I was traveling half across the country to help my dad get ready to sell his house. I found Pristine Cleaning online and, based on the reviews, I scheduled a deep cleaning service. I also scheduled an inside window cleaning. They did not disappoint. The service people were courteous and thorough. I walked the house with them and explained particular things I wanted cleaned. This service included the insides of the appliances and baseboards plus thoroughly cleaning everything else. The window cleaning made a big difference in the house and there was no mess especially because he came after the house cleaning was done. I have been a customer for a few months. What sold me was that I was promised a team would come at the time I requested. The truth is that I will get a range of time the team will arrive. Some teams have shown up early, later, and much later. Some teams clean well, others have had to re-clean an area a few times. The team members always ask me to check their cleaning and are very willing to rectify a bad job. I have had 2 or 3 person teams. If they break something, provide proof and the company will reimburse you or compensate you in another way. I have requested the same team members clean my house numerous times but it never happens. I'm always told by management that they can't guarantee the same team members which is frustrating. It is nice that they provide small garbage bags and wear shoe covers in your house. Since writing this review, one of their employees stole a gun from my home. I reported it to the company, and police, and they responded by ignoring my requests for assistance with the matter. Went with the 2 hour, 3 cleaner deal for $150. They take $20 off the bill if you leave a review on yelp, so it came to $130. The three cleaning ladies called 1/2 hour before arriving, came on time, and got right to work. Things I liked: Fridge cleaned perfectly, glass sliding door in bathroom cleaned well, countertops cleaned perfectly, and they took their trash with them. I also asked them to clean my bagless vacuum , and they did that too. They missed the floors in the 2 of the bathrooms, and missed some spots on the walls that I had asked to be cleaned. Overall, very happy with the service. Perhaps a four hour deal would have gotten everything, two hours was a little too quick. I would use again. read more

Since moving to Las Vegas, I've been on the fence as to whether to hire a cleaning service or not. However, after trying multiple techniques to share the responsibilities of cleaning equally between my spouse and myself with diminishing returns, I finally decided to call Pristine after doing research on yelp. Scheduling them was easy, and they were very responsive with my questions in advance of the cleaning (types of products they use, what was included/not included in the service). On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived ahead of schedule, were very focused, and hard working. I left them 15 minutes into the job to run errands, and didn't arrive back until after they left. Tears of joy, folks! I actually think I'm pretty good at cleaning given all the training (and practice) my mother gave me growing up. But this team put me to shame. My house hasn't looked this good since I moved in. My hardwood floors were completely dust free, my stainless steal had absolutely no smudges, the shower doors were clear from all water stains, my mirrors had absolutely no random streaks, baseboards had no dust. My toaster oven which I thought was on its last legs looked like it had just come out of the box. I could go on and on. I've subsequently booked them for monthly service and wish I could have them come every two weeks. read more

The ladies that cleaned our house did a wonderful job, they were very sweet and good hardworkers. They didn't clean the fridge and didn't notice until after they left, but I am sure if I asked them to do it, they would have. I know they could have done it also because there was some time left for them to do it. I will be using them again for sure. I had no idea who to use for house cleaning but this group did an excellent job. I was moving out of a townhome and needed it to be cleaned thoroughly. The two women who came out to clean were nice, courteous, and really good at their job. I left them at the house because I needed to get to work, but they still locked up and left it secure. Over all, I'm pleased with the service and have used them more than once. Most recently we had them out this weekend. They arrived when scheduled and did a thorough job on the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. We were in a time crunch to get out of the house for other appointments and they were in and out in the time allotted. I found the two women who came this time around to be very professional. They worked around our dogs and our toddler whenever one of the three of them got in the way, and I heard one of the workers' phone go off while they were working but she didn't answer it, so kudos for that. I also appreciate being able to communicate via text message and set up appointments online, though they have always been easy to contact via phone as well. You do tend to get different people each time, so it's wise to look over their work when they have completed a room and moved onto the next one. It's much easier to have them go back and re-clean something before they're finished and packed up. I didn't have any issues this time around. read more

Needed a move out cleaning for a place that was pretty dirty and i called they were able to come first thing in the morning! Girls were early to the property so they waited for us to arrive but they were ready to work. Unfortunately the place needed more tlc than they expected so they did have to clean an extra hour. I have to say, I've used a number of cleaning services over the last 30 years, in a number of states, Pristine is the absolute best one I've ever come across! My first clean today was a deep clean, they cleaned from top to bottom, ceiling fans and light fixtures, window coverings, windows, everything! Our home has never been so clean! This first clean was 3 hours at $65 per hour, my regular price will be $125 every two weeks. Our house is almost 3,000 sf and those three gals walked through first, took a good luck at it all and were very well-coordinated working their way through methodically and thoroughly. read more

I'm not huge on YELP when it comes to airing bad service. I'm very supportive of the great businesses out that really care and work hard to service customers. It's my fault I did not read further about some of the unhappy customers that used Pristine. I had the cleaning service come to my home this morning to clean. I will list the pros and cons and finish with a brief comment. Pros On time well staffed (3 house cleaners) Cons Vacuuming could have been better. poor dusting (furniture, book cases, desk, blinds) Sweeping and mopping - substandard, and it was tile flooring (too easy). Not sure what cleaning solution was used but after mopping, the area smelled moldy and musty. Shower shelves - wiped, not cleaned. Sliding door to the back yard not cleaned well. Its definitely not a "detailed" cleaning business. All I can say, to pay business 60.00 per hour for 2 1/2 hours with a crew of 3, I expected a cleaner home. I was asked to inspect and I did have them to vacuum one of the rooms and the stairs and still was substandard. Maybe they are better at smaller homes i.e., apartments. I consider my home average in size. Here's some advice: Pay more attention the sweeping/vacuuming, mopping,dusting and you will have a lot more happy customers. Im sure most home are dust traps, and it's something I hate to do and I'm sure most will agree with me. read more

Pristine's ladies showed up right on time and began kicking butt to do a deep clean of mom's house in Vegas, which she hasn't been able to clean like she used to. Pristine Cleaning sent three friendly, excellent cleaners to my home last week for two hours of cleaning. They were on time and started work immediately. They vacuumed and dusted three bedrooms and changed the linen in two of the rooms. They cleaned and sanitized three bathrooms, two with walls of glass. There were no streaks or watermarks anywhere when they were finished. They cleaned the hardwood floors in the hallways, kitchen, and breakfast room and moped the tile in the bathrooms, entry foyer, and laundry room. They did an excellent job cleaning stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. They even went so far and to clean the inside of my convection oven and my microwave. They timed their cleaning perfectly and were finished with everything I asked them to do with five minutes to spare. Overall, I was more than pleased with the work Pristine did for me; I've already booked them for a second appointment. read more
