Are they still open? I'm trying to get my teeth clean or check up. I have been coming for more than a year, and their service is very good.

Before starting treatment, we double-checked the full cost with the staff and paid the entire amount upfront. Unfortunately, the quality of care fell far short. A technician made a mistake with the temporary tooth, and after my husband's bone graft, Dr. Manny tried to persuade us to get a much more expensive half-arch procedure instead. When we politely declined and asked to stick to our original paid agreement, the office suddenly demanded an extra $1,900 at his follow-up visit. When my husband questioned this unexpected fee, the finance manager became hostile, threatened to call the police on him, and dismissed him on the spot. Since then, the office and Dr. Manny have ignored my calls and refused to provide written notice explaining why my husband was dismissed or why the doctor is refusing to speak with us. The office now claims he is no longer a "candidate" for implants raising the question of why he was an eligible candidate as long as we paid more money, but suddenly not a candidate the moment we refused the extra charge. Please be cautious, and note that this clinic appears to be using an online profile built on good reviews left for previous doctors.

I went back in and he recemented it at no charge, which was the right call since it was his work. I appreciate that. I want other patients to know how that visit went, because the response above leaves it out. Before he treated my tooth, Dr. Winger said we needed to address the elephant in the room. He told me I'd made harsh comments about employees and that some of them were uncomfortable working with me because they were afraid of ending up in a review. I pointed out on the spot that my original review named two employees positively and only raised concerns about one -- it wasn't a broad complaint about the staff, and that distinction wasn't acknowledged. This conversation happened chairside, while I was sitting there needing care, with no warning. In my opinion, that's a conversation you have after treatment, not before. I would gladly have paid full price for the recement to skip it. In the moment, it felt like the conversation was the price of care. He also said, in substance, that his employees need to feel safe in the office. What he described was staff worried something they said might end up in a review. In my opinion that isn't feeling unsafe -- it's not wanting to be reviewed. If staff conduct themselves professionally, there's nothing to fear from a review. To be fair: Tammy did later send a written apology by email, and the payment plan was ultimately honored after she escalated it. I want to acknowledge that. But across multiple visits, the tone of that written apology has not matched how I've been spoken to in person, and that pattern is what was never addressed -- not in the email, not in the meeting, not in the response above. Dr. Winger asked that I bring concerns to him first rather than post publicly. Between my original review and this visit, there was no call, no email, no attempt to reach out. The first time it came up was chairside, before he treated me. Public reviews exist so other patients can decide for themselves. Dr. Winger's clinical work is genuinely good and I've said that from the start. My concerns are about the front office, and about a response that vouches for character without addressing conduct.

I called Madison Modern dentistry and they got me in for a Saturday morning appointment! They were running a new patient special so my exam and x-rays were only $59. The office itself is brand new with many modern technologies. Mari at the front desk checked me in - she was so patient, kind, and professional! Wenyue did my scan, x-rays and set the doctor up in the room. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. My dentist was doctor Shruti Kanda. She took her time in explaining my treatment plan to me. She did an excellent job matching the new filling to my other teeth. She gave me education for my post care in consideration of the work that was just done and the condition of my other teeth. It was a great experience considering it was an emergency for me. I will establish them as my new dentist office!

I really wanted to like this office. The space is beautiful, the technology seems very up-to-date,…read moreand the hygienists provided one of the more comfortable cleanings our family has had. Unfortunately, the overall experience hasn't matched that first impression. During nearly every visit we were strongly encouraged to add services that no previous dentists had ever recommended for any of the three of us. We trusted the recommendations and collectively spent thousands of dollars, but over time it started to feel less like care and more like sales. We ultimately had to cancel our memberships because we simply couldn't afford to keep up with the suggested treatments. The most difficult part has been billing. My mother missed an appointment after a serious fall that resulted in a brain bleed and two months in skilled nursing. She physically could not call or attend. We left two voicemails explaining the situation and never received a response, yet we continue to receive a $586 bill in the mail listed only as a "balance forward," which I assume is for the missed appointment. At this point it seems we'll just have to pay it, which is frustrating given the circumstances. Nice office and pleasant cleanings, but the persistent upselling and lack of communication around a medical emergency left us feeling disappointed.

The front desk team used a scare tactic on me because I said I don't want to do that many fillings. And If were to cancel the app , they would charge me $100. I went again with the app, but still think that 6 fillings were crazy number as nothing have bothered me. My main goal was the remove an amalgam filling for a white one and she have added a ton more to that. OF COURSE, I HAVE GREAT INSURANCE COVERAGE, LETS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT. After the app, I had crazy sensitivity from that amalgam/wite filling that it even woke me up at night. After 3 MONTH! the pain somewhat subsided. It's money over people needs. I really thought I have found my dentist as I am local, but will continue to look.
