Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest, lack communications skills, professionalism, and basic human decency. Anything they say from office staff, the sales team, to the owner and beyond should be taken with a grain of salt. They will lie to get you into the job and then have someone else contradict that when it benefits them.They also try to get bad reviews removed from others experiences as well as block people on FB in order to get those reviews to not be able to be seen. If you have an issue good luck trying to call the office to speak to someone of importance. You're only handing over THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. The managers will never once call you back nor the owner. They actually try really hard to ghost you which is insane because they are smack dab in the center of my community. On every single bad review they couldnt get removed, they will say " I couldnt find anyone under your name as an account" which is strange. That is their only reply along with "YOU can reach out to us by calling the office" because GUESS WHAT, they will NEVER call you. If they do reply, they try to turn it around on you and not stick to their word.They are in the middle of our community and its just disgusting to see.You hand over large amounts of money and you receive absolutely nothing back but them playing you in your face and ghosting you.We interviewed with them back in January and the sales person told us , "we are so busy so you can give a deposit to save your spot and if you dont end up going with us you can get a refund no problem" which i have the conversation on my home video cameras for when they deny that. He also had told us that they will come draw out the pool on the ground with spray paint so we can stand in it and see if we like it. Then my husband goes to see a quick "free" rendering and give a deposit OF $5000 then surprise, we never hear a peep from them till MARCH when they say they're coming to dig up my yard. We reply that we havent heard from them at all nor had any other meetings and they havent come out to "draw the pool" like they had promised so no do not bring any excavation tractors out here and he advised his team. Well they still dropped off a tractor. It took them two days for them to get it off my property.The manager of the team in charge apologizes and someone comes out to draw the pool in the ground with some spray paint,we did not end up liking it. We said how much more to push it out ten feet to which they gave a quote of relatively $20,000 more.We said lets pull the plug this whole experience has been shady and they dont want to give us our deposit of $5000 back.In email response they also mention my husbands personal purchases which seems to be a personal attack of some sort. Just because someone works hard for their money and buys themself something nice doesn't mean we want to hand over $5000 to you for absolutely nothing.They claim that expenses were spent on rendering WHICH IS ADVERTISED AS FREE SO WATCH OUT THERE and time for "spray painting on the ground and the mobilization of their excavation team", mind you we do not have a HOA, there are no permits to pull, they didn't do any other markings on our property.Even when their " mobilization" was their own lack of communication.Long story longer, I have called the office for four weeks now. Just as I did, you will always get the run around and the office manager will always be in a meeting. This place is a facade and be weary of somewhere with "such great reviews." They also try to state there is a three day cancellation policy which is a industry standard, bare minimun required by the state, if you didn't do anything at all or even contact me till March how does that makes sense.It may be something you can hide behind but its the lowest industry standard a coward could hide behind when morally they know they did nothing and what they are doing isn't right. They are going to give some basic response that tries to push blame on me but they've done it to many others and im sure i wont be the last. read more

To be honest I've never written a review before but unfortunately I feel like this the only solution. We got our pool tile done in April, a week after the grout cracked around the whole pool. They put more grout on top on the cracked grout. Then it cracked again and I was promised it would get fixed back in May and it is now almost July. There is grout dripping down the tiles, and grout left inside of my pool. The pictures I attached are what it currently looks like. After multiple times of reaching out I'm pretty they sure ghosted us and never intend to fix it. Not mad just disappointed at the work we got for the money we spent. read more

We had noticed a rise in our water bill For several months. We shut off the water to the pool and saw it was draining faster than usual. We started looking for service providers and got 3 bids and hired So Texas Pools to do the leak test. They came out promptly and found 2 leaks. One was covered by insurance the other a crack in the pool was not. I mainly spoke with Chris and he went over the repairs and provided a quote so we knew the process they would employ to fix the leak. Their willingness to be open with us in taking the time to explain everything was refreshing. They did a solid job shutting down the leak. Our pool is about 20 years old and we asked for a quote to remove the old tile that was fading and coming off. He gave us a discount on the leak fix if we added the tile. I will say, I was cautious when choosing a pool company because I don't know many people which are happy after they finish a pool install. They were referred to my by my renovation designer, therefore, I decided to give them a shot at the project. I can happily report, our project is complete and I am a happy little client!! They did a great job and took all of my ideas and concerns to heart. They were fair and honest. I requested a quote for a tile and stone cleaning to remove the calcium and lime buildup. Within an hour I had a quote for less than I expected and got on their schedule for a couple weeks out. An hour later I got a text asking if they could come out the next day. He showed up early, was very professional and explained everything. He worked quickly but thoroughly and cleaned up after himself. He clearly explained what I needed to do from there. The pool looks brand new. Shortly after he left after I approved the job they charged my card and texted me the confirmation. While he was setting up I got a call back from a major local pool company that I left two requests for a call back a couple weeks ago. My pool was GREEN and we were having a pool/water slide party in a week... we just bought this home a few months ago and with the labor shortage we were not able to get service- plus we live in a rural area where there aren't many pools so not many routes we could be simply added to.... I would love to give this place 5+ stars ...but unfortunately I can't. I really did like these guys ...friendly and all that , so they get a 5....however, the pool itself was a nightmare ( for me) from the start. I have a fiberglass pool, and yes, it's several years old. We wanted it cleaned, acidified and repainted. I asked, from the beginning, if they could do fiberglass pools and I was assured they could ( several other companies did not). I wanted the pool blue but I feel I was pushed into white(although the quote did not specify and was told that to repaint it would be an additional$600)...several trips were made ( after paint ran in drips down the sides) before it was finally completed. Pics show dark spots in the stone around the pool where paint was tracked ( very sloppy job) and so they sanded it down,it's discolored from that. They said they would put something on it to restore it but never did. To say my husband is not satisfied is an understatement, but he was at work so it was me trying to get this done ( I've never had a pool prior and know NOTHING about it) is it painted? Yes. That's about all I can say ... if you want tile or cleaned, then I would recommend this company, but if it's fiberglass and you're someone with no pool knowledge...not so much... read more

I'm very pleased with the way your techs removed ALL the calcium from my pool tile. It only took a day to get out here, and the job was completed in about 2.5 hours. $600 seemed a little high, but I was getting nowhere try to clean the calcium. The only negative: the glass bead blaster removed some of the paint that was on the mortar just above the tile, and under the rock coping. I didn't know the mortar was painted. I have contacted my pool installer and asked about getting some paint. Waiting on an answer. read more

Horrible! Do not waste your money! Our tile still has lots of calcium and water marks.

Unprofessional and overpriced. Started doing work demolishing tile when that component of the project had not been approved which forced us into additional costs. Advised us to choose tile to match existing tile via internet only when there was a location to view tile options. After asking to view tile, Alex gave a north Austin address which I went to, only to be told that they do not show tile at that location - only the round rock location. Quoted $2495 to remove, purchase and replace 36 square feet of pool tile (was told pool tile costs $30 per square foot by Wayne but found the identical tile online for under $11 per square foot ). $396 online for tile (not wholesale) and $2099 for less than a day of one person's labor. That's a hefty profit for the owners whose name and contact information I have requested but not received from Jay. Do not use this company unless you enjoy lying, cheating and stealing. read more
