I wanna start off with the good: clean studio, friendly front desk! It's also very easy to make an appointment online. They have a nice selection of colors. I can't speak for other services as I only tried a manicure but they offer a lot of different things here. The bad: I have only come here for a full service once. I don't know if I should have tried a different nail tech but I had a nail lift within A DAY of my service twice now. It's been less than 2 weeks and this same nail has lifted 3 times. But I was given the same tech to fix it each time. I have been getting builder gel for a few years now at a studio I love but wanted to try something closer to home so I went to Noble. I am not unfamiliar with builder gel. I have never had a nail lift so quickly like this... I felt that maybe the free edge was not sealed properly each time. The first time, it lifted the next day but I worked all weekend and couldn't make it back in for a few days... I paid $10 for a fix. Fair enough I suppose, as I couldn't come in immediately. Now a day later, after I came in for that fix, I could tell it was lifting again and called immediately. This time they fixed it for free. But it's been 6 days and the same nail is once again lifting. Thankfully the rest of the nails have not lifted early but the shapes are pretty different. I understand builder gel is more difficult compared to other nail services but this was a frustrating experience, and I really wanted to like this studio. Maybe other manicure services are better. And like other reviewers mentioned, be aware of all the little fees. I am not used to all these extra charges so I didn't do my due diligence. But they will charge to cut your nails shorter, and like I said it was $10 for a fix without additional service (even though I had my nails done there). read more

She filled the basin and then walked away. Shortly after, the owner and technician came back to let me know someone else would be doing my pedicure and that they would be with me "shortly." At that point, I politely declined and decided to leave. I completely understand that salons can get busy, but if technicians are being overbooked, customers should be informed ahead of time -- especially when they have an appointment scheduled. Respecting clients' time and communicating delays goes a long way. Be wary of booking with this salon if your time is important to you. Unfortunately, this experience made it seem like they do not value their clients' time. read more

This place is honestly amazing. This was my second time coming in because my first experience was just as great. From the receptionist assistance to getting me seen by whomever was available was nicely done. I waited only 5 min but also! I had an appt. So there's that! But also they're determined to help. They want to get you the right service and the atmosphere is great too. All the people there seem genuinely happy and there to help and make you feel comfortable. With my nail lady, Jennifer, she made sure I was comfortable and I got the color I wanted. She even said if I didn't like the color, we could simply remove and try another option. They have really talented people working here but unfortunately I will not be returning. I felt as if I had to beg for the design I wanted. It made me feel so uncomfortable. I requested a marble French tip; however, I had to go back and forth several times to convince her to do the design I wanted. The woman working beside us even offered suggestions to her on how she could do the design with the materials they had available. She declined and offered me suggestions on other options for my nails. It wasn't until later in the process she agreed to do the design I originally requested. The pricing was also not transparent. We had discussed pricing before my nails were done and an extra fee of "extra" was added that was not previously discussed. I visited this nail salon today and had a mixed experience. The service itself was very good, and my pedicure turned out beautiful. The staff did a nice job, and I was happy with the quality of my nails. However, I was disappointed with some of the complimentary services. I was offered a drink, but they brought me a small plastic cup of water that wasn't even full. It felt cheap and not very welcoming. I was also surprised that there was no WiFi available for customers. However ..management needs some serious work. Not only did I have to wait 1hr after my appointment time...once I got help they tried to take my nail tech mid service to service someone else. This is an unfortunate situation! I went to Nobel 3 times for hands and feet due to my normal nail artist of 11 year going on vacation for 2 month. The location is beautiful and the employees are nice but now my toe nails have fungus! Today I went back to my normal nail artist after going to Nobel for 3 consecutive appointments. When it was time to do my pedicure I was informed by my normal nail artist of 11 years I had fungus on both my Big Toe Nails! This has never happen before ever I'm so upset I am a licensed with the state of California 20 years and it is so unprofessional for a nail artist to see damage or fungus and not tell the client. My last visit to noble was 3 weeks ago! If clients are going to pay $200 plus for pedicures and gel x at least make sure we not going to get fungus. read more

