We bought the Wilson and Morgan LVP oak color and it looks very nice installed. The edges and protective coating they put on are not very durable. The edges I can scrap off with my nail or a water based cleaner leaving the black color of lvp base color. I noticed immediately but thought it a fluke. I notice it more now just after a year. There is a shine coming thru the top coat and more black edges across the floor. Even in flat areas with low humidity we are seeing the issue. In areas we don't use often, we are seeing the issue. Might not be a problem with dark floors but don't buy the light color LVP from W&M.
