Another dissatisfied customer. Living Social purchase in November. Called immediately to schedule. booked 2 months out. A week before they call to reschedule. They did this 3 more times over almost 7 months. Spoke with the owner, who said they are losing money on each Groupon or LivingSocial deal they do. WHAT? They knew going in how much it costs to do "X" hours of cleaning, yet they offered the deal/s anyway. Now they are not booking any of these coupon offers and are just delaying the inevitable. Absolutely Amazing....my fiancé an I just recently bought a house an needed it cleaned very badly. It had been on the market for a while so it was in dire need of some major cleaning. As it had been remodeled an there was dust an dirt everywhere. I searched around an looked on yelp for a cleaning service when I started reading the reviews about Pristine. Now our house is over 5000sq feet so it's a big job. I called an left a message an within no time at all I got a call back from Lorenzo who was very nice and informative. I explained the situation an the size of the house an he said it wouldn't be a problem. The price he gave me was very reasonable so we set a date. Prior to the the day of the maids coming one got sick an he said there would be only 2 coming instead of 3 which was fine. I was still kinda worried because the house is so big I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Well let me say that the 2 ladies that came were incredible. They were very nice an listened to my concerns an what wanted done. They were there 6 1/2 hours making sure the house was immaculate. They worked their butts off. They paid close attention to every detail an made sure it looked perfect before moving to the next room. I couldn't believe how efficient they worked. When they got done I was amazed at how beautiful an clean the house was, because there was no way I could of done it. As a result of the amazing job they did I have now hired them to come on a monthly basis to clean. Had my first cleaning with pristine this week. Three lovely ladies showed up on time and cleaned all the dust from my house. It was so nice to come home to and the house did not smell like chemicals. I needed a thorough cleaning service for a vacation home that I had just listed. However, being out of State presented some logistical challenges for me. So, I contacted Pristine Cleaning and they were very responsive and great with communication. They were able to go out to my property within a day and helped to clean the interior. They also were great with coordinating with my RE agent. My only minor gripe was they were supposed to invoice me before charging my cc, but didn't do so. My house needed a good cleaning as I was moving out and it was up for sale. Pristine came through and cleaned it top to bottom. I am very satisfied with the job that the two women did. I am even more satisfied with the customer service provided. I had originally booked my appointment to be the day after movers came and removed all my belongings from my house. The movers cancelled last minute and I had to scramble to find another crew. I found a crew but they were coming the same morning as my appointment with Pristine. Amy and another gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty to find someone to switch appointment times for me so that I could have my house cleaned after all of my things had been removed from my home. I booked a deep clean with Pristine about 2 weeks out. I was notified that they would only have two housekeepers available but was offered a lesser hourly rate for the inconvenience. They came over on time, and did an incredible job, the house really looked amazing and smelled nice and clean. I've used a different house cleaning company previously and had a horrible experience so was hesitant to try again. However, after removing all carpets from my new house, I found that cleaning the floors killed my back so decided to give it another try with Pristine since they had great reviews. Time got away from me, and my whole house had become pretty filthy, so I decided to have them clean the whole house during their first visit and just do the floors in the future. The ladies from Pristine did a fantastic job. I was given an 8:00-10:00 window, and the three cleaners showed up around 9:00. They had me give them a quick tour around the house and promptly got to work. I didn't hear any cell phone conversations like I did with the woman from the previous company, but I did hear them working hard throughout their entire stay. They left the house spotless and managed things I thought were impossible like streak-free stainless steel and shiny end tables. Everything looked like new, and they even cleaned inside the microwave, which I was grateful for since some fish exploded in there, and I've been finding bits and pieces for months. The house is about 2100 square feet, and they finished everything in about 2.5 hours. I was very happy with both the quality of the cleaning and the work ethic of these ladies. We had an emergency last-minute need for a cleaning crew with a death in the family. Pristine Cleaning was able to get us in with short notice. Their cleaning crew did a fantastic job with the move-out cleaning service for a family of 3 that had lived there for 7 years! Our only issue was that the contracted carpet cleaners Pristine Cleaning used arrived 2 hours after the end of the quoted arrival time, however the carpet cleaners were able to finish rather quickly and we were unaffected by the delay. This company was very professional on the phone. They came when scheduled and were very pleasant and friendly. I did a walk through when they finished and everything looked good at that point. However, after they left I noticed they only dusted the pictures in the living room. On other pictures and on several pieces of furniture the dust was simply smeared around. The bathroom tubs and showers were cleaned nicely, but the walls were not wiped down and the floor corners were not cleaned. Attention to detail is missing! I noticed their Yelp listing said they would come out and clean to satisfaction within 24 hours, so I called about an hour after the cleaners left and left a message detailing the problems. It has now been 5 days and no response. I finished the cleaning myself the next day. read more
