Anthony, some of the things you are saying are not true. My dog has never urinated or pooped in my kitchen. She was house broken when I rescued her from the shelter & remained housebroken. I appreciate you updating the baseboards, but I did not ask you. You made that decision on your own and the area I'm talking about is the living room, dining area, kitchen & landing at top of stairs. I am still not finished spackling the nails in all these areas because I got tired. You did caulk each of the 13 steps on the left side, but left the top of the last step at the top uncaulked. So that looks funny, and then the corner of the landing the worker tried to wedge a piece of moulding in the corner and it looks terrible. The worker that worked on the stairs at first didn't return and the worker that finished the stairs did not do as good a job. Yes, you never cashed my last check of $55 for the extra quarter round I asked for (I asked for 2 pieces & you brought me one). After months of holding my check, my bank recommended I stop payment. I even texted & called you about the check before the stop payment. If my kitchen floor was uneven & couldn't be leveled in front of the sink you should have said so. You came back a 2nd time to fix the problem, cut back some of the floor so it wouldn't rub against the cabinet & it still squeaks, which is a constant reminder. Regarding the materials, I paid for all the supplies & the reason I asked you to add the kitchen is because we had flooring left & if you got more, I paid for it in the additional $1,000 I paid for the work that was done. I respected you and was kind. I told you when the job started I was particular & that's why I wanted the workers to take their time. They were here 2 1/2 days. Sorry we don't agree on the assessment of the work performed. What I do like is my choice of the flooring. read more
