I took my Acura RDX in today for a complete detailing for $245.00. Then I was talked in to having the engine compartment cleaned for an extra $100.00. When I went to pick up my car, they did not touch the outside and told me it wasn't included. They tried to make it right by giving it a quick car wash. After getting it home and looking it over, they did a TERRIBLE job even on the inside!! Still lots of dirt in the back hatch area. I believe they didn't even touch it. The leather on the seats didn't even look clean. I would NEVER recommend this company. It is a total ripoff. read more

They are nice and professional but I spent 50 bucks on ubering and an hour and a half of my time dropping off the car at 11:30 and I called to check at 4:15 and they hadnt even started it because their machine broke. Now I have to pick it up with no new tint. Waste of time and money so far. We will see what haappens They ended up doing nothing to resolve the issue weren't very friendly didn't want to reimburse me for my Uber drives and didn't really want to work me in their schedule this place sucks I'll never go back. They ruined them, stained them, then denied doing it! These pictures were taken before I even left the parking lot. After 5 weeks contacting them and sending them more pictures they just ignore me. Stay away from this place, no customer service if you have any problems. Nothing is getting resolved after contacting them, they just deny it and lie to you. Had my windows tinted here. I noticed larger bubbles on the windows right after, but was told they would go away. After a few days I noticed dirt everywhere in the tint and large bubbles were still present. I called and the manager, Rob, told me to come in and he would take a look. I voiced my concerns with the dirt and bubbles and Rob said that there will always be dirt in tint and the bubbles would go away. He brought one of the tint guys to my car to get his opinion and the tinter said it needed to be removed and redone. After some thought I decided to just ask for a removal and refund. Rob said they will not refund due to having labor and product in the car. I said the job should've been done properly the first time and I don't trust them to redo the windows because I don't want to be in the same situation again. I said they could remove the tint and refund so I didn't even have their product anymore or I would just dispute it with my credit card company. Rob laughed at me and I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will be going elsewhere and paying for a removal and new tint job. I visited this place to get an automatic car starter installed and when I tell you is blessed my sound during the harshest of season, whether is the dead of winter or summer, it does just that. It is especially helpful when it snows. I can pre-set my heating options and the just hit a button and my car will warm up and defrost the window without me having to leave the house. The range of the sensor is about 1,000 feet with an unobstructed view. It works great through windows. The more walls you try to pass through the less likely the signal is going to reach your car. The system also replaces your automatic car door opener and alarm if you previously had those features on your car. I can't remember the price. I believe it was $199.99 for the product. The amount for the installation escapes me. Nevertheless, it was well worth the cost. I've had it for three winters now and it pays for it self every time Mother Nature decides to sprinkle snow flake on the Earth. Also, I've the battery and the remote run down for wear and tear you can just take it back and they will replace the battery, the screws, or the covering free of charge!!!! read more

I purchased a Leer camper topper for my truck from here. In the beginning I was very happy with the communication from their staff helping me through the process with my questions regarding the topper. I eventually came in and met with the store manager and decided then to purchase on the spot. I was told that it would take 4-5 weeks for them to build it and ship it and to expect a call in 4-5 weeks to setup an install date. I didn't get a call, at 6 weeks I called them and they said they didn't have an update but were going to call the factory and get right back with me. I didn't hear back from them so I called back again at week 7. I was told the same thing and was promised that I would get a call back the same day. Heard nothing back, so I called back again with frustration in my voice at week 8. This Time I was told that it was going to be another week or two before they would get it. A week and a half later I still had not heard anything so I called back. They gave me the same run around that it should have been there and they didn't know why. I threatened to request a return on this and I heard back the next day that it was shipping. 4-5 weeks turned into just over 10 weeks for a topper. It was installed the day after they received it but there was a small penny sized dent in the side. they took a picture and said they would see if it popped it self out over the next week and would follow up with me. Never followed up and the dent is still there. Unless you are going for something small the customer service here and communication when purchasing a $5,000 camper topper was horrible!! read more

