My van came delivered with a broken screen consul, so my back up camera didn't work or low gear. The parking break light was on with the tire pressure lights. They are honest, respectful, and do an amazing job with all types of maintenance. Pristine made a horrible repair on our daughters car and the outcome with management was pathetic. After two failed attempts to repair the leak the failure could have caused our daughter to get in an accident or killed! It did leave a perfect driveway a mess from the leak so we went elsewhere to trade the car in. We did try Pristine first and it was laughable. I'm still not sure why we even asked. This is the most despicable, sleazy, dishonest story I have ever heard from any car dealer and dealership and I have heard many. Franchise dealership are bad enough. . They listed a car for 15,300 and would not let it go but for 23,000 because of unjustified add ons that were not wanted or needed. Customer walked out. They tried forcing the payment of $1600 for lojack which someone may not want but is also laughable because this was a tesla which every one made since the model s in 2012 can be tracked on your phone and it is in the car and is free to use for life as a normal function. They also tried to charge for state inspection when the customer was going to be registering the car in connecticut, not NY so that is not a viable inspection and is worthless. I am not even sure they can legally charge for that. Plus other charges I do not have the breakdown on to get to the 23k price. I arrived there and the salesmen looked like they were enrolled in a prison work release program, and acted the same way. Most dealers will throw in a deal like free registration to sweeten the deal (we're talking about a petty $40 charge every two years). With just 8 months of driving, less than 4k miles put on it, I already needed to replace: Front & Back, Breaks, Calipers AND Rotors. Completely shot. The worst part about MITSUBISHI, is they thought this truck RAN/FUELED by PROPANE GAS. How silly right? No. I runs on CNG (compressed natural gas). Salesperson said a new battery was installed and that the computer wasn't reset. I opened the hooh to reveal a really dirty engine compartment with the original battery. Strike two. My next request was to see their mechanics report which they will not offer., but they are willing to fix anything needed after you sign a sales agreement and pay them an additional few thousand dollar reconditioning fee No they will not let you bring in you own mechanic to do a pre inspection that other dealers allow.. I sent him a copy of the email the dealer sent me, containing the permanent registration. It seems as though they are trying cheat me out of $195 worth of tickets, in which they are responsible for. They gave me a call the day before to confirm my appointment. Got there and was promptly taken care of by 7:45. There was a defective ignition coil and no charge was applied. During my wait time, I was informed as to what was going on. Everyone I spoke to was courteous. When trying to purchase th car they hit me with $7,000 worth of "hand written" fees including $2995 for a 120 point inspection fee or something. After an hour of negotiating that down I threw in the towel because I just need the car for my daughters birthday so paid way above market value. After starting the payment process they said I couldn't drive it home. After arguing about spending 6 more hours in the car they said they would deliver it the next day. I charged over 10K as a deposit to get that done. The following day I reached out several time to find out when it was being delivered. They said it was being detailed. Late in the day I called again and they said it had some lights out and they needed another day to replace. Another day later I called with no response or timing until I get a text from the salesperson saying when they put the car through the shop it didn't meet their standards, wasn't safe to drive, and was being arbitrated back to the auction lot. Who sells a car without even checking any of this??? Most of, they tried to charge me $3995 for the 120 point inspection they did which I guess didn't include the lights and most mechanical issues.
