The service was supposed to include vacuuming, brushing walls and steps, balancing chemicals, and more--but NONE of that was done. I have video proof showing their team was at my property for as little as 2 to 5 minutes during several visits. No vacuuming was ever performed, and during a phone call, they even admitted they only vacuum once a month--which still didn't happen. My pool turned green, chemicals were completely off, and I had to pay $250 out of pocket for a deep clean with another company just to fix the damage. Although they come weekly and charge for service, pool is filthy after cleaning. We have now discovered an issue with a valve that is causing water to leak from the filter system. We believe the leaky valve has been an issue for the past month as our pool has been losing water. Tru Blue either did not find it or never informed us of it. This one is, without any doubt, the WORST I've ever had. They started off great and got my pool back to blue after the last company let it just turn green. After a few weeks, however, they quit caring and my pool has been green for weeks (maybe even a couple of months). When I inquired about it, they claimed it was because of all of the plants around the pool. My backyard is landscaped but there's nothing about it that would cause it to turn green. It turned green, in my opinion, because they didn't want to spend the money necessary to keep it blue. Ultimately, I had to fire them because their pool tech started yelling at my housekeeper and got extremely aggressive. He even made veiled threats to me. I will get the money they required that I pay them in advance even if I have to sue them. My advice: DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR POOL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star rating.
