The front end work was good...they were responsive, reasonable, timely and professional. The installation went well, too. Once we started using the shower, we noticed a leak at the bottom of one of the walls. I contacted Tyler and he said it should be a quick fix and he'll see about getting me scheduled. This went on for almost two months of emails back and forth...half he wouldn't respond to, others he would say he'll be in touch about scheduling. Finally, he just stopped responding altogether and began ignoring my communications. I gave up at that point. They have a Better Business Bureau rating of D+ for similar complaints.

Again, not Kennesaw glass I took them a window frame 2 weeks ago for a replacement pane. the glass was manufactured too small for the frame. they promised to expedite the replacement glass and it took longer than the original job. I spoke with them Tuesday and they said the order was to be delivered yesterday and they would get to it first thing today and have it ready early afternoon. I called to check 6 hours after opening and they told me that they hadn't done anything and it would be tomorrow. I had to beg them to get it back as I needed to install the window frame today as I am leaving town for the weekend. they rushed it alright and it shows. the frame is missing pieces around the glaze and the weather strip is hanging half off the bottom. it add insult to injury the glass is the wrong tint and is an eyesore mismatch on my house. I ask them to make good on it and the owner offered y$25. off a +$200. job. The owner told me personally that he doesn't care about reviewa. I hope you do now!

We recently moved from our house in Decatur to another house twenty or so minutes away. Like any…read moresavvy consumers, we searched the internet for recommendations for moving companies that did exceptional work for a fair price. Elite Moving Solutions seemed to have remarkable reviews across the board. I called and spoke to Ryan, who was extremely helpful and friendly. They're in Acworth, so an in-person visit was a bit of a challenge, so he had me send pictures to evaluate our needs. We had a lively and timely back and forth via email with questions from me (always answered fully) and advice from him (always useful and to the point), and arrived at a way-more-than- fair price (what I considered a modest truck fee for two trucks, and a modest hourly rate for five guys) and a move date. The day of the move, the crew arrived on time and ready to go. I can't say enough how incredible these guys were. The last thing we expected on Moving Day was to have fun, and my wife and daughter and I had an absolute blast. I've never seen five guys work so hard and have such a good time doing it, and they were a joy to spend the day with. They were incredibly careful with our stuff, smart, efficient, indefatigable. Our old house was one story, with wide straight hallways and wide doorways and a front porch they were able to back up to and set the ramp directly on--the new house has steep stairs to the second floor and to the basement, narrow doorways, tight twisty hallways, and three different access points, none of them near the truck. A terrible way to end the day, and still their energy never flagged. They enjoyed competing with one another--when John came up the stairs with two boxes of books, Dexter followed behind with two boxes on his back. Maybe best of all, they really seemed to respect and care about one another--it was like having your friends come over to help you move. So major shout outs to Ojo, Dexter, James, John and Jacorey (a father and son team!)--you guys were awesome and we can't thank you enough. We've been unpacking for days now, and I haven't seen a single ding on anything. Seriously, if you're moving, you need to hire this company.
