Horribly unreliable and overpriced. The quality of the service we received was average at best, more often sub par. In the beginning they were much more accommodating and helpful but I think eventually took our business for granted. We are in a newly remodeled home but the pool is older. They never showed us how to properly use our Pentair system (that they installed) after several requests. Weekly cleaning was good but the owner left the tech to do his "dirty work" and tell us our repairs were delayed week after week, for months, more than once. The excuse was a broken truck. For months. When they returned our vac after we discontinued our service, they had had it for a month. We had requested repairs for two months prior to them picking it up. Our pool was without a vacuum in the height of pollen season and looks awful. The (admittedly older) vacuum was not repaired AND had a newly broken wheel. The new service we hired tested the water and said our chlorine was extremely high and the acid was almost to the point we'd have to drain the pool and refill. On top of this, I would very professionally contact owner and he would respond to my husband. We really tried with these guys, gave them 10 mos. They were overpriced and did not deliver on the most basic of requests. Hopefully they read this and do better for their customers in the future. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. We hired them for weekly pool cleaning. The manager over the phone said it would be $200 and then came out to our house and said it would be an extra $50 because of the size of our pool...which wasn't any bigger than a normal backyard sized pool. We just moved in to our house so the pool needed some maintenance but it took them a while to get it up and running. We were quoted $250 a month for them to come weekly and only saw the guy come every other week for a maintenance cleaning. When we finally fired him it was because we didn't see him for three weeks straight and no communication at all of why. Don't even waste your time by looking into this place. Move on to the next company. read more

3 years after posting my review I have heard from the new owner of Pristine Pools. He reached out to me to address the issues in my review. He is now working with me to see what can be done to fix a mess that's not his to fix. Hopefully something can be done but I do appreciate Jim contacting me. Hopefully I'll have a good review to post soon. (The 4 stars are based on finally having someone at Pristine take my calls and work with me, not on any actual work yet.) read more

We had our pool replastered and some other updates done. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain how to take care of the pool (eg: running the filter, checking and adding chemicals). This has been extremely helpful since we are new pool owners and had tons of questions. Even after their work was done they have always been available for any questions that arise and their response is very prompt. I couldn't ask for better service! We are very happy with the work they did! read more

don't even bother trying to hire them they could care less about selling you a pool much less servicing an existing one. no communication what so ever and then get offended if you ask whats going on with the bid much less any work. Avoid this Company they don't care. read more

Pristine Pools built our pool in Camp Verde. After completion we have had a very hard time having anyone come out when we have had trouble with equipment. Our remote controller does not work. Without this we cannot change any of the pool settings. When we started calling them to fix the problem the pool was less than a year old. It is still not fixed and after many complaints to them we received an email that they can fix it for $2500.00. We spent over $100,000.00 for this pool. The equipment should work for a year. The repair guy said they have had other customers that had problem with this controller. Why are they still using it? Is it a scam to get another $2500.00 from us? Very unhappy with Pristine Pools. BEWARE!! read more

Pristine Pools did a great job on our pool. My husband and I looked at many different pool companies before deciding on Pristine and could not be happier with our choice. We had excellent communication throughout the building of the pool and the service after the build has been great as well. I would highly recommend Pristine Pools to anyone considering a pool. read more

First time pool buyers and we were happy with our pool experience. Wish our builder was as good as these guys. The pool turned out beautiful! Nick provided a very detailed design and a clear overview of the various plaster options that gave us a good feel for what the end product was going to look like in our yard, and the price was competitive. In addition his design included a flower bed around the pool which we decided to incorporate, even though it wasn't in our original concept. He also discussed the possibility of including an in floor cleaning system with us which we also decided to incorporate. Brad was the project manager for our build. Prior to starting he explained the construction process and what to expect, and was very quick on getting back to us if we had any questions throughout the entire process. In addition he was very good at keeping us up to date when weather delays affected the schedule and when the next milestone on the pool was planned. Pool school was great. JC and Brad did a good job at educating us on how the system worked and what we should look out for in terms of caring for the pool. Overall the team provided great service and I would recommend Pristine Pools to friends and family. read more
