissants, muffins, and scones, all baked to perfection and perfect for pairing with their coffee. Unfortunately, on my third visit, the cortado was a letdown--it just didn't meet the high standards of my earlier experiences. That aside, their breakfast menu offers a nice variety, including egg sandwiches, avocado toast, and more. Parking is convenient and easy to find, which adds to the appeal. Despite the inconsistency on my last visit, I'd still recommend Priscilla's Pantry for its charming local feel, delicious breakfast options, and tasty pastries. It's definitely worth a try, and I'm hoping my next visit will be back to the high quality I enjoyed initially! read more

Super cute place and love to support local places. I have gone there twice and bought a bunch of items to try. Sandwiches are well made and tasty. Salads look large but the protein portion is very small for the amount they charge $13 a salad. I'm not sure if that could of been a mistake but it was too high for the quantity or protein. I also bought two muffins - blueberry and chocolate chip. They were enormous and gorgeous looking. Sadly they were extremely dry and tasteless. Nearly $4 for a muffin, I was disappointed. The Mac and cheese platter was great. Had lots of flavor and kids loved it. I can't tell you the price because that day I didn't pay attention and my kids just kept adding items to the counter. Very cute place. I would suggest to re-evaluate your rates in a few items. You don't want the be called a "pricy lunch/coffee place ". read more

I had the chance to visit right before the shutdown - love the charm of the new location and a huge selection of lunch, dinner and dessert options. More importantly, Priscilla and her team have been a lifesaver during the shutdown as they've tried to pivot to what the community needs most. I've been able to order must-have groceries for pick up once a week, supporting a local business while avoiding a crowded and potentially unsanitary grocery store. She's also kept my kids happy with make-at-home pizza kits and kept me from having to cook every night with interesting and delicious daily specials - the side dish sweet potatoes that came with a meal for two lasted for 2 different dinners for the 4 of us. I can't say enough good things about this place - Priscilla and her team really know what they're doing. read more