So I took the car back in hopes they would do a better job. Passenger side seat still looks dirty. After spending $137 bucks my car should of been spotless. I purchased a $1000 dollar package of undercoating, interior and exterior protection for my minivan 3 years ago. Every year they refresh the treatment at no cost. U call for an appointment and can usually get service within the week. The staff is friendly and does not try to sell me additional services except wind shield coating, which I recommend. I scheduled a car detailing here... had a gift card. When I asked about drop-off, the guy I spoke to was adamant the vehicle be there first thing in the morning b/c it takes all day. I told him to give me the earliest appointment available and I would drop the vehicle that evening, use the key drop. Sounds easy, right? When I called at 2PM the next day to ask about pick-up, the guy gives me attitude on the phone claiming that they found the key but no instructions on what to do with it. I explained that I had an early appt for detailing, it was scheduled yesterday, and I spoke to someone whose name started with B... couldn't recall who. Interestingly, MORE attitude. They have several employees whose name begins with B and I got to hear them all and ID my (non)scheduler! Following the audio line up, I was fairly disgusted... told em to forget it and I was coming for the car. This is when they attempted some customer service. Guy assures me that it will be fully detailed if I come by right before close. Recall, it's imperative that they have the full day to do their thing but he says he'll make it work. Well, needless to say they pulled together a rush job and half-assed it. Of course the mats were still wet but there was dust all over the dash... it was untouched. There were streaks on all the windows, debris on the console, and the spill in the backseat I had specifically asked be addressed remains. The whole thing cost 90 something dollars and they stressed this was a PROMOTIONAL RATE... ordinarily it's twice that. I remitted my $100 gift card and trashed it with the remaining balance... I won't need it. So, my advice, steer clear of this this place if you want anything resembling competent work. Unfortunately I can't rate this business as highly as I did some time ago. My car was due for the diamond gloss and rust prevention renewals last year. I called ahead and spoke about a bubble on top of my hood under the paint wondering if they could even renew the diamond gloss in that location. I was told that they would check it out when I came in for my appointment. The day of my appointment, I pointed out the bubble under the paint to the manager, I believe, and then waited in the lobby for the work to be done. No one ever came to me and informed me of anything concerning that bubble. Later, after I had a fender bender repaired and had to leave my car at a body shop, I found that the bubble was a rusted through place on my hood. I'm wondering what type of quality there is when someone has rust protection, diamond gloss renewal, and also questions that spot specifically ahead of time, and nothing is said about it. I also had been told by someone (I don't remember who) that redoing the diamond gloss on my fender after it was repaired at the body shop shouldn't cost too much, maybe $25 or so is what I remember. When I actually planned to redo the fender and the hood, the manager quoted me a much higher price times two. I believe the amount was close to $58 for each section. I was furious and chose to not do any more business with them at that time. I also questioned the manager why I wasn't told all of this when I was there previously specifically asking questions about all of this. No answer. Am debating where I will go in the future. Have been a client there for about 17 years and have had several cars treated as well. No one likes surprises especially when they ask ahead of time. I bought a new truck and had several services completed: 1) rhino line 2) window tint 3) total protection package: - super rust protection - underbody sound barrier - diamond gloss paint protection - fabric protection and leather conditioning - windshield treatment I worked with Ron, who took the time to thoroughly review the services, answer ALL my questions, and discuss my options with me. While he did inform me of other services they had available, which any good manager would do, I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. The service was quick! They did keep the vehicle over night, but that is to be expected with the amount of work I had requested. I dropped it off one morning, and had it back by lunch the next day. While not expected, Ron was kind enough to help me with a rental while they performed the work which was very generous. Took my car there for an interior detailing. The carpets needed cleaning, the front seats were only a little dirty, but the back seats had some stains. After picking the car up, I did not look it over very well before leaving. My mistake. When I got home I looked it over better. The floor was vacuumed and the carpet was cleaned, but the back seats' upholstery was still dirty. It looked as if they weren't cleaned at all. I took the car back to them and they said they would go over the back seats "again". Well, after they finished with the "second" cleaning, the back seats were clean. I thanked them and left. After looking more closely at the front seats, and comparing them to the job that was done to the back seats with the "second" cleaning, it appears that they never touched the front seats during the original cleaning either (other than vacuuming). I should take the car back to them for a third time to have them finish the job correctly, but they are closed for the day and I don't have any time next week to take it back. Bottom line... if you take your car to this place, make sure that they fully complete the job for which you pay them. They seem to have the ability to do a proper job when pressed to do so. It's just unfortunate that is necessary. read more

The best thing about the place was that the staff was friendly. I requested auto detailing, got it for a fair price, but the job that was done was far from perfect. They missed cleaning several floor mats, there was still glitter left in the trunk of the car and some places underneath the seats were not cleaned. I called and reported the inferior job. They offered to correct the problem by cleaning the areas they missed the first time. But, that meant leaving my car again and after leaving it for an entire day the first time, I decided not to return. Additionally, the staff said they would remove some of the particles that existed on the exterior of the car. When I picked up the car, they told me they were able to remove the debris (forget what term they used), but after inspection, this was not done either. Ziebart needs to improve their quality control while maintaining their friendly service. read more

Splurged on interior detailing this year and the interior looks like new. Someone got sick in my car. The next morning I took it to various detailing companies, all of which said they couldn't do anything to help because it was a bodily fluid. Ziebart said they could help and in a matter of an hour or so had the cars insides looking and smelling brand new. Every employee I encountered there was totally polite and personable. I purchased a new car from a local dealer. I wanted remote start. The dealer took it to ziebart to have the remote start added. Why they didnt do it inhouse I have no idea! The remote start done by Zeibart was a piece of junk. It did not integrate well with the car, didnt function correctly, and Ziebart had an attitude about fixing it. I eventually asked them to remove the piece of junk. I asked how they would fix the spliced wires. Ziebart said, There were no spliced wires, it was "plug and play". I took the car home and bought an OEM remote start and installed it. What I discovered was that Ziebart infact spliced about 12 wires and did a poor job of reconnecting them! "plug and play"???? Poor product, poor workmanship, and deception... I wouldnt trust this hack shop with my kids tricycle! Strongly suggest another shop! read more