Beautiful, new salon in the area! I've been driving to OC for quite a few years now and I finally found something right down the street from me. Not only are the nail techs super talented & have great attention to detail, but they really listen to the customers and have their best interest at heart. I always visit salons with a very specific look in mind (gel x, skinny, not too thick polish, color matches my skin tone) and not only did Noble deliver, but they exceeded my expectations in many ways that other salons do not for me. I honestly am so happy I found my new favorite spot!! Just a heads up ladies, it is a little higher in price but you honestly get what you pay for. This place has an appointment booking system Totally recommend doing an appointment prior of going because it does get busy during the weekends. I did a walk in and there was a wait. The nail tech did not give full attention due to the rush of customers. One of my nails ended up being uneven. But my nails still look nice. Really love the color! 10/10 will always recommend!! I came to noble on a whim after leaving a different nail salon unsatisfied with my wedding nails. I called to see if they could fit me in and the super friendly front desk girl (totally forgot to get her name) let me know I could come in right away. She assessed my nails and informed me that they could execute the nails I wanted and that I wouldn't have to settle for just a solid polish color. She was also very transparent about pricing. My nail tech Xuan was amazing!! She started filing off the old polish and noticed that I had gel all over my cuticles from the other salon and took an extra 10 minutes to meticulously and gently remove it before starting on my nail design. She showed me different base color options and asked for my opinion each step of the way. I also mentioned that I thought the almond shape was too sharp so she quickly filed and shaped it to suit my hands better. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and friendly demeanor really made me feel so much more relaxed because I knew I could trust her to deliver and she did!! On top of the friendly service from everyone involved, they did not charge me to reshape my nails as a wedding gift which was so so sweet considering I am a first time client. Lastly- I did not get a pedicure but I did notice that after each client, they not only change the plastic lining, but they also spray and scrub down the tubs. Sanitization and cleanliness is something I will always notice because of how quickly infections can spread at nail salons if not careful. The technician that I recommend the most is Tamia, she is a perfectionist in the best way! They have an extensive range of services, and so many colors to choose from. They sat us all within 10 minutes. All of us had a great experience with our technicians. The second time, I set up an appt again for 3 of us. Had an amazing experience at the salon! I have tried their head spa, gel x mani and regular gel pedi with the volcano add on treatment and I had all pleasant experiences! The gel x was with Holly, and my cat eye turned out great! The Asian guy who did my manicure was great too. So was the lady that did my head spa. Today was my first visit to Noble Nail and Head Spa Studio. Noble Nail and Head Spa Studio is located in the Cerritos Triangle Shopping Center on 183rd street and Gridley road. There is plenty of parking and it was great to see private security patrolling the parking lot! The studio is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated in a modern chic design which exudes a sense of calm and relaxation just upon entering. Everything is shiny and new and there was attention given to each and every detail. The spa offers a wide array of services such as manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel x nails, waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, and head spa scalp facials! In the past year or so I'd seen the "head spa trend" online and was intrigued but I hadn't found a spa that I felt comfortable trying. Until today! I was inclined to try Noble because it is new, well situated, and offers scalp facials in a private and designated area within the spa. I scheduled my Luxury Scalp Spa service (120 minutes) online and selected Kelly 1 which was a great choice! Kelly was very knowledgeable about scalp health and during my visit informed me about the importance of scalp treatments and how they support healthy strong hair. My services started off with the magnification of my scalp and look at my hair follicles which was eye opening! Then we proceeded to the beautiful and tranquil scalp facial room which offered beautiful compression beds that massaged and compressed my entire body while receiving my scalp and face facials! There was amazing aroma therapy scents and quiet and relaxing music playing the entire time! I must have dosed off a time or two... I felt as if I was drifting away during my services. At the end of my services Kelly proceeded to blow dry my hair using products that left my hair shiny and soft...which isn't easy as I have waist length color treated hair. When my services were over I made my way to the register and honestly was so relaxed I wasn't sure I'd be able to drive home right away. I'm assuming that sensation was not only the effects of the relaxation but also the compression bed coupled with the head, shoulder, and neck massage that moved quite a bit of blood to my head. Just lovely. I look forward to returning to Noble in a couple of weeks to get a full set of Gel X and a pedicure so stay tuned for that review! In the meantime, give Noble a try... I visited this nail salon about a week ago. I initially walked in and was told by, I believe, Mary that she wanted to schedule me with someone who was very good at acrylics. I then made an appointment for the same day at 5:30 PM. When 5:00 PM came, I was asked to come back at 6:30 PM because Jennifer was running behind. Jennifer began my service, and after I chose a color, she recommended a more expensive gel color, saying it would look better. During the service, she noticed that one of my nails was lifting and said she was going to clip it. Instead, the nail was accidentally removed completely, and I was still charged for that nail. I also showed a reference for the style I wanted, but the final result did not turn out as expected. I was surprised by the total cost of the fill, as I typically pay around $80 depending on the design, and this was a fairly simple design. I was there for two hours getting my nails done.... The next day, I returned with my mom for a pedicure and was again assigned to Jennifer. During the pedicure, she dug very deeply into my toe, which was painful at the time. I felt that something was wrong because of how much she poked and pulled. The following morning, my toe was extremely sore, and by the next day, there was pus coming from the area. It has now been about a week, and there is still pus coming from my toe. I will not be going back. read more
