My van came delivered with a broken screen consul, so my back up camera didn't work or low gear. The parking break light was on with the tire pressure lights. They listed a car for 15,300 and would not let it go but for 23,000 because of unjustified add ons that were not wanted or needed. Customer walked out. They tried forcing the payment of $1600 for lojack which someone may not want but is also laughable because this was a tesla which every one made since the model s in 2012 can be tracked on your phone and it is in the car and is free to use for life as a normal function. They also tried to charge for state inspection when the customer was going to be registering the car in connecticut, not NY so that is not a viable inspection and is worthless. They are honest, respectful, and do an amazing job with all types of maintenance. Pristine made a horrible repair on our daughters car and the outcome with management was pathetic. After two failed attempts to repair the leak the failure could have caused our daughter to get in an accident or killed! First, it was the service department, l had to go back to the dealer 4 times because they never fixed the a mechanical problem. Then, my temporary registration expired prior to me receiving the permanent one. I was told to not worry and that they were having problems with their DMV department, and that if I received any tickets they would be able to pay them on my behalf. I received 3 tickets while awaiting the permanent registration. I finally received the registration but I noticed the tickets were never paid. I spoke with NORMAN BARAT the owner and he rudely asked "why didn't you pay the tickets?" . I was confused. He then told me he would have look at the date of the tickets in order to confirm that they were issued prior to me receiving the registration. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Drove 3 hours to get there because I liked the car. When trying to purchase th car they hit me with $7,000 worth of "hand written" fees including $2995 for a 120 point inspection fee or something. After an hour of negotiating that down I threw in the towel because I just need the car for my daughters birthday so paid way above market value. After starting the payment process they said I couldn't drive it home. After arguing about spending 6 more hours in the car they said they would deliver it the next day. I charged over 10K as a deposit to get that done. The following day I reached out several time to find out when it was being delivered. They said it was being detailed. Late in the day I called again and they said it had some lights out and they needed another day to replace. Another day later I called with no response or timing until I get a text from the salesperson saying when they put the car through the shop it didn't meet their standards, wasn't safe to drive, and was being arbitrated back to the auction lot.
