I won a signed Jersey. In the description it said it comes with a JSA CoA and an authentication sticker. The picture of the item I thought I was bidding on was a clean jersey and had a very nice signature. In addition the jersey pictured that I thought I was bidding on had stats of the player's accomplishments. The jersey they sent has completely different stats on it. You can't trust these guys. You may be bidding on something but they are not going to send you what is pictured. They are not going to send you anything close to what you are bidding on. I purchased a very expensive car rag. The jersey i got was not even a NFL CERTIFIED JERSEY it was mad in the Philippines. It had no NFL patch on the neck line or the size patch on the left size of the bottom of the jersy. I purchased a signed basketball jersey, I bought the jersey and then I added the customize frame option, the frame cost $250 by itself I received the item and my frame was completely damaged and packaged poorly, I reached out to customer service and they do not have a toll free number so you only can communicate through email, Pristine auction refused to send me a partial refund for at least the frame instead of offering the $250 they only offered me $122 and you cannot but any frame of that size for under 200 bucks, pristine auction wants the jersey and the frame to be sent back but the jersey has nothing to do with the damaged frame, pristine just wants to resell the jersey for more money at my expense /i am currently in a dispute with pristine and my bank . I won several auctions work a few thousand dollars. When I went to check out they were charging me almost 3 times the shipping price. 6 days now and they won't answer the customer service request to fix this but keep sending me "pay now" emails. Yesterday they stopped me allowing to bid on items unless I paid (the fees that were wrong), and now today they cancelled the first of my items and saying I will be charged 30% fee (FOR THEIR ERROR). If you are going to play with the big boys you have to actually have customer service. They used to be great but it is clear that as Pristine grew, Customer Service was gone. read more

I have ordered from Pristine Auction for a few years. Recently I purchased two autographed jerseys. One arrived a few weeks later. The other one never arrived. UPS had it listed as lost then closed the case saying they dont know what happened to it 2 months later. Pristine Auction then responded to me with " I was able to get the amount of the item credited back to your Pristine account. Please be aware that this is a one time courtesy and that all future orders that show as delivered, will no be refunded if you do not receive them. I have also added a signature requirement to all future orders to ensure that you will receive your packages. This is an additional charge of $5.00 per shipment." Show as delivered?!?! It never showed as delivered, now they are lying. So they accuse me of trying to pull a scam and are forcing me to pay an extra $5 per order because THEY LOST MY ORDER. Won a Sam darnold and frank gore mini. Both were from 1 day auctions. Shipped to my house in around a week. One was UPS and one was FED EX. Both Certs are legit after looking them up online. The only issue is the extra fees which is 17% of your winning bid then you pay shipping. Even with the extra fee/tax/shipping the Darnold was cheaper by 60 bucks from what eBay has sold. The gore was maybe 10 dollars cheaper if that. I read mixed reviews and was very nervous after seeing some horror stories on here. Most items you bid on are stock items and will have a stock photo. If it says in the description that the item is unique to the photo then zoom in and look at the pic. I've noticed some nicks or scratches on items but no one is trying his anything , usually there are pics of any imperfections. Anyways both my items were stock and from the warehouse not 3rd party vendor (which I assume is people like you and me selling on the site) I'm very pleased and will order again. I have been buying from these guys for two years. Recently purchased several sports cards across multiple orders. I get the Package and quite a few cards are missing. I right away try to contact them and actually get am email back that evening saying they will look into it. I have been a bidder at Pristine for a year and now I also consign with them and have accumulated a huge amount of awesome collectibles and memorabilia. Most definitely my fave auction site mainly for the fact it has many auction categories from sports, movies, historical and even Disneyana. There are always 3 different auctions that have no reserves; one being a nightly 5 hour long 10 Minute Auction (3 items each round) with no extended bidding. The customer service is bar none top notch and on the few rare occasions I had any issue it was handled beyond my satisfaction. There is also a monthly raffle to win a cool autographed piece and every Friday they have a Facebook Live event that also includes some giveaways. Sometimes when your package is delivered you can even find what they call a "random act of kindness" freebie in with your won items. I first visited this website after seeing an advertisement for the company by the Fantasy Footballers podcast. After placing a bid, and winning an autographed Nike Luka Doncic jersey, I was upset to find that the jersey was a clear, and blatant counterfeit. I am not raising this issue about one of the custom jerseys that they offer, but about a jersey that was advertised as being a Nike product. I have no questions about the authenticity of the signature. However, as you can see in the photos, the jersey in question is a "Nike Aeroswiet". There are pieces of cardboard or backing still attached to the inside of the jersey. Just by picking the jersey up and inspecting it, it is pretty obvious that this is not a real Nike product. After speaking with customer service representative Mary, on the phone, it does not seem as if the company intends on sending me an actual, authentic Luka Doncic jersey as I requested, or plans on elevating my complaint to the next level of management. I had planned on getting this piece framed and putting it up in my house. I can no longer do this with the fake jersey, and will no longer be giving this company my business. Complaints have been submitted with the Better Business Bureau, and with Nike's counterfeit goods department. read more

In three weeks I spent over $2,000 on their app and everything seemed fine...until there was a problem that required the intervention of customer service. One of the helmets I purchased had a defect in the decal and the custom framed jersey I purchased came with the glass broken. I contacted customer service about these issues for the first time on April 25, but resolution did not come until May 5. And when it did come, it was not about value for the customer, it was about expediency for the company. I received a print and the image was badly blurry and the picture they used was very misleading. Their response was their disclaimer that items may not be exactly what is shown.
